Every single time I come here I pay extra for them to add extra sauce (that used to be free) into the bag. Not once have they put the sauce into the bag without me having to remind them. They also always have a table with activities for kids which is a cool treat to entertain my daughter while we wait on food. I picked up a order at your restaurant for uber and the drinks had no carrier in the bag witch caused them to pop the covers and leak causing the bag to fail and rip open and fall to the ground it got the sandwiches wet and all. Decided to stop by and was a little surprised that they updated their place by adding ordering kiosks. 4 stars because I wasn't used to that offering so we went to the counter but they must have been a little busy since no one came over. I've only gone to this McDonald's twice since I recently moved to the area. The first time I went was late at night, probably around 9pm. I ordered a 10 piece meal with sweet and sour. Nothing too fancy. I got to the single booth window and the staff was ridiculously loud talking about partying and drinking. ( I'm in the passenger seat of a sedan car) They also never gave me sweet and sour sauce. That's me being too trusting I guess. The second time I went, it was late morning. I love the sausage burritos so I got those this you guessed it! Mild sauce. I have worked at McDonald's and I thought to trust the morning staff was on their game. Nope. No sauce. I dunno if they expect the customer to ask at the window but since I did work at McDonald's before, it's standard for the first thing to go into the bag is... sauce!! While I was in New London on an extended business trip I frequented this establishment because it was open early and I knew I was getting a quality meal for the price. It is a very clean establishment and in the morning there is a stream of cars coming over the hill and turning into their driveway. I had not dined at McDonald's in years and was very impressed with their breakfast selections. The ones that I enjoyed the most was the hot oatmeal with either fresh cut green apples or blue berries to put on top. They offered to my pleasant surprise 100% organic Newman's Own coffee and Minute Maid orange juice which I found both to be above average for a fast food venue. Unfortunately this location did not feature any McCafe gourmet coffee selections such as a Mocha or Lattes that I had come to expect on the west coast. There were enough breakfast selections to eat my way through the entire breakfast menu and managed still to keep things interesting. I even returned on the weekend to get a large Newman's Own Iced Coffee to enjoy on my road trip! My only complaint was when I returned on the weekend they did make a mistake with my order and also they handed out coupon sheets that expired on that date upon closer inspection. It was too late for me to circle back in line to take advantage of any discount. Since I was there for over two weeks the early shift got to recognize me at the drive up take out window including one hard working grandma that after a while would give me a wryly grin and smile with my order! read more

My son was craving Mickey D's so we came by here twice on my visit. The first time they were out of ketchup which sounded crazy to me. How can they be out of ketchup? The second time I ordered an Egg Mc Muffin and they were out of "round eggs." They told me they had folded eggs. Crazy that they ran out of those too. They have a stupid curb outside their window that is hard to see and not marked clearly, scrapped my new rims on it and I know other people have too. I'm bothered that everytime I go through the drive-thru that my soda is missing at least 1-1/2 to 2" of soda. I've made them fill it all the way up a couple of times, but they get all aggravated that I ask them to do that. I figure that if you're paying for a full soda, you ought to get a damned full soda. The drive-thru worker claims that there is no way to top the cup off because the machines are automated, but I personally know that not to be true because I help my sister out in her fast food restaurant and they have the same exact machine. When the machine finishes filling, you have to push and hold a button to have it finish filling. They are just too damned lazy to do it, and so everyone gets shorted. Let's see, if I take 2" of soda out of 6 cups, I have stolen a full cup from my customers. I do that 1,000 times, I make a few extra dollars. Cheap and pathetic. They need to change this habit, or they will lose me as a customer. I actually eat there 3 to 4 times a week. read more

Recently went there and the burger orders they gave us were terrible. Cold,the cheese wasn't even melted and dry. We were entertained by the family of mice eating and playing in their outdoor trash can and parking lot. There were flies everywhere and the condiments area was covered with ketchup,sticky,not well stocked and crawling with flies. The actual employee service was not great but not entirely awful either. I am happy that McDonald is adding the lobster roll in their menu. It's refreshing and it's only 240 calories. The roll is light on the sauce and had plenty of lobster meat (it's real) I'd expected the opposite. I am impressed with this change in venue. I'm not a MCD patron and only ended up here because it's 11pm with most restaurants in this area are closed. Also my kids had no complaints about coming to MCD. I myself will revisit. When we arrived, there was a trail of vomit leading into the womens bathroom, on the bathroom floor, one of the sinks, and all over one of the toilets. They had placed orange cones in the main area and bathroom to alert customers, but were not yet cleaning it up. After a lengthy wait and then having to replace part of our order because they got it wrong (prolonging our stay), and then eating our food, we exited the building without being able to use the testroom because it was still covered with vomit--32 minutes later . It was a dark and rainy night, about 12:15 am, and I dragged myself out of bed to get an Oreo mcflurry- the beloved snack of America. With much anticipation and excitement, as I pulled up to the speaker box and was greeted by a very angry woman "we have no ice cream or milkshakes I'll be with you shortly".
