What a shocker to see such low rating, will never go back. When I got to the window I was a little shocked to hear $69 for three burgers, chicken tenders, two fries and two sodas. Then they would not give us any condiments workout charging $1 for a small little packet. Took forever, food sucked, and was took expensive. I was dying for a burger locally and didn't want to make my own. I ordered a $6 1/3lb burger to go. Annette was the General Manager and was working the drive thru and walk in at the same time. It's no longer $6 but $8.19 plus tax. It is angus beef and with inflation, it's still way less expensive than a gourmet burger at a sit down restaurant. I got it home and was surprised it was really tasty with the right amount of lettuce and toppings. The flavor of the burger was excellent with the char. I don't understand the low Yelp ratings because my experience was a good one. I will definitely return. read more

If I could give this a zero I would. The place was disgustingly filthy. The windows alone make you not want to eat here. The push buttons on the soda machine are gross, there was only one other customer in the entire place when we got there. But somehow none of the tables looked like they had a wipe down in a while. They served us cold fries, so we had to ask them to make us fresh ones. Then the manager finally arrived while we were there waiting so we could complain. It is what it is. Cheap fast food in Healdsburg. Don't expect much other then a normal fast food experience and you'll be satisfied. I go here at least twice a week do to the fact that most places in the Burg cost two to three times more then you'll spend here , just stay away from the more expensive burgers ... So I was going to try and call the location to make the complaint, but the number hangs up on you after it gives the address and business hours, so that was useless. I wound up paying a bit more than I was anticipating when I got the window, but what ever Id just check the receipt when I got to work, buuuuuuut wouldn't ya just know it I didn't get one. It was pry when handed my drink, and it wasn't what I asked for, that I may have become just a bit peeved. When I noted this to the girl at the window she proceeded to tell me that, "she didn't take the order"...... I kind of don't care if you took the order or not. If your co-worker fucked up I get it, but when a customer informs you, "this isn't what I ordered" you say you are sorry on behalf of you dimwitted co-worker, ask what it is they did want, then supply them with said original requested item. Moronic me inadvertantly ordered a #5 instead of my intended #3. When my burger arrived, I opened the container and saw my mistake and instantly realized the mistake was mine and not theirs. This is totally one of my favorite Carls locations. They do the Green Burrito Taco salad well, and they make the santa fe six dollar burger out of this world, and when you ask for that burger with extra santa fe sauce, they don't mess around (clearly i'm a fan of the spicy mayo) the criss cut fries are killer too - and great for dredging in extra santa fe sauce. Good staff (although sometimes slow during lunch time) plus great people watching - there is this couple who brings thier lunch in there every friggin day, and orders drinks and does the cross word - if it wasn't for that cross word, I don't think they'd talk. go for the people watching, stay for the 6 dollar burger. read more

Hard to miss since the bathroom is directly to your right upon entering. The bathroom door was open, someone was tinkering with the plumbing. As we stood in line, the manager came out of the bathroom with a wrench in hand, walked behind the order counter. Placed the wrench next to the food about to be served and proceeded to take an order at the register without washing his hands! WTF... Disgusting!!! I wanted to try the new Mushroom & Swiss burgers, (one of my favorite burger combos, and I loved the one they did back around 2006-ish). Unfortunately this particular location was in complete disarray. The person at the register walked away without a word before I could order, (I was standing right in front of him), and when he came back he mumbled, refused eye contact and interacted as little as possible. We finally found the one nearly-clean table in the dining room and sat down. When the same guy brought the food out a ridiculous 15 minutes later (in the nearly-empty, yet incredibly filthy dining room), he brought fries instead of the zucchini I'd ordered. He then took the whole tray back to replace them, came back and set it on the table without a word... and without Ranch. I asked for some, but he turned and walked away without acknowledging me, so I had to follow him back to the counter to get it. Then I opened the burger's box and was greeted by an overly-dark bun, unripe and inedible crunchy green tomatoes, and CHEDDAR cheese. It was awful. Had I not been on a 30-minute lunch break, I would have brought the whole mess back to the counter and requested a refund. As it is, we spent a combined total of about $25 for an aggravating and completely unsatisfying lunch break. I asked my fiancée to kindly punch me in the face the next time I suggest Carl's Jr, as it would be much more pleasant than returning. read more

We have been ordering from here on occasion for about the last year. Their taco salads were the bomb. Emphasis on "were". Unfortunately, the quality control of the only thing we order here has gone downhill and the level of spiciness has gone off the charts making the meal completely unenjoyable. Let's face it. The taco salads used to be really good, otherwise I would have never gone here. But how can you enjoy the salad when the shell is sometimes broken; kind of a shame since they rocked the shell used to house the dish. The presentation of the ingredients looks like a hot mess. Sometimes our orders would have too much lettuce, other times not enough meat. And It's just thrown in there looking very unappealing. Doesn't anyone know that the "visual" aspect of eating is a huge part of the meal? Clearly there is no consistency with the food products they produce. And, you can definitely tell that the staff does not care anymore. Pity...now we have to go somewhere else to get our taco salads. read more

Went at 830pm last night. Manager cleaning window at door and full booths, two of them and told me I could only drive thru. Got there to window and 10.56 for a med burger and fries that were ice cold (both fries and sandwich) I wouldn't eat here again if they gave the food away and it's just not a friendly place. This place is the worst! No sodas! Offered lemonade but just water came out of machine. Offered peach lemonade but there was none. Offered iced tea but there was none. Ordered Famous star no ketchup and no tomato...got ketchup. Fries and burger...COLD! My husband's Super Star was cold as well.
