They got my order wrong and treated it like a takeout order, not dine in. They are understaffed, only one employee was available to assist, and she, a manager, was doing line work. No employee in the public facing part of the restaurant. She did correct my order, but her excuse for the take-out presentation was incomprehensible, something mumbled about "not usual" implying that no one eats in here, but there were two others eating in. My family came in because they had a free 6pc chicken nugget deal with no purchase necessary. My family ordered other food as well. The food was the same as it is at all McDonalds, the service was helpful when they weren't busy. I saw trash around the ground in a couple different areas. Their kiosk also said they were out of over 25 things from smoothies, to shakes, to even their water cups. They did give me a water cup anyways when I asked so I don't know why it says they are out. This is probably the worst run McDonalds in the world. I literally watched them close the store, at 10pm, with 5 cars waiting to order in the drive thru. The sign, the doors, the website, and every other website (including this one) says the dining room is open until 11, and the drive thru is open until 12. Again, they closed the restaurant at 10pm with CUSTOMERS WAITING TO ORDER! The service is always terrible and slow, and the staff seems to change over weekly. When they finally served me there is a man that consistently harrasses my friends and I every time we go to this McDonald's location. He will always looks inside of my car and ask questions about my personal life, unrelated to the food that I'm ordering. To top it off, when he took my order I had asked him If they still had the buttermilk crispy sandwich, which he had replied yes. Wow! I kid you not this was the best McDonalds I've had in a long long time. The fries were so crispy and salty, they were delicious. The food was also ready so quickly, we were in the drive thru for only around 5 minutes tops. The workers have to be incompetent, I swear. We ordered 2 bacon/egg/cheese bagels, a bagel w/ cream cheese, and a bacon/egg/cheese biscuit without egg. They forgot the cream cheese and still charged me for it, instead of the 2 bagel sandwiches, they gave us 2 McGriddles, and they forgot to take off the egg on the biscuit.
