Wasn't ordering but was sitting for about 7 minutes and got told I can't just sit here when they have sign saying "30 minutes MAX" for loitering.. manager "Heather Morris" spoke with an attitude when told us we can't just sit there. First, I ordered via the McD's app. I ordered 2 BBQ sauces for my nuggets, the receipt indicated 1 was ordered, and I actually received NO sauce. Annoying. Second, it took me 5 minutes to drive to the restaurant after placing and paying for my order. I checked in immediately upon arrival. When I arrived, there were 8 cars in the drive-through lane before the ordering kiosk. ALL 8 cars placed their order, paid for their order, and picked up their order before my food was brought to my car. This is the way this restaurant works - it isn't advisable to order via the app as you are put behind every other customer that orders after you. Third, the McDonald's app is, by far, the worst in the industry. It is slow, unreliable, unpredictable, slow, and buggy. It was not even possible to submit a comment to the company through the mobile app. For a company that has annual global revenue of $23.18 BILLION, this is an unacceptable product. I had a great experience here and it was the first one I have ever had at this location. I usually am running around late night and miss the "appropriate" dinner times so I try and get something quick and reliant so you know this is the place to go. (I have never been inside this restaurant) The drive through staff were all supremely helpful and cheerful for it being close to 11PM! I made a small joke about them telling me "thank you for coming back" the cashier had a chuckle, I drove through to the second window and my beverage was over flowing the very nice lady had explained that she was going to give me extra napkins and to be extremely careful because the machine had filled it to the brim! (I didn't mind I thought it was very lucky!!) I then just had to drop and ask for the manager's name Because I have had some not so great quick stops here in the past. ESABEL was the manager on this shift tonight (1-29-2021) and my goodness does she know how to run a store - fast, efficient, kind, and very upbeat from all the staff members and the food is very fresh it smells and tastes great 10 out of 10 for this location tonight!!! read more

we only come to this location because it's close to our home, but we have a terrible experience every time. we are treated like an inconvenience by the staff (except the manager--we've spoken to her and she's lovely!) and our food is lukewarm, cold, or just completely messed up every single time we come through. we know the manager is trying hard to make this location thrive, but it's clear that mcdonald's standards for employment and customer service have declined severely. save yourself the time and money and drive the extra mile or two to the location on Barry Road. would rate 0 if i could, honestly. read more

OMG. We were in the drive thru for over 35 minutes. The reason why became clear when we finally reached the food window. There were two young girls standing there giving zero f****. The one with the long braids finally opened the window and said "here" when handing the drinks to me. No smile, no greeting, no manners. When I arrived (10:45pm) there was 3 cars ahead of me. It was taking a while but no problem I understand businesses run slow sometimes. The car in front of me waited at the speaker for a WHILE and nobody answered. He eventually drove off. I pulled up to the speaker and waited. Still not closing time yet. Saw an employee walk out to her car to leave. This was after waiting 5 mins at the speaker already. I thought that was odd so I checked the closing time online and it said 11pm. Once 11pm hit I driver passed the windows to look inside and there were still employees so they were just ignoring all of us so they could close early. I can only review the drive thru because I have never been inside this store. I stop here from time to time if it on my route some where. Sometimes, as with any McDonald's the lines are long in the drive thru. However, from my experience with other locations the wait time is not that long. They seem to have a pretty decent system down. NEGATIVE 5 stars!!! Do not dine in at this McDs after 6pm! The first time we dined in, we walked in and no one at the register said Hello. They were all busy chatting and laughing. We stood there until we were ready to order. She took our orders and gave us our cups. She didn't say Thank you. I was going to write a review at that time but decided to give them another try. The second time we went, pretty much the same thing happened. We walked in, there was a girl at the register who also didn't say hello nor made eye contact. She just stood there. I approached the register first and looked back at my boyfriend and he said, 'lets wait until they say hello'. I stood there for about a minute, no hello and I finally asked, 'Are you ready?' She replied, Yes. My BF then says, 'I dont want to eat here' and we walked out and went to Arbys. Their service was awesome. About a block from my house so I walked up there today with my autistic son to get his dinner (he will only eat certain things among them McD's frys), went in and was greeted with "the lobby's closed!!!" (3! because she screamed at us). Do we have to used the drive thru! "YES!!!. We walk around to the drive thru and a women in the lot asks "did they close the lobby's?" (didn't recognize at first that she was wearing the new gray McD uniform). Yah, but wish they have locked the door! "Well the employees need to get in and out". We are standing in line in the drive thru for a few minutes and then she yells "don't you have a car?". I answer I live a block away. "Well we can't allow you to stand in the drive thru". I used to enjoy this place, the food is decent, served fresh and fast, very close to home with internet I could use after my meal (to deal with school, catch up with friends and the like). But come here often enough and the employees will apparently complain about you loudly. As far as I know I don't cause them any trouble or make messes for them to clean up so I am not sure what I did to receive this treatment. I used to like this place but I don't think I could come here anymore If it means overhearing stuff like that. The employees just aren't as friendly as they seem I guess. read more

Ordered a coke and a milk for my daughter. After paying, the coke was handed to me quickly without the lid being on correctly and needless to say soaked me. The attendant just stood there and finally got napkins. He then asked if I would like another coke.
