So many times I have mobile orders and there's always a problem with it. Only solution for them is for me to cancel and redo it but refund takes a while to return. Every time I go inside I never see any employee smiling. They're all so unapproachable. Only nice people are the people to bring the food out for curbside orders. I understand it's a busy site and I don't mind waiting but the attitude is not helpful. I try so hard not come to this location but it's close to work and I only have a 30 minute lunch so imagine not getting my food during my lunch and going back to work hungry. They took 20 minutes to give me my order and I tried to empathize with them because they were obviously confused and when we went to park our car and Alejandra came up and had a very nasty attitude when I asked for some ranch, when she was walking back I realized they had forgot one of my drinks when I asked Alejandra if she could bring me my drink she said "oh well they were giving them out at the window" with a very nasty and rude tone in her voice so I decided I'd go in and make a complaint to the manager and one of their other employee came up acting like they were the manager. Alejandra then corrected me and told me that wasn't actually the manger, when I finally got the actual manger and made my complaint she just apologized and Alejandra was still making slick comments behind the register. This McDonald's is operated extremely poor and the employees have horrible attitudes. Do not use the drive through on the left hand side because they will not take your order until they take the right hand side numerous times first. The restaurant is extremely slow and you wonder if the food product is made to order but when you bite into the food you realize the quality is lacking. I could not hear the girl on the microphone and I was sick and so placed my order when I got to the drive through register it was not accurate so,I told her this is not my order. This is a very good McDonald's location. The staff is always friendly and work hard to keep the drive-thru moving. Using the mobile app, I only use the drive-thru here. One time, I had a question out my mobile app with multiple items and a really professional and nice employee named Tom helped me out. He was great and explained how it worked! Rude and intentionally misleading. Mcdonalds is constantly changing their value deals. It used to be buy one get one free mcdoubles. This has been updated to buy one get one for $1 on DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS. Forgive me for this being confusing. This evening my fiance and myself ordered four mcdoubles assuming we were getting the deal. They don't give you the total at the speaker and when we received our receipt we inquired about the deal and the Manager simply said "no that deal is for double cheeseburgers". I feel basic customer service would have e been to give the order total at the window or to ask the customer if they'd like to change their order to double cheeseburgers to qualify for the deal. I am not one to write a review especially on a McDonalds however this is the third time the drive through has gotten my order incorrect. I don't eat McDonalds often but every once in a while I like a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and a hash brown early in the morning. The past 3 times I have gotten the hash brown but no McGriddle. Have they forgotten the sausage? Yes. Have they give me bacon instead ? Yes. Have they given me a bacon egg biscuit instead? Yes. The past 5 times I have been, they have been closed. Their hours state 4:00am-1am, I have been at 5:30am, 10pm, 11pm, 12am etc. and they have not been open a single time I went. The last time I went was at 10pm and me and 3 other cars were waiting for our orders to be taken for about 7 minutes. I pulled up to the window and I saw 2 lady's who shook their head telling me they are closed. I insisted they open the window so I could ask them about their hours and they ignored me and started laughing. It was very rude and I genuinely wanted to know if the hours were wrong so I don't keep coming when they aren't open, the lady opened the window and said "what" and then said they are open from 4:00 or 5:00 am (how do you not know the time?) until 10pm which is not what it says online. We travel to Huntington Beach several times a year and this McDonald's is the most amazing anywhere in the country. The place is designed to omit walk up orders. The app isn't working so I couldn't put in my parking number so I had to go in to get my order. While in there, the staff did all they can NOT to notice me. I want the only one in there. A man was waiting to order at the counter and was not attended to for a while, at least when I came in to the point I walked out with my order. Another gentleman walked and and received the same treatment. The staff was so close to is they clearly saw us. He eventually had to raise his voice so we can get some service. Visited this location at about 11pm on a Friday night and the service was so good I felt compelled to write a review. We got served going through the drive thru by Chucky, and he was so upbeat, courteous and professional which was such a refreshing surprise. Usually that late it's straight to business no chit chat just order and get your food, but Chucky really took my customer experience up with his professionalism and politeness. Ordered my food, got it served hot, fresh and quickly. It's so rare to see that kind of work ethic and I personally think it needs to be recognized when you see it, so thanks Chucky for the help and I hope you get the recognition you deserve. read more

Words cannot express how horrible this location is. The people working today 12/30/2024 at 1pm were horrible. The manager hides in the back and slowly does the fries and it's almost impossible to get the attention of the workers. They also mark all the orders as ready on the screen so McDonald's doesn't know that they are not working.
