Worst McDonalds I have ever been too. Service is horrible. For such a nice small community you would think they would provide great service and at least food prepared per the McDonalds corporate standards. I am officially done with them. My business is going elsewhere. I'm sure they don't care how many customers they lose. I used the drive thru today and ordered two sausage McMuffins with egg (order 1312) and the and the bread was rock hard and the sandwiches Luke warm. I came for breakfast and ordered what I always order at every McDonald's. A chicken biscuit and a small iced mocha. Now I've been on a road trip from the east coast to the west coast and have been to a lot of McDonald's and not one has given me a problem. First of all I had to wait forever until they would take my order and then the young man with long hair tells me we don't sell chicken biscuits and then says we don't sell mochas only hazelnut and caramel iced coffees and then proceeds to say you can't get small for coffee only medium or large. I tell him I've been to a lot of McDonald's and they have always given me a small coffee and he argues with me and keeps on saying no McDonald's does that and argues about the chicken biscuit as well saying McDonald's doesn't sell that either. I don't know if that guy was just misinformed or was having a bad day but it just looks bad on that McDonald's and we were very unhappy. We left and went to Taco Bell and they were very nice there. read more

This is thee crappiest McDs I've even been to in my life. Every single time we come here they make you pull into the waiting area. Like they're always running low on fries or something. Food is ALWAYS COLD. Without exception. Worst managed restaurant I have ever visited. Will never come back ever again. Let me explain- just pulled in ordered Big Mac, small fries, 4 piece kids nugget meal w ranch. Immediately told to pull into the parking zone, along w guy in front of me. 5 minutes later I receive food. My small fries is literally half full, I pull back around they give me a full one. Finish my fries start eating my big Mac it's not even slightly warm. Like it wasn't even sitting under a warming light or anything. Pulling away and my son says "hey dad do you have the ranch?" Nope, no ranch - pull back around again and they say they're out of ranch. Get some barbecue sauce instead. I come to this McDonalds often. Most employees are nice but some look like they hate their job. For the most part food taste like every other McDonalds, glad to say this one has never told me the ice cream machine is broken. i also feel very rushed going through. read more

If i could give a negative star I would. Was giving a large drink in the drive-through without the lid on properly. I put it in my cup holder and the first time I went to take a sip the cup didn't hold shape without the lid and spilled the whole thing on my tan interior floor on passenger side. I also had a brand new vacuum sealer in the floor. That is now completely ruined and I'll be using this day off to shampoo my carpets. I was the first in line at 6:30am to order breakfast. No one else at the Drive-thru but me. I was told to wait to order. Then some lady came up on the next lane and they took her order right away while all this time I'm still waiting. I told the drive thru lady that I was there first and how dare they take the other lady's order when she had just pulled up. Needless to say, I was very mad. I was told by the drive-thru lady that the manager took her order and that she was sorry and knew I was there first. I proceeded to the window to pay for my order and asked for the manager who is a Mexican lady that speaks very little English. She did apologized to me but the damage was already done. I was still mad and will never go there again. I would like for the owner to address all the problems there that I'm reading here on yelp. read more

Went through the drive through to get some happy meals for my granddaughters who are little and excited about getting a toy. Bummed to find out that the girl who put the meals together forgot to add the toys to the box. I figured this was due to my complaint about it the girl at the order window who refused to take my two pennies as my total was 9.02 instead she gave me a handful of change as she was chattering away with one of her coworkers on her headset about personal stuff. Oh well it's the new norm as the younger generation is now in the workforce with no regard to offering good customer service. No more fast food for me! read more

Who manages the McDonald's on Golden Road in Golden, CO? The fries are always stale and over-salted. The third time I even asked them to go light on the salt, and they were STILL over-salted. All three times it was obvious that the fries had been sitting around for a while. Three times in a row the meat in the Quarter Pounders was not fresh. I give up. read more

Me and my squad developed a system to win monopoly by coming back several times a day and ordering 5+ medium waters just to get free monopoly tickets. On our third trip the drive through lady gave us the clear cups instead of the soda cups with the monopoly tickets on them. Screw you drive through lady.. Reviewing in hopes that someone in management reads these. We went through the drive thru at about 7 pm on 10/25. First and foremost they were out of the chicken tenders which happens everytime we visit this location (about 1-2 times a week). We get home to realize that we recieved 2 ten piece meals instead of 1 twenty piece and 1 ten piece, our fries were undercooked and soggy..and our sweet teas were unsweetened. Maybe if the girls weren't standing at the drive thru window dancing our meals would've been correct. Next time we'll take the time and go to Chick Fil A. read more

I was at Mickey D's at night and had terrible service! My friend and I simply wanted to order a few burgers but were given the worst service. We were treated very rudely and had very slow service. The manager on duty did not care about our needs and was rude to us the entire time. Worst of all we simply asked for ketchup and ranch and were told that all of our condiments were " in the bag" However when we check for our condiments we found that they were not there. My whole experience at this McDonalds was poor. I recommend not going there at all. read more

I didn't get the salad I ordered and paid for in the drive-thru, so I went inside with the receipt and explained the missing salad. They said "Oh yeah, we'll get that for you. After waiting several minutes, my salad was placed on a shelf behind the counter. The counter was absent of employees. The counter remained absent for a few more minutes. I decided to help them out and get my own salad, since there was no one to ask to give it to me. I got yelled at and there was a cop in the drive-thru, whom the manager complained to and I have been charged with tresspassing. Mcdonald's representatives told me soon after that they wanted the charge dropped, and they would appear on the court date to say so. Well, today was my court date and McDonald's didn't show up. Now I'm stuck with the charge of tresspassing at McDonald's for taking my salad. I didn't even get any dressing. So this how McDonald's treats their customers. If they had been there to do their job, I wouldn't have felt like I HAD to get my own salad. Instead of an apology, I got a ticket. I'm not lovin' it! read more
