I was talking to one of the locals, and they stated that the owner of this restaurant served large portions because he felt it was his way of giving back to the community and not always worried about budgets and money. The only drawback about eating breakfast here is you can still smell some of the odors from the partying the night before as it had a dance club/nightclub atmosphere on a Friday night.
