This is b far, the worst run McDonalds in the US. Half the time they are out of something. The rest of the time they get orders wrong or leave you sitting at the "Wait here " spots for 10-15 minutes waiting for your order to cone out! The only reason our family goes to this McDonald's is out of pure convenience because of the proximity to our house. My wife and I complain all the time how the experience here is terrible. We think every time we visit that, maybe this time things will change, yet it never does. Honestly I'm not sure how McDonald's corporate has not gotten involved and put an end to the madness. This is the worst location. I've never gotten my order completely correct, no matter how big or small something is always incorrect or missing. Which I don't understand because they are never busy. We visited this morning and had to pull around to wait for hash browns, not a big deal, but when the worker came out to deliver to us and two other cars, she gave our food to the wrong car, they drove off, came back to get their correct order and gave the food they were given back. I've gone here a few times every time being mildly satisfied until I got lunch, was getting food with a work card and needed a copy of receipt, every morning was able to get a copy of the of receipt from the kiosk. So I placed an order at 1248hrs using the kiosk. So my order was placed correctly. I had the receipt verified and all was correct. My number never appeared on the progress board. Waiting five minutes I could see my order was made it was placed on the back counter where the orders are gathered together. It's sat there for ten minutes until I asked for my order. I have a family of 4 and digging through everything is a pain but if you dont want to get shorted, you best check the contents. Extremely rude. I drive up to the speaker and an automatic recording starts telling me they are currently closed. Someone asks me what I want. I ask "are you guys still open" and he responds condescendingly "yeeeeahhhh?" I was going to leave and not bother if they were closed that's why I asked. I ordered a Big Mac bundle a number three and some sauce. The worker was mumbling the whole time and I had no idea what he was saying. Rude and unfriendly. First walk in and just get looked at like we were no one. Nice young man walks out from around the corner that looks frazzled or new but in the middle of something. A customer comes in to order 2 Mcflurries and asks for something and the girl who looks like might be a manager ( Rhianna, I think her name is) rolls her eyes, turns around and gets him what he needs without saying a word. She hands him his order and he notices her horrible attitude and said he hopes he didnt have to put her out; she stayed with her back turned and didn't show like she cared. Showed up at 11:45pm and although lights were on and we could see several people working in the back, no one acknowledged that we were in the drive-thru and we sat in silence for about 5 minutes until we drove off. I'm the first one to always complain about the service and the first one that gives this place a try over and over again.
