Right in the middle of a major rush, their entire system went down, and instead of things falling apart, John stepped up and led with professionalism, calmness, and efficiency that honestly exceeded expectations. Despite the outage and unsympathetic patrons orders kept moving, food came out quickly, and the team remained polite, organized, and attentive throughout the entire experience. John handled customers with patience and genuine courtesy while simultaneously coordinating the team and keeping operations running smoothly under pressure. What stood out most was the attitude. No excuses, no frustration directed at customers, just outstanding leadership and work ethic during a difficult situation. The level of service they provided would have been impressive even under ideal conditions. At 11:30 at night under a system failure during a rush, it was extraordinary. John demonstrated leadership qualities well beyond his position and operated at a level fit for management either at Wendy's or any business that requires grace under pressure. And the workers here deserve praise for how much effort and professionalism they showed during a busy weekend. There was a lot of hustle from the crew but they did their jobs with aplomb and everybody got their food in a reasonable amount of time. Once the line had died down there was worker moving around the dining room keeping it clean. Food came out fresh and was exactly what we needed on a cold night. Thank you, Wendy's crew!

However, "Lisa" raised her voice at me and asked what the code was for, even though it was clearly written on my phone. It was very uncomfortable and embarrassing to be treated that way, especially when I was simply asking for assistance. Eventually, she scanned the code and completed my order, but the attitude was very unprofessional. What made it worse was that right after, she was laughing and chatting with another employee, which made the situation feel even more disrespectful. I hope management takes customer service more seriously. This experience left a very bad impression.
