This review is based on my most recent customer service. Frequent this location on occasions for a breakfast sandwich or hot chocolate. Yesterday, February 29, 2016 I purchased two breakfast burritos. One of them contained a hard pebble or small stone resulting in a broken tooth (molar). We went through the drive-thru at 1220am. And I understand it's late so a wait is not ever the issue. I've waited 20 minutes and not cared because let's be real, 20 min at almost 1230am is tough alone. But we went through this drive thru and they didn't even warn us at the speaker that they only had the ability to accept cash. So we wait 25 minutes for our food and then we can't even get it because they don't accept our debit card. And honestly, when has a fast food place ever not accepted a card. Sad McDonald's. I had a friend pick up food and I had ordered a mcdouble with no onions and a large french fry. The man argued that the mcdouble comes plain. I've ordered a mcdouble many times before from other locations and this hasn't been an issue. According to McDonald's website, "Two 100% beef patties simply seasoned with a pinch of salt and pepper, a slice of melty American cheese and topped with tangy pickles, minced onions, ketchup and mustard. It really takes a lot for me to take the time and review a company after all of my years in customer service I am the first to know things happen, however the service and quality at this location tonight was TERRIBLE!!! I got home to cold food, the bottom of the barrel French fries and missing a 20 piece nugget that was $6.99. I called to speak with a manager to let him know my disappointment and he told me I could come back on Friday or Saturday from 10pm -2am that was his nexts shifts to resolve it. Umm no, that was dinner for my family, I don't feed them at 10pm on Friday or Saturday nights, then when I disputed the time frame he hung up on me!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous, I expect a call or message from someone with the authority to make things right or I will NEVER go to your location again, your only 5 blocks from my house and I was a frequent visitor. These guys are super fast at getting the soccor moms on the road through the drive through. One thing I HATE is when you have to give your order to a real person in the drive through without the help of the menu. It's like you have to have the value meal numbers memroized. We've been through twice and every time he has an attitude like he doesn't want to be there or we are bothering him like we aren't the customers. We go here every Wed after eating mexican food and get an ice cream cone. The last THREE times we have been there the ice cream machine was broken. There is no sign on the drive-thru menu stating that it is broken, and we get stuck in the drive thru and can't get out once they tell us the machine is broken. Started going all the way over to the one on Virginia. Much better and the soft serve is a more firm cream and it lasts longer. read more

This McDonald does not honor prices displayed. Their grilled southwest salad showed $3.80 and their crispy showed $5.49, so I asked for the grilled. They charged me the $5.49 and I pointed out that the price said $3.80. He said the screen was not right and that it's suppose to be $5.49. He said he was not going to make any adjustments even though the display price clearly shows a difference price. read more

All of the national advertising about McDonald's serving breakfast all day and it was not true! Just ordered an egg mc muffin and I was told that we do not serve breakfast all day! The food is not 5 stars- it's McDonald's. But we just had our 3yr old daughter's birthday party here and the service was first class. For $79.99 we got reserved tables in the play area, a concierge-type attendant who got us whatever we needed, 10 happy meals, drinks, ice cream sundaes, and birthday cake for all of the kids as well as party favors. Really appreciate the positive attention paid to our daughter's party by the entire staff. If your child is young enough for it not to be "uncool" to have their party at McDonald's, I highly recommend! read more

I was very disappointed. The play area doesn't look anything like the pictures. There is a very small area for 3 and under which my 2.5 yr old got bored with very quickly. The larger area for bigger kids looked good but she was not tall enough to climb up there. I have said they need to train staff i ordered a bacon mcdouble no cheese as i am lactose intolorant i open sandwich to check as i have learned to do.. a bun and 2 pattys no sauce no bacon so they throw bacon on with attitude. They're nice people I give them that. But try ordering more than 2 drinks and see if they can accept the challenge and manage to get all the drinks correct! Yuch! This is the dirtiest McDonald's in the area. The owner's should be ashamed. The staff is life-less and rude. Wallpaper is crumbling off the walls. Went in at 11:45 and the floors had bits of food all over, ketchup dispensers were dripping all over the place, the drink fountain was a sticky mess. Food was also thrown together uncaringly. I am so F'in sick of this McDonald's. Every single time we get food from here something is missing or the whole entire order is WRONG!! It became so bad that I quit coming here. I actually drive all the way to Custer if I want McDonald's. They always ask what kind of sauce you want, ring it up on the screen so you can see it, but never put it in the bag. One time they forgot my daughter's entire happy meal and my hubby had to go back and get it. Another time, they gave me the wrong order in drive thru and I had to return it in-store and wait for the correct order to be made. This time, my hubby ordered a number 7 which is a 10 piece nugget meal and realized (when he got all the way home of course) that they gave him a two cheeseburger meal. Last time I watched the girl give me my food and tell me to have a nice day. I wanted to see how long it would take her to realize that she didn't give me my drinks WHICH WERE SITTING RIGHT THERE IN THE WINDOW. This has got to be bad management and training because most times it's someone different messing up and it is always in the evening between 6 and 8. I blame my husband for not checking the order before he leave's (which I always do) but mostly, I blame him for wasting his time at the horrible establishment!!!! You should be able to place your order and trust that you are getting what you bought every-time without having to second guess the employees' work. Not the case here. If you do not check your order you will be sorry. I have only named a few instances of MISTAKES but I am talking about numerous mistakes during the course of a year. Like a said, I don't buy food here because I know that the place is mediocre at best but every now and then my spouse does. And when he does, he gets extremely pissed.
