This is absolutely terrible...... my coworkers and I go here all the time after 10pm and never fails we always receive cold food. For how long they take to get us our food it should be scorching hot, but it's not I demand a response from someone on this. A brand new place looks as good as it does on the outside, is a total mirage for the service u get inside. Even though it's McDonald's and it's fast food there should still be a level of service demanded by a manager or owner here. Zero stars if I could. I just moved close to this location recently and they are so rude. We've ordered from here multiple times and they do NOT have all day breakfast even if they advertise. False advertising? I think so. I always get the same thing at McDonald's (so I know the number) and they get it wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's like they do it on purpose. I had this awful experience with this location once. To be honest, I was really surprised because I had always had a good experience with this location. Me and my friends were on our way home after a vacation to Santa Cruz and we wanted to stop by for some food because we had been driving for hours. It was 10 minutes before they closed and we figured we could just get a burger and fries and some soda and that was it. Well once we got into the drive-through (which was empty so we could just drive up immediately), we started to order and once we were done ordering, the lady behind the counter reminded us that they were closing in about 10 or 15 minutes and that they only had fried products. Ok, I have gone several times now. Hoping that each time, they might get it right. Well, I have been proven wrong each time. My husband & I used to laugh at the fact that each & every order was wrong, and we had to specifically ask for items that should have been included....like a spoon for oatmeal, or jelly for the biscuit. And when you ask, they roll their eyes, and give an attitude as if its your fault they got it wrong. I got this raw hamburger! When I called the manager she said that they I just did the grill, which implies she knows there's a problem. She then said we fix the problem and I said well apparently not because after looking at your yelp review there was a similar incident almost a year ago. These people have been serving raw meat for a year! There was also a picture of a dirty ice cream station, posted roughly a year ago as well, and even though I did not think about taking a picture, I too noticed the same thing. I have been to many McDonald's in many sates. I've ordered many things. Never have I been so disappointed. Not only are they overpriced (their solar menu is NOT standard), but we ordered their 'new' BBQ Ranch Burger, and got a patty covered in sauce with Doritos chips on it. Corn chips on a burger? No sir. On top of that they weren't all the same, as some had a slice of Swiss cheese and some didn't. 12/26/19 - Very poor service! No clean tables and no napkins I could use to wipe off a table for my group. So I borrowed one of their cleaning cloths from the counter and wiped off a table and chairs so we could eat. When I put the cloth back no one said a thing or came out to clean the other tables. I ordered and paid using the kiosk and took my table number as instructed. When they called my number I had to go up to the counter to pick up my food. I asked the counter-person what the numbers were for and she said they were for people that are "eating here." I explained that I was eating there and she said she was on break. I don't eat at McDonald's very often. I mentioned my experience to my wife a few days later and wondered out loud if this is a poor location or if it is the McDonald's employees' reaction everywhere to the kiosks. This is a newly built or remodeled McDonald's. Everything looks shiny and new but seems as if no one has ever cleaned after opening day. There was garbage all over the parking lot and basically around the entire perimeter of the building. The interior of the restaurant had unswept floors and dirty tables. We were dining at 6:45am and were the only customers inside. You'd expect everything to be spotless at that hour. Our order was wrong. Bathrooms had not been cleaned or checked since the previous day (or opening day)! If you're craving a Big Mac, pass this exit up and drive to the next McDonald's. read more

They're not very busy on weekdays (except for rush hours) but super busy on weekends. The service is just as slow either way. On weekends, be prepared to sit at the drive-through for 30 minutes or more. "All Day Breakfast" as stated prominently on their sign is not really. They don't serve hash browns after 10:30 and when I asked them about it, they blamed it on their supplier. It's all over the news that franchise owners are rebelling against this long awaited decision by corporate, so I"m not fooled by this excuse. Stopped for quick breakfast on the way to a tournament with 3 players and my 8 month pregnant wife. Ordered ahead on the app and when we arrived and checked into our stall we waited 20 mins for food that never came. I went into the restaurant and waited in line. While I waited in line, I seen people customers get there orders that ordered off the kiosk while I was in line and customer whom stood in line get orders. Once I got to front to inquire about my order I asked to please wait and cashier the proceeded to bag all the orders of customers and make my 5 orange juices. Then hand orders out the drive thru. I asked the nearest McDonald's employee can they just hand me my order that sitting on the counter getting cold and her response was we are busy. I understand being busy but you have to prioritize the orders that come in first. The cashier then takes an order outside to a car whom I may add pulled in 25 minutes after I did. Upon his return he asked how can help and I informed him "that's my order sitting there getting cold" and provided him with order number and showed him my receipt on the phone. His response was classic. He informs me that he was just about to take that order out. I asked when, after you took the order of the 5 people in line and handed out their orders or is it because I'm here in the restaurant inquiring? This is second time this McDonalds has taken 15 minutes or more to bring food out. But 40 mins for so-called fast food is ridiculous. It's 12/21/2018 5:32am when I placed my order. #4 (Bacon,egg & cheese biscuit) simple right... well I substituted the reg egg for egg whites, the girl taking my order knew nothing about taking orders. She kept going to the back to ask, which was no problem I'm all for training and getting it right but their was nobody training! Any how after a few minutes my order was finally placed, it gets better! So after 15-20 minutes I get my number called "209" I go for my food and it's wrong! Wrong sandwich, wrong egg not even close to what I ordered. I give the sandwich back and state it wasn't right, I'm told "it's gonna be 20-30 minutes because we're cooking yellow egg and we can't make egg whites with yellow egg at the same time. Customer Service ABOVE and BEYOND The On-site Manager, Liz, performed OUTSTANDING customer service Monday Morning 2/27. This experience was not just a regular 7am breakfast visit, it turned to be a visit where I lost my purse and Liz helped me get EVERYTHING back, yes i mean EVERYTHING! Returning from a weekend trip to Napa, my husband and I visited this McDonald's location at about 9:00am (give or take). After a quick breakfast, we left McDonald's and I left my purse full of everything behind. You name it a gorgeous purse, personal ID, credit cards, cash, etc. It was about 2-3 hours later of driving home is when I discovered my purse was missing. After a bit of crying, remembering, and panic, my husband called the Lathrop McDonald's and got in touch with Liz. It had turned out that a McDonald's customer turned my purse in (THANK YOU WHO EVER YOU ARE) and it was given to Liz. Liz advised she locked it safe and that nothing was taken. After this conversation, I felt a little weight come off my shoulders as I had faith I found a trust for Liz. After another hour, we arranged a Fedex pick up to come 2 hours later and have my purse sent to me overnight. Status: From what I can see, EVERYTHING came back! EVERYTHING! THANK YOU LIZ for your kindness, trusting voice, hustle, and actions to help return my purse back to me. McDonald's is truly lucky to have such dedicated, high valued employees such as yourself. read more
