I have increased my original review from 2 stars to 3. They finally appear to have fixed their chicken nuggets so they aren't weird looking and have flavor. Good! Parking lot is still kind of a disaster, but I won't hold it against them since they don't have options here because of the location. Service has been spotty, seems less than friendly at times. They REALLY need to bring Hot Mustard back. This hasn't been factored into my rating here, but seriously, please bring it back! While i know that it is by far the least healthy breakfast option, it has allowed me to get better sleep in my new amazing apartment (details to come later). After forgetting to go and get coffee and creamer at the local neighborhood market (yeah I know right), i decided to make use of the app again and pick something up before my shift. I used my code and gave my order apparently i wasn't allowed to get cheese on my sausage egg biscuit even though it was the item I was actually buying. The free hash brown was inedible however. It was cold and it had the texture of polystyrene. I am deciding now to quit cold turkey and start making better breakfast decisions. Oh yeah to clarify my "attention" statement on my check in, the drive thru attendant didn't even notice that my order was incorrect for the mobile app code...she gave me the right/incorrect total, and I had to inquire as to why. I go here regularly, however, today (7/5/26 in the afternoon) the shift manager was extremely rude. I wanted 2 sauces for a 6 piece chicken nuggets. Since I was a child that's how many sauces it uses. This location made the poor management decision (in my opinion) to be extra strict and rude about charging 45-cents for those who want the "correct amount of dipping sauce" for the items they ordered. I get if I wanted four sauces...sure, charge, but two is the correct amount for a 6-piece. Most McDonald's do not charge me for asking for an extra sauce for my 6-piece. The few that do, they have excellent people skills and pull it off. This location is not equipped with the excellent people skills needed to upcharge someone for the "correct amount of dipping sauce". That Shift Manager was combative and rude, a 50-something white lady, with wavy brownish-red hair. They were busy as all get out and she thought it was worth 5-minutes arguing with me and proving me wrong while the rest of the staff was trying to keep up with the rush of customers. For 30 years I've been getting 2 sauces with my 6-pieces. Hundreds of orders and I've only been up-charged for it a handful of times. This was by far the most combative one. read more

The only reason I go to McDonald's is for their fillet of fish. So when I get the craving (which isn't too often), I head over and order myself a fish sandwich. Well today was the last time I'll be ordering one. Shockingly, it only had a "half" a slice of cheese and no pickles, but it was also cold. Extremely disappointing. The cheeseburger I ordered for my mom had a full slice of cheese, so I'm not sure why they're going so cheap with cheese on the fillet of fish. Wendy's here i come!!! read more

We ordered Mac Flurries at this location and got half a cup of ice cream with enough cookies but the cookies weren't blended in just sitting on top. If you're going to put a high lid on the cup at least you could fill the cup to the top!! This was $1.50 worth of ice cream for $3.25!!! Don't order!!! read more

I'm going keto tomorrow so today I decided to get McDonald's to celebrate final meal of all the things I can't have. I was very disappointed when my delicious quarter pounder arrived like it had been mauled by a group of dogs. The RUDEST person I have ever encountered. Yells from the back to use the kiosk ( very gruff and not in a friendly way). I advised I was using cash. She was noticeably irritated and very rude to myself and the lady behind me in line. If this is management there is no surprise that they rate so low on yelp. This location always has the worst service, which is sad considering that we live in Lake Oswego. I recommend making the drive to the Tualatin locations instead where they give you friendly service and fill your drinks all the way. On this day, the cashier argued that this is how they ALWAYS fill their smoothies and that I'm crazy for thinking that they didn't fill it all the way. They already reduced the cup size and now they serve them partially empty. The dining room is closed, but you can sit at the outside tables and enjoy your meals. Great place for a cheap cup of coffee and suasage burritos , less than $5 and get a buck and change back. Each time went fine, and I don't know if this was because we're from a different area, but it was really fresh and exceeded our expectations! Damnit McDonald's, why you gotta suck! Went to this location to the first time and wasn't surprised at the sub par service. I used the drive thru and when I got to the microphone, my daughter wanted to know if their chicken tenders came with a spicy sauce that had NO sweet. The lady goes "uhh we have the regular chicken tenders and then the bbq..ones." Definitely didn't answer my question. I than asked if the regular ones had spicy sauces and she said "I don't know, I've never tried them." BRO...even if you haven't tried them, you work there and should have some basic knowledge about your food! The fodd was the usual. The service however was very bad. They seemed short staffed, but that doesn't excuse the rudeness.

At 8:40 am. Heavy line, light staffed. But the staff on duty was amazing! We had 4 cars infront of us and we were going to wait. I've frequented this McD location for the past 6 months, since moving the Lake Oswego. The manager is an arrogant woman who mocks customers, cajoles employees in front of customers, and has a general disrespect for anyone with a concern or feedback. I've twice been rebuffed by her, telling me she was "just doing her J-O-B" when I brought up issues with McDonalds policies. The wait times are higher than other joints, especially in the early morning, and I have yet to receive a hot fresh French fry. They have the junk drive thru market cornered so I don't foresee any changes soon. Buyer beware. read more

We just moved here and have been to this McDonalds 3 times now, and every time the fries are stale. Even when they are hot. The burgers are great, which is why I gave 2 stars.
