Fake ice cream. Ask for an ice cream in the cone and get fake ice cream. It looks like ice milk and tastes bland. Wonder if it's McDonald's or the cheap owners of the business. Probably the latter as other McD's have real ice cream. The renovations they did to the place are horrible. No view of the workers behind the counter and they can't see you. They want you to use the kiosk but then when you go to get your drink, there's no proof to show that you paid for one. The customer number thing is a joke, it's never used. If I could give no stars I would. You are greeted by a person telling you to use a machine to order. We weren't the only one offened by this. As humans we want to talk to humans. Our food was cold. Drove through drive-through last night and got just a fish sandwich with added pickles. Both employees seemed not 100% present and when guy gave me sandwich, he gave me 9 ketchups, 13 napkins, 8 pickles, fish patty was half way hanging out of bun and had to rearrange it and take off some pickles and Guy Did Not Give Me Credit Card Back!!!! I just called and talked to manager and they will not send it back to me( I live almost 2 hours away) were verrrry rude in answering about it. Girl who said she was manager, but "had to check with her supervisor" told me "it was not their responsibility" and made me wait for minutes while supervisor yammered on and on, just so girl could tell me "it was not their responsibility" and I asked for her name and she hung up. Went on the way back from thanksgiving as a small meal on the way back home. We used the drive through they forgot almost half of our order and got about a third of it wrong. They left out half of our drinks and gave us the wrong breakfast items for 2 of the 5 people with us. Would recommend skipping this and going to one further down the road. read more

This is by far one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Took over 15 min for a coffee and two McGriddle patties, not sandwiches just the cakes. Not even busy. Maybe 3 other customers and very few cars in the drive through. Other orders came out before mine. Most the time something in my order is wrong. What an experience! Poor kids. The manager was maybe 19? And the kids he was managing couldnt be any older. Seemed like none of them had ever gotten any training. 9 out of 10 customers were bringing food back to get done correctly. One guy even sent his sons food back 2 or 3 times. He was frustrated. An elderly man stood at the counter a good 5 minutes until a younger man yelled HEY!!! this man needs a refill!! They were giving food away as an appology to the bad (untrained) service. It is a McDonald's-nothing to write home Mom about. I am from L.A. and was in the area, and this happened to be convenient. The staff was pleasant, every order was correct, it was clean, and there is indoor and outdoor seating. Nothing spectacular, nothing terrible. read more

Bad service.. The manager is rude and she never fails to get my order wrong every time. They also need to train their employes to wash theres after handling money. Ill often times see them take the cash and immediately prepare someones food or serve the fries with out washing there hands. Overall this place is gross their employes are rude. read more

I'm not one to bash places on reviews, but I feel like the basics should still be there...my friend and I got some food from the drive through while on a road trip and asked for no onions and pickles on our McDoubles (I also have a food allergy) and they just gave us regular McDoubles with onions and pickles and none of the modifications we asked for. So we had to go inside and ask for it to be fixed and when I told the employee, she took the burgers from me and asked how I wanted them and then walked away while I was in mid sentence and came back with the wrong thing again bc she wouldn't let me finish. This happened 2-3x before we got what we asked for..me trying to explain how we ordered them and her not listening and coming back with our order made incorrectly. Whereas if she had taken a second to listen it would've been fixed quicker. She was probably stressed, honestly all of the customers at the takeout counter were irritated and waiting longer than normal and getting bad service. I don't solely blame her just seemed like no one there cares and it was just honestly really frustrating, especially for people just trying to get their food and be on their way. read more

We stopped by this past weekend and were shocked to see the hoards of flies inside the store. Unless you like dozens of flies, go elsewhere. Seriously we counted more than twenty on the sign just over the register in addition to the scores that were flying around. There were spilled fries and garbage all over the kitchen floor and under the machines opposite the registers. The flies were everywhere including a good dozen in the mens room to boot. We left without ordering after experiencing this cesspool of filth and nastyness. We watched for a few minutes and the young manager was struggling to keep things going as it appeared that some of his staff were missing. We the guests talked about how, in our opinion, the owner must be a real peice of work givin the lack of support or care that the place could be so nasty and filled with flying guests. LITERALLY THE WORST FOOD ESTABLISHMENT IVE BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. The people all have attitudes, they can't seem to understand anything extra you ask for on the order, even though THEY WRITE IT IN YOUR ORDER AND ITS ON THEIR COMPUTER AND ON THEIR TICKETS! Seriously, I go up to the Cloverdale McDonald's, and I walk in there knowing I am going to see a smiling face and that I am actually going to get what I ordered. And the worst part about the Healdsburg McDonalds, is even when the workers do mess up your order, they're either too incompetent to understand what they did wrong, or they take for their good ol' time fixing for you while giving you an attitude, and by the time you get your food back its cold. I've even had them rewrite up an order because I messed up and forgot my wallet and had to go back home, and when I came the second time, I ordered the EXACT same thing, and some how my bill was $2 more, and after sitting there for 5 minutes while they "tried to figure it out" (which consisted of one worker standing there with the other worker just staring at the screen, with no manager mind you), I decided "screw it" and paid for it, but God was it such a hassle.
