Worst McDonalds in the area. New to Jeffersonville, and have tried this place 3 times. Each time it was an unpleasant experience. Terrible service and customer service. It starts directly with the mangers. Not exactly to notch management at that store. More like management with an attitude. I read the Yelp reviews after my 3rd negative experience. Apparently I'm not the only one that feels this way . Do yourself a favor and go to the McDonalds on Highway 62 headed toward Charleston. 5-6 minutes away and so much better. Today's experience was ordering my breakfast to eat here on the kiosk. Grab my number, find a table and relax. Then wait and wait. Went to check and my breakfast and it was sitting in a to go bag at the counter. It had a sticker on it saying " Eat In Table 36." A manager happened to walk by headed to the kitchen. I mentioned it to her. She shrugged and kept walking. So I sat down to eat my breakfast. The dining room is almost empty. Two other tables had someone sitting at them. An employee sits in the booth behind me. Than starts playing music loudly through his phone. Another employee joins him a few minutes later. They spoke very loudly in Spanish and continued listening to music. Seriously ??!! Nothing good to say about this horrible restaurant. Go elsewhere. There are so many other choices nearby. Of all the McDonald's in our surroundings area;?this location has to be the worse for service. Food is sometimes cool or cold; time to place an order is lengthy or they may take 3 cars from one order lane leaving those in the other lane sitting there. This happens even when it isn't very busy;?then you sit in line for times up to 15 - 20 minutes sometimes. I personally try to avoid this location. McDonald's says it's best to leave it up to the manager to work this out, but it never happens. When you get to the window you see staff standing around. On 5/18/23 at 6:54pm est. Waited in the curbside pickup for 25 minutes for an iced mocha, sweet tea, caramel frappe and mcchicken for them to tell me they didn't know we had a mobile order. Then when I got the drinks after we seen everybody get their food from the drive thru... keep in mind in the dining room it was empty they weren't busy. The iced mocha didn't taste like an iced mocha. Called the 10th st McDonald's and the manager wanted me to drive back up there and waste my gas to be able to get another iced mocha after messing up not once but twice... I would have to bring back a cup when I had the mobile order receipt..what a joke and I will never go to this McDonald's again and will be calling corporate. There is ALWAYS an issue when coming here. My husband and I will only come to this location as a last resort. Went a couple nights (morning- 3:24 a.m.) ago and they were closed. Everything was completely lit up, including menus, but restaurant was empty. No signs anywhere to indicate they were closed. Online still said they were open. Drove around the building twice before realizing because there were three cars parked next to the building. From reading reviews, this is not the first time people have had this issue. Someone REALLY needs to get this straightened out. When they are open, customer service is lackluster or non-existent and there is always something wrong with our order. Workers have complained to/shared with me before how awful management is, among other things. Plan to wait in line at least 20 min even with a small order/short line- usually longer. Last resort stop only. read more

I have worked McDonald's before and I just can't understand how they never get anything right here. I stopped ordering iced coffee because it was never made correctly, and we stopped eating there for the same reason. It's been a few months and we decided to get breakfast because our kid was really craving pancakes from there. How hard is it to run food? No butter, no syrup, and when we asked for extra sauce, they only gave us three total for four burritos. So take a longer trip and go to the one after the roundabout or just make your own breakfast so you know it'll turn out lol read more

McDonalds false advertisement again! Went thru drive thru. Sign states, after you pay if you don't get your food in 30 seconds. You will receive a free sandwich on your next visit. From 7:00am to 3:00pm or 4:00pm. Ok I pay, start the timer on my phone. Over a minute to receive my food, showed the young man my phone. He asked his manager what to do. The manager asked him did I have a timer? He informed her I used my phone. She said I needed a timer they pass out, but they have ran out at this time. How do you run out of timers? Let me kick this off with Customer Service! There is none. I can pull up to the speaker at night and wait 10 mins before I hear them tell me I have to wait another 10 mins before they can take my order. Of course they don't tell me itll be 10 mins but anyone who's a regular knows the drill. My Teas are never unsweetened when I order them that way. I'm really tired of this place and their obvious noncaring attitudes about fast and friendly service. If I were the managers and district managers I'd be embarrassed to say I run this location. Out of the two times I have ordered from here, they have messed up both. First order I placed included 6 McChickens. When I got my order I only had received 1 sandwich and a 6 piece nugget, which I had not ordered. I was missing 5 more McChickens. I got refunded for that. The second time I ordered was 8 McChickens and out of those sandwiches 2 of them were cheeseburgers, which again, I did not order.
