By far the nastiest, slowest, most dirty fast food (not just McDonald's) restaurant I have ever been to. Employees come back to work and without washing their hands, start fingering the food into containers/trays. Trash strewn about the floor, dirty old mop water sloshed around the kitchen and dining area. Rude and inattentive staff. Took about 20 minutes to get some fries and nuggets. And somehow when I got fries, nuggets and a drink, they messed up my order 3 times. Honestly not even deserving of one star. read more

I would give this place Zero stars if I could. Stopped over for a restroom and quick bite break on the road home. The restroom was dirty and the urinal didnt flush. Typical of a gas station on the road but a McDonalds? Inguess i really just expected better. Pulled up to the drove through and they had a paper sign with a hand written note listing the multiple things that they did not have in stock at the moment among them, ice cream, shakes, mcflurrys, apple pies etc. I heard the staff say to the people behind us that they did not have the drive through soda machines working. Soo ? ... idk what he did with that order. We ordered large fries. I asked for fresh and they gave stale what seemed rewarmed fries that also tasted funny. Maybe they don't get many orders and let them sit. But i doubt that if theyre in the so called "Hungry Valley"... they should keep a standard. My caramel machiatto was actually ok. DO NOT Go HERE. This place lacks any common sense, any indication that a competent manager is within 10 miles of the place and a bunch of lazy, useless people who are trying to impersonate workers. One person at the register to take orders. Line to the door. Useless female worker ignoring repeated requests from another customer to PLEASE give her the chocolate milk for her child's meal. She still didn't have it after 4 requests and at least 5 minutes waiting after she had the rest of her order that had to be cold by the time she finally got to eat. When I finally got to the register to order I was told to wait while the cashier went to go get the chocolate milk. I replied that I was leaving and would never be back. And I won't. To add to the mess, the bathrooms were closed for cleaning at 11 AM. Whoever was supposed to be managing this place should be fired immediately. The crew on duty, except for the male cashier who was having to do everything himself should be either retrained or fired. As for the cashier, he deserved triple pay since he was doing the work of at least 3 competent workers. If they could receive a negative star rating it would be the most negative possible. read more

This McDonalds possibly had the dirtiest bathroom I've ever been in. It was disgusting. My husband said the men's bathroom was filthy as well. We both complained. Then we each ordered an ice cream cone. They guy had one glove on and one off while handling our money. He was already wearing this one glove when we arrived. The absolutely slowest drive-through lane on the planet. I tried to zip through for a coffee and raspberry pastry on my way to work. Bad idea! It was happy hour and everyone was ordering double free lattes. I got stuck in the drive through lane for 20 minutes and ended up late for work. And they didn't even have my raspberry pastry. Keep on driving! This place is absolutely disgusting! Swung by to use the bathroom and to get French fries to snack on. I'd rather to swing by any rest stop than this place in the future. The bathrooms are filthy from the floor to the sinks and toilets. Lobby full of dirty tables, trash and I don't think there was any window that you could actually see out of with all the smudge marks. Waited fifteen minutes for fries, but hey, they were hot! We walked in with our order ready, had to change it twice because they either ran out of food or machine stopped working during our 30-minute wait for our food to be ready. This was the craziest McDonald's experience I've ever had, and that's saying a lot as I have 4 kids and am a frequent visitor when traveling. At 5:30pm, there was not an ounce of ketchup in the entire establishment. The ladies room was closed for cleaning the 45 minutes we were there, so we all had to wait in the line stretching across restaurant for the men's room, which was an unpleasant experience. I heard one lady comment on the smell (though my husband says even a 5 star McDonald's men's room smells that way), and as I was leaving the individual who was cleaning mentioned they were out of toilet paper. I felt for the people at the end of the line, but not enough to share my baby wipes. The nuggets were as expected sans ketchup, and they forgot to give us the honey we requested as a substitute (luckily I had some packets in my car). Come prepared, or go to the Carl's Jr. down the road. read more

