I got to the window and she handed me a caramel frappe that was not dark and had caramel literally in the cup, a sticker that says caramel, and she's like "there's oreo in there " . I went to McDonald's and ordered two sausage McMuffins with with egg. Then I ordered two sausage McMuffins with egg with the sausage on the side two well done hashbrowns the guy told me that I had to go I had to go park in space 4 and they would bring my food right out to me as soon as it was done I ordered my food at 10:07 so I sit there in the parking lot and sit there and sit there and sit there like forever and 3040 minutes later the young lady came out and brought somebody else their food. She brought other peoples food out to not mine so I asked her about mine and she says oh it's in there. I'll get it well by that time I was mad I got out went and got my own food talk to the kid behind the counter he was no no good then I said where is the manager and here comes this little teenager to take care of this problem, but he didn't solve anything either. He just basically threw my food at me said there you go so I asked for the number and he says it's on the receipt so I tried calling that number and he does not answer so pissed off. I started going home got home looked at my bag and they only had two egg McMuffins in there and two wobbly hashbrowns cause they were not well done and that's only half my order so who eats my husband or me well I ate and my husband ate something else point is after waiting 30 to 40 minutesyou know your order is not even right and you have to get out of your car and go get it yourself. Drive through is very quick here! Wow! Never had to wait for food. When you get to the window, the food is always ready. The only downside is the location. It's inconveniently located next to a freeway entrance where traffic is heavily congested. If you park here, good-luck getting out because the way they have the drive through set up makes it so that the drive through line will block parking spots. read more

Went there around 9 P.M. on a Sunday night. I drive up to the window and no greeting. Dude that took the order was in a hurry, there was no one behind me. Wouldn't give time to order, and when I did, he would ask, "ok, that's it?" Like damn, what's the rush? Let that slide. Drive up to the window to pick up my food and again, no greeting. I had to use my ESP to figure out when the female working was gonna hand me my stuff. She was mute through out our whole transaction. After I'd get an item I'd say, thank you. No response. After I got my food I asked for sauce. You'd think I killed her dog. Got the eye roll, look of disgust, frustrated spin around, and with all that I only get two sauce packets for three orders of nuggets. I still said thank you. Must've been playing the quite game without my knowledge, lol! She won! Also, one my order of nuggets had a nugget that looked like they took a bite out of it. This is the second time I come here for a mocha frappe (SINGLE). They told me to park bc it wasnt ready. So i did. BOTH TIMES I WAITED OVER 20 MINUTES FOR 1 DRINK/ item. These associates at the store are very rude. They don't acknowledge you when you come in. If you have questions, they make faces you try talking to them and they just walk away. I stop at this McDonalds fairly often to grab something fast when I'm on the run. This is one of the cleanest McDonalds I have ever seen. They are constantly tidying up and cleaning. This inept employee who believes her position allows her to treat YOUR customers like their patronage isn't needed.
