Aesthetics? Nice. Clean. Service? It's a Tuesday afternoon, I did a mobile pick up order. I ordered it, confirmed I was at the restaurant, and then got gas as i waited. Came back from gas and no one was at the front to give me my order. I was also the only customer at the time. There were no bags at the counter so I assumed it wasn't ready. Stood there for almost 10 minutes before a last came up and said "are you a mobile order?" I said yes. She felt bad so she offered fresh friends. Waited another 15-20 minutes for fresh fries. My family was here for the weekend & we were on a time crunch to get to a softball game. We ended up getting 6 egg McMuffins, 8 sausage McGriddles & 8 bacon McGriddles. The picture of the bacon McGriddle was the one with THE MOST bacon on it in comparison to the other 7 McGriddles. It seems like they just grabbed the scraps & hoped I would not notice. This is the closest McDonald's to my house and it's horrible. They constantly get orders wrong. My kids happy meals are frequently Just a few days ago I ordered the international menu item of a chicken and mozzarella sandwich. It had the special code on it and I did have to wait for it as well. There was no mozzarella on it. I will drive further to go to a more consistent McDonald's. I think the only reason this McDonald's survives is because it is close to Costco. read more

Every single time I come here our order isn't correct. We have waited more than 20 minutes for food. We are one point had 5 receipts with the managers info because on those orders we had something missing and called out of frustration. The worse afternoon crew!!!!!!!!!! First, taking really long to take my order while other cars are going ahead of me. I got the wrong size drink and no sauces for the nuggets. I ask for sauces and then the worker has attitude and tells me they are in there. I check and tell her they are not in there. Now her eyes are starting to roll and her tone is giving me attitude. Its Hillsboro's newest Mcdonalds, opened in 2002. Service is pretty much the same as any Mcdonalds but a bit better then at other locations in the area. Food quality is pretty much the same as any Mcdonalds but they seem to keep on top of the freshness. I have experienced no problems with "custom orders" and they seem happy to do them. Lots of seating. Wide open dining room. Free wi-fi. Dual drive though lanes makes it easy to get though the drive though faster. No play structure though so if you come here so your kids can play you are out of luck. This store has new management, but I have notice no major changes since they took over a few weeks back. The only negative thing I have is they don't wear gloves when making the food. Very unsanitary. read more

The new issue at this McDonald's is now "the owner is too cheap to buy a new shake machine. He pays for a repair man to come fix the machine and a day later it's broken again. We just need a new machine". This was said by a drive thru employee. There's also a lack of communication between staff. The drive thru staff never knows when they are out of certain food items or if their shake machine is broken. I've had the manager tell me you "no longer get a stamp for shakes", yet, the other employees will give you a stamp. This restaurant and bathroom still continues to be very filthy.
