As I search YELP for a McDonalds near me, I see This location has been getting a bad rep for years. But I am waiting for my husband to have tooth surgery and I'm hungry and want coffee so I'm here and gonna try it. I don't usually go out for breakfast but when I do, it's usually gonna be McDonalds egg McMuffin meal with coffee or orange juice. And it's no different today. The coffee is good, tasting just like I get from a McCafe keurig k-cup. The potato was hot, crispy and greasy like it should be. The egg sandwich was hot, had melty cheese and the bread was toasted but not hard as a rock. (Can you tell I've been to numerous McDonalds?) I think the ham slice has gotten thinner over the last 25 years. Oh and the window server actually thought to give me a straw to stir my cream and sugar in my to go cup! Nice job, sir! So I do t know anything about this place's lunch or ice cream, but the breakfast was pretty good! read more

If I could give a 0 for this McDonald's I would. This seriously is the WORST, I mean very WORST fast food place ever. They hire really lame employees and do not properly stock their supplies. We've been here a few times and we know how McDonald's food tastes, not real great, but this one is way subpar. I remember one time and this was over a year ago, we ordered a bunch of stuff for a family of four. They told us they didn't have everything cook and had us pull around and wait. We were in the drive-thru. So, we did. Nearly 1/2 hr goes by. We see people enter the place and leave the place with food, but still ours wasn't done. I finally went in and asked about it. They said, oh, sorry. We got the food and when I went back to the car to check, the food was fricken' cold. Are you serious? I went back in and asked for a refund, which they didn't want to give me a refund, but finally they did. We left the place really hungry, no food, and very aggravated. Several times, this was the closest McDonald's and we needed ice. I tell you, 100% of the time, they were always out of bags of ice. Really? I've actually never been to a McDonald's where they ran out of ice. If you don't sell, ice, then why advertise for it? We honestly thought maybe they were having an off day, but there have been maybe a couple other times where we got the food and it tasted like it had been sitting for hours under some heat lamp. Ugggh. So, though this McDonald's is the closest to where we live, if we need ice or some fast food, we make sure never to go to this one again. The people are beyond unintelligent and totally lack customer service. Whomever is the owner for this franchise needs to do a better job of selecting their people and seeing that they provide good customer service and follow good protocols as the rest of the McDonald's. At this point, it's a joke between my husband and I about this McDonald's and I don't even know how they stay in business. They definitely are not following McDonald's standards for how to run a business. read more

I hate to beat a dead horse, but this is, by far, THE WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. I don't usually eat at McDonald's, but the kids seem to enjoy the play area at this location. It's a shame that everything else is in such disarray. -ALL of the tables were dirty with leftover food and grease. You may think I'm joking. Nope. ALL of them. -The utensil/drink area was covered with trash, napkins, straws, and spilled soda. -The ketchup dispenser was out of ketchup. -There was no iced tea in the dispenser. -The girl that took our order definitely did NOT want to be there. Mumbling. Looked depressed. I can understand that by the working conditions. -Both of my hamburgers were cold--the cheese was not melted. We don't come here for the food anyways, so I wasn't expecting much. -My wife asked for no cheese and no sauce--it had cheese and sauce on it. -Asked for apples instead of fries for our kid's meals. They got fries. We went up to the counter and they were very hesitant in giving us the apples. They were going to charge us for the apples. Oh my. They finally just gave them to us. -There was spilled ice cream on the floor that was sitting there for who knows how long. We had to ask someone to clean it up. The worker used a dust pan, not a mop. There was still ice cream left on the floor after he left. Another customer had to clean it up. Please CLOSE this McDonald's. Don't ever visit this location. No matter how much your kids beg you. Never. read more

Horrible costumer service! There hasn't been a time where we've been here and had a good experience. They have nothing but teens working here and they are super rude including the manager, they always get our order wrong and it's like they do it on purpose. The last time we were here we ordered 2 separate meals and they gave our order to a different person 2 times. Even that person got annoyed because they were forcing him to take the food. They never know what they are doing. My husband and I always try to be nice to them but they just seem like they hate every costumer. read more

