I have been here a few times for lunch and so far everything I have ordered has been absolutely fine. After reading some of these reviews I have to admit I was a bit nervous. Mcdonald's has always been my comfort food. So I ordered a fresh filet of fish, large fries with no salt and a big Mac for my other half. I can't help but watch them prepare my food. I know a fresh fish and fries takes about 3 to 5 minutes to cook. If I get my food in less then 5 minutes I know something is not right but this place has really been fantastic for me. I personally do not like going through a drive through. I have learned that if I have to use a drive through. I always open and check all of my food before I drive away. So disappointed with this location. The ladies room was a total pigsty. I did tell the manager but still. I couldn't get my app to work so I had to pay for the food; then I had to ask the manager again for the receipt (we had paid at the kiosk with a credit card) so I could manually log in the order and get credit for it. Service here is terrible. I put in a mobile order, walked in 20 minutes after, stood at the counter for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged before i just walked out. I was glanced at a few times but no "be right with you", "one sec sir" "GFY", nothing. The other night I came inside and I waited for someone to take my order at the counter for 5 minutes. There were 2 managers in blue shirts, the man was tall with dark hair and the girl was blonde, they were standing and continually touching each other not acknowledging the crew or customers around them. Eventually a female employee approached me and sincerely apologized to me, she appeared to be uncomfortable and stressed about them as well, I told her it was okay and very unfortunate for her and the other workers. It was around 10 pm and the employees were working hard and they were standing around caressing each other in a very disturbing and disgusting way. After she took my order I watched her make my sandwich's and my fries, once the food was ready the blonde manger very rudely looked at me and said my number, I said thank you and she turned around and walked right back to her boyfriend/ fellow manager. I am very disappointed in how this went down, Considering the male manager has been working there and was previously nice and worked as hard as his fellow workers. It seems that this was a mistake on the upper management part, they were unprofessional and made everyone uncomfortable it seemed. It is a McDonald's. Customers come to eat and employees come to work. Customers and employees should NOT have to see their manager all over Eachother! It was completely disgusting and unacceptable and I will not be returning anytime soon. When I return I hope to not see them again I'm very disappointed in my experience from the other day. Absolutely filthy and disgusting. I slipped on the greasy floor as soon as I walked in. All garbages were overflowing onto the floor, employees were clearly untrained, the ice machine was empty and my burger had 2 bun bottoms. It was the dirtiest McDonald's location I have ever been in. read more

Tried this mcd again. Giving 1 star rating because i did not get what i ordered. I got home after ordering from the drive through. Ordered 2 egg mc muffin without cheese. Not too difficult. I got home and found 2 sausage on English muffins. What pisses me off is that the cashier repeated the order correctly. Its not worth the time to drive back. Stay sway. I orders 2 meals and a medium fries on the side. When I got to the drive thru window to pick up my order the lady that was serving the meals thru the window had a face shield on,but no mask on with it. They then gave us our food with old fries that you could see and taste that it has been out for awhile. When I asked to have fresh fries she said no problem pull over and we'll get it to you. When I received the 3 other "new fresh" fries it was exactly the same as the first ones they gave us. The guy the gave it to us also has his mask below the nose. face shield should be worn with a mask and when asked for fresh fries you don't give the same thing again. Worst McDonald's in PA hands down. Starting in the parking lot you could tell it was going to be a poor experience. The smell of sewage wafted into my car as soon as I opened the door. Litter was also strewn across the parking lot. Inside there were 3 employees lying down in the booths just listening to music and goofing around. One employee was sweeping and even told us to walk around where she was sweeping. They did get our order correct however. But the sprite is weird colored - do not get it. We asked for ketchup packets as we left and we received them. After getting back into the car we discovered that all of the ketchup packets were sticky and just straight up nasty. Overall this place is horrific and should either be renovated or leveled to the ground. read more

They try so hard but to no avail they mess up something always. The workers are so sweet and friendly. They do try their best and they are always busy. However because they many of them are just young or overwhelmed they always mess up a order. They always forget an item or dont secure the drink top or the happy meal box. We love them though. We root for them to do well each time and applaud when there isnt a mistake. I wish though their special events had a calendar. Like right now their billboard says SANTA is visiting the store on a specfic date...but when you call the employees have no idea what they are talking about. They really are adorable.
