We placed our order in less than five minutes. While my favorite is the Double-Double Animal Style, I usually opt for either Combo #1 or Combo #2 when I'm on the road. My wife, on the other hand, is a big fan of their Double-Double Protein Style. Our order was ready in less than ten minutes. I needed to return to the counter to get some half-and-half for my coffee and extra spread for my wife. The associate assisted me quickly and greeted me with a big smile, which I always appreciate, especially during busy times. What made it worse was that right after, she was laughing and chatting with another employee, which made the situation feel even more disrespectful. I hope management takes customer service more seriously. This experience left a very bad impression.

The burger pattie was huge. Best deal in California. Sure it took a while to get served, but we weren't in any rush anyways. It gave us time to get to know the staff. The nicest people ever. One girl said that there has been fires and backups on the Grape Vine almost every other day. Trucks are just driving too fast and brakes are catching on fire. Finally another customer that had just moved to Frazier Park from Texas comes in for lunch too. So, my advice - if you get stuck on Highway 5 before you hit the Grape Vine, there is an escape route to Koehler's Garden & Restaurant in Frazier Park. And yes, we drove through the small towns of Taft and Maricopa to end up at Buttonwillow on H5. The best part of the trip is that we had great burgers and did not sit in traffic.

After a long road trip, my friends and I were craving some quick and tasty food, and this McDonald's location did not disappoint! We ordered burgers, fries, and drinks, and everything was fresh and delicious. The burgers were juicy, the fries were perfectly crispy, and the drinks were nice and cold. The service was also top-notch - the staff were friendly and efficient, and our order was ready in no time. McDonald's is enherently disgusting; however, this location takes it to a while new level with their fly problem.
