Sept 17, 2019, National Cheeseburger Day. My son and his gf love McDonald's cheeseburgers. For national cheeseburger day McDonald's in app had their cheeseburgers normally $1.29 for $.69 cents. The app did not mention if there was a quantity limit or not. When I arrived we went inside and I asked if there was a quantity limit. The person at the register did not know. He scanned the barcide for the promo and tried adding 2. The 2nd one rang up at regular price. Now I get at the price they are offering it they are most likely breaking even. But had I known the quantity limit was 1 I certainly would not have wasted my time going. I spent that much in gas getting there. Since I was there I decided as a treat I would buy 20 more to go of them for my son and his gf to eat over the next few days. I decided to have a soda while waiting for the 21 cheeseburgers. They said it would be a while and they would let us know when it was ready. Someone quite obviously dropped the ball here. We sat in the dining area and multiple times someone came out announcing a person's order was ready and was bringing it to the table. Being a larger than normal order I usually have to wait depending on where I go 15-30 minutes for an order that size to come up. At the 22 minute mark I decided to go check. The order screen showed the order was complete. When it was complete, I have no idea, because no one certainly announced it was ready like they did for each of the orders for the people dining in. I grabbed our two bags and left. When we got to the car I decided to have one to gauge how long they had been sitting there. I grabbed one from the middle of the bag which should still be the warmest section. The burger was not even warm in the slightest. Very very disappointing. When we arrived home they needed to be warmed back up. McDonald's, #1 announce on a promotion a quantity limit. #2 on carry out orders bought in store maybe you should implement announcing when they are done also like orders for dine in. Tables were filthy, all tables, food took way to long to come out.Food was like warm and if the health dept. showed up they'd be in trouble! I generally think it's a waste of time to write or read reviews of any fast food place, especially McDonalds. I mean, come on, what do you expect if you purposely choose to go to a McDonalds? But sometimes the bar gets lowered so far that one McDonalds stands out as winning the worst of the worst award. I honestly don't know why I came here. I was running late on errands and hungry for a quick cheap snack. When I walked in the door I ran smack into an employee screaming at the top of her lungs in Spanish to four other employees gathered in the main dining room. I assume one of them was her manager, and I assume she was very angry about something because after about five minutes of yelling she stormed off out the door. I have no idea why I stayed; the only thing I could think of is her coming back with a gun. So I tried to order a Big Mac meal, except McDonalds has opted to change the way they describe their menu so it is next to impossible to know what you're ordering. They no longer list the various sizes but instead the cashier tries to trick you into ordering a larger size. Apparently they're still trying to get the employees themselves to understand what that's all about because the cashier was so confused she had to ask for help from an equally confused co-worker. It ended up costing me over SEVEN BUCKS for a basic Big Mac meal. I've got news for McDonalds, I can list at least a dozen independent hamburger places around town that sell their burgers for less than $7 and they are far, far better burgers than a Big Mac. The dining room was full, with only one empty table (dirty) and a McDonalds employee sitting by himself eating lunch and taking up TWO tables. I have never seen any restaurant anywhere that allows their employees to eat their lunch in the main dining room, especially at peak busy lunch time. This employee was there when I arrived and still there when I left, casually playing on his phone. I mentioned the tables were dirty, did I mention that the whole place was filthy? Was cleaning up the job of the lunch-eating employee or the one who was screaming at the manager in the dining room? I got out of there as fast as I could, only to find two people having sex in the parking lot. I guess they were having it their way. Mark this McDonalds down and NEVER come back, ever! read more

Manager Amy called me a b**** and a Karen in front of my kids for asking her how to use the app. Very unprofessional.

This McDonald's does not follow the standard of any other McDonald's where every order should be treated the same. I ordered an ice cream cone, and I was handed a half melted tiny cone, and when I asked that I have a normal McDonald's ice cream because the one I was given was half melted and half of the normal size, the girl at the window literally said "that's nice, but no" and slammed the window shut. I called to speak to the manager about the person at the drive thrus attitude, and it turned out she WAS the manager. Does McDonald's not provide proper training to their management on how to treat customers, or was this just a bad hire? I have always been taught to treat people with kindness and take pride in your work! Nobody who treats customers that way should be in a leadership position EVER. Really embarrassing bad look for the franchise owner, especially when I have been a frequent loyal customer who has spent hundreds of dollars here. There's so many bad reviews on this location I'm sure the management doesn't take them seriously, but the franchise owner should really step in and start taking control of the place because the management is soiling the place with horrendous customer service. read more

The service is horrible! I walked into the lobby at about 7:55 PM. I use the kiosk to place my order I opted to pay at the counter. I stood at the counter for a few minutes nobody acknowledge me. One employee walked right past me without making eye contact to go on their break. The next employee made eye contact and I asked if she could help and she said she was from the kitchen and left without letting anybody know I was there. I took a step between the counter to get someone's attention, and a worker finally acknowledge me by sayiing "Sir, you are not allowed to come back here". I said I understand and I wouldn't be stepping back here if two of your employees had an already ignored me and nobody's even greeted me. She mumbled "Jesus!" They close way sooner than midnight. I get Covid and all but change your hours accordingly online to reflect your hours of service.

I wish I knew where to start, these employees are some of the rudest and most incompetent individuals I have ever encountered. My experience today was less than fabulous as usual. I'm greeted immediately when I pull up the order box with "What's your order" rude, cold, and lacking customer service. I explain my meal which wasn't some 100 modifications special order, it was two burgers, 10 nuggets, and a medium shake all of which were meals. 1/3 fountain drinks tasted like soda water and was watered down with ice that melted on my three minute trip home. I asked and specified that one of the meals be large, which the attendant repeated back to me. Next I pull up to the window after ignored/dismissed by another no-shit given employee, where I hand them my card and they don't even make eye contact with me or say a word like how pathetic can this place be... Purchasing a "meal" that costs $40 for three people to eat, you'd expect to be greeted and spoken to like a customer opposed to an inmate. On top of all of these immediate concerns, they coldly hand me my order, which upon just a visual search is missing the shake and has all medium fries. I tried to explain this to the person working the window but they turned and walked away from the window so fast you damn near have to shout to get them to come back. This place is pathetic, one of the worst fast food places I've ever encountered. My order taker is notated as "KS#13" on the receipt that begs for me to take a random survey that will be thrown into the trash. Ordered the Big Mac Bundle, 2 cheeseburger Meal & extra large fry. When I arrived home, they had missed my two cheeseburgers. It was frustrating Bcs the drive thru was not busy and dining still closed, why would my order be incomplete? Ugh. Had to drive back which was inconvenient, as I was on my 30 min lunch time. Tonight I had the worst McDonald's in my 50 odd-years of going there. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and got a putrid looking burnt piece of something smothered in brown lettuce and rotten tomatoes and orange sauce. This McDonalds has a big sign saying NOW OPEN and according to the website they are open and you see employees. All the lights are on but the doors are locked and the drive thru is blocked. We come here alot. Not for the food or service, rather the playground. On this trip I ordered a kids happymeal and a quarter pounder for here. They made the order to go. After telling my daughter they had the toy she wanted, they gave her a different one. They also gave her yogurt instead of Apple slices like I asked. They're usually bad but not this bad.