Went Thur The drive-through they asked me to go around and wait for my food there was probably seven cars in front of me waiting for their food when they would bring out food they would run around to different cars to find out who it belong to. A few times and it belong to nobody after 15 minutes of waiting I got irritated. In my life, I have been to a multitude of different McDonald's restaurants throughout the United States. Recently, I decided to stop at the McDonalds location in Queen Creek and I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by the cashier with a smile and a friendly face. The restaurant was not particularly crowded and only a few tables were occupied by customers. I approached the front counter and ordered two hot and spicy McChicken sandwiches. The transaction was smooth and my order was taken within minutes of entering the restaurant. The restaurant appeared to be thoroughly clean, unlike many McDonald's restaurants I have been to in the past. After a few minutes of waiting, my food was ready at the counter. The quick service at McDonald's is so convenient that it is hard to pass up. But did the amazing service match up with the quality of the food? I unwrapped the yellow paper to reveal the freshly made sandwich. As I took the first bite the incredible taste of spice exploded in my mouth with a powerful force. The sandwich was seasoned to perfection and was truly unforgettable. By the time I finished my sandwich I was ultimately fulfilled and left the restaurant feeling satisfied. This was definitely one of my most enjoyable experiences at a McDonald's establishment. read more

I'm an Uber eats driver and I had to drive 15 minutes away from me to pick up an order just to get there and see that the restaurant is closed. Normally that would be an Uber problem except that they are supposed to be open for another hour. By the looks of it, they have been closed since 11:30, when the hours on both here and their door say 1 AM? I am giving this McDonald's location a big fat 0!!! I will list the reasons why: 1. By the time you get your food, it's COLD!! 2. Hours say it closes at 12 midnight. We went at 10:30 p.m. No one at drive-thru, doors locked, lights on, employees inside, wouldn't open the doors. 3. Two times we went there and they were out of ice. 4. They were out of soda. 5. Milk shake machine was out of order. 6. 100% of the time, our order is incorrect!!! 100% 7. Horrible, horrible customer service. they have no idea what they are doing. 8. The place is filthy. Horrible service. They didn't have our food ready at the drive thru window and asked us to wait on the side, not the parking lot on the other end but the side they said. After like 7 minutes we went all the way around to the drive thru again and got our food from the rude girl that was upset she was outside looking for us. Awful customer service. We went through the drive through and the order was wrong, their debit machine didn't work, waited 20 minutes for 2 orange juices in their drive thru parking spot. Only giving a one because I am unable to give a zero. This is my closest McDonald's and it has gone down hill over the past year. Consistently my order is wrong or missing items. Today the drive through manager yelled at us for asking for our missing items. They have recently made the news for dirty dining. This is the worst McDonald's. they can't serve Soda today because of no carbonation. Seriously. In the drive thru I get ignored while they take orders in one lane only. The time before I came they let me sit at the menu for 5 min not saying a word. Then I pull up to window to see what's going on and some kid laughs at me and says his headset is broken. Why not put a sign on the menu saying to pull ahead to order. If you go inside there is an employee walking around with a blanket wrapped around her (this is another time I went) Not sure why they bother asking what kind of sauce you want for your nuggets since they never put them in the bags. I wish Zero stars was an option. As I sit in the drive thru line for what's going on 10 min and I haven't even made it to the first window to pay. Not sure why we even came back here, we know it's horrible but you have faith they can get it together. Well know this, they can't. It is the worst McDonalds ever. Went to McDonald's around 10:30 pm and no one was wearing gloves. The girl there took my card and used the register then went and after she unfolded the fry container without gloves and touched the inside of it. With COVID-19 going on they NEED to be using gloves for everything. This is VERY serious they are touching people's money, cards and food with not washing hands in between or gloves.