The person taking the order is just talking orders then others behind her are saying nope we're out of that too... it's a long list... no hot chocolate, no toys for the kid's meal, no cookies, no Ranch and wait for it... no ketchup! If you have to stop, you have to stop. But this place is not good. The bathrooms were clean, I give them that. But the service is terrible. There were three people waiting to be helped and no one at any of the registers. They were just chit-chattin' with their backs to us. I asked a question about the fries being gluten free and the worker was clueless and didn't offer to find out. I bought a side order of the apple slices and the pack had THREE little pieces. When I asked to talk to someone about it, I got a lot of attitude. She said they are all like that, although the pack she gave me had five bigger slices. So they aren't all three pieces per pack. Someone spilled a drink and we were just watching to see how long it would take for someone to clean it up. When someone did, no "slippery when wet sign" was put up. Am I allowed to give negative stars? I walk into this place against my better judgement STARVING, looking for the one or two items that are semi healthy.....well can I have a grilled chicken snack wrap? NOPE! We don't have that....even though it's listed right in front of me on the menu.....cool give me something terrible and 2 chocolate shakes for my dad and I. NOPE! We don't have shakes right now, 430 in the afternoon and the shake machine is "broken".....FANTASTIC right? There's more. The girl taking our order looks as though she's never taken an order EVER, and it's busy, plus she's completely rude and refuses to answer any questions....so we step away from the nice cashier....over to the drink area which is completely FILTHY, and my shoes sticking to the apparently never cleaned floor.....I go to the bathroom after a day of moving and my hands are equally as filthy as the floor, and it smells absolutely terrible and again is disgustingly dirty.....and here comes the food, to which I am greeted by a gentleman who has unkept filthy looking facial hair and again quite possibly the rudest staff member ever as he tosses the food on the counter.....I would suggest anyone passing through here to skip it, go the other way, RUN! Whoever bought this independently owned McDonalds should look into who they have working here and re-evaluate their standards of service and people hired. Wow, I was driving back to the Bay Area from a weekend stay with the kids at Disney, it was 6:30 a.m. and my wife and I were feeling a bit hungry and definitely ready for a caffeine fix. I see the golden arches approaching on a sign as we enter Gorman, CA. So, Mickey D's it is. We go through the drive through and order a couple of #1's - that's the Egg Mc for you late-risers. We pick up the food and the first thing my wife noticed was that the food was REALLY greasy. Ok, it is McDonalds, and maybe we'll just skip the hashbrowns. Anyway, as we're driving out I figured I better go to the bathroom so we don't have to stop again. I'm glad I did, as it prevented us all from eating that filth. The bathrooms were third-world, maybe fourth. EVERY toilet was to the rim, filled with stagnant p!$$ and what's worse was that there was NO SOAP in the dispensers. The stench was overwhelming. I left promptly, returning through the drive-through to complain and collect my refund which they obliged. The Dept of Health needs to get over there pronto. In the meantime, hopefully I saved someone from eating there. If you just ate there, hope you feel better soon. read more

This was by far the worst fast food experience I've had in my entire life. As me and my sister waited in the drive in line it seemed just like any other regular McDonalds until the 45 MINUTE mark of waiting in line to rolled around and we finally pulled up to the paying window where we had our one silver lining, the worker there was kind and apologetic to the situation. This wasn't nearly enough to reconcile but we decided to pay and still get our food. Here is where it got really bad, we pulled up to the pick up window only to be greeted by a horrible woman who failed to say anything required by McDonald and dropped our bag of food into our hands while proceeding to tell us the milkshake machine was broken. So we pulled out with our food hoping this would be the end of the nightmare. Then when we pulled our food out it was old cold and falling apart with the fries undercooked yet brown with age, so we decided to just throw it away. I usually dont like mcdonalds but me and my dad were passing through and had very little option. And to start this place wasnt exactly the cleanest or best put together place but honestly we had one of the best experiences we've ever had at a mcdonalds here. It was 6:30pm on a tuesday in january and there was no line. And although we had to wait quite some time for our food that also made for probably the most fresh set of big macs, fries, and chicken nuggets we've ever had. And while waiting for our food had some amazing conversations with the staff. Dont know how we started talking about their futures but this mcdonalds definitely has some driven, hard working and ambitious people. ( I cant say all of them were hardworking and everything but the ones that stepped up to the plate and got things done definitely shined through because of it) If nothing else we plan on stopping at this mcdonalds everytime we pass through just because how great we felt after leaving this place.
