I should've written a review the night of service but I was hangry and just ready to get home, eat, and go to bed. I don't typically eat fast food but on 1/5/26 I decided to and did a mobile/pick up inside order. The staff was so friendly and efficient and went above and beyond. They were all having fun working together and you can tell they make a great team. If there is someone from the company that reads this please contact me. Went inside and ordered at the kiosk. Ordered two double cheeseburgers without onions, and two large fries. Ended up waiting twenty minutes, which can be excused for being busy (which let's be honest, it wasn't), however that excuse ends the moment I take the order home and I ended up with two meat patties between the buns and nothing else for the burgers. The play place is huge and intricate with so much to do and tons of fun for little ones. The best one in the area. I went to McDonald's this morning. Around 930 ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel combo with orange juice.\n When I went to editit it was a steak and Egg and cheese bagel I thought the person that took my order made it wrong on the computer. So I looked on my receipts and the person that took my order had it correct. So the person that handed it off to the person that handed it off to me gave me someone else's order. Terrible management. The lady in charge was a woman with an attitude, one NOT friendly towards customers. We were told to drive forward and wait behind another car already parked waiting for their order. We said, no thanks, we'll wait right here at the window. The youth at the window went and got a higher level youth with green hair and piercings who asked us if there was a problem. We said Nope, just waiting for our food . She basically insisted we pull forward behind the other car just barely ahead of us. We did. After waiting over 7 minutes (we were told it was for fresh fries and our chicken patties- which we didn't order at all, so we were confused but figured it was typical for this place that was already showing incompetence in fulfilling orders). The manager lady brought our food out in the bag (Big Mac, 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 large fry and an apple pie - no chicken lol). But meanwhile we had watched 3 or 4 cars drive past us from the window after getting their food. Guess they all ordered chicken with no fries or something since ours took extra time for fresh fries ‍. The manager turned away immediately until we spoke to her asking for ketchup. She told us we couldn't speak to her employees that way (what way? She never asked us what we said or even spoke to us, so how would she know how we spoke to anyone?) For the record we spoke politely with no curse words, no rude terms etc. After she returned with ketchup, we asked for owners name and she was clearly put out. Needless to say she gave us the WRONG NUMBER!? We are awaiting a call back from the owner but doubt anything will result from it. We will never visit that store again and will lion for alternatives to the McRude Arches. read more

The food is fine. But any time I go to the counter for sauces, there are 6 or more people running around and no one acknowledges I'm there. Terrible service, as usual! Waited for 30 minutes, in the drive thru, to get our food. We asked at the window if the one bag was everything for our family. We were told yes, only to pull over and see that we were missing SEVERAL things. We rang the bell at the lobby entrance and the employee then says we have to get BACK IN the ever growing drive thru line...instead of grabbing the food 10 ft away! We understand the fast food life as we have done these jobs many times before. But this isn't the 1st or 2nd or even 23rd time this place has royally messed up. The whole thing took OVER AN HOUR! It appears as if they don't even try, at all, anymore. It is embarrassing to see such lazy, uncaring people handling (or rather mishandling) peoples food. I am disgusted with this place. Tried to order breakfast in the drive thru between 7:30 and 8:00 on 12 May. Order came up on the screen wrong, but the person had already told us to pull forward. So I pulled to the window and told the young lady that our order was incorrect. She said she was new and didn't know how to change it so calledthe manager. He showed up and started to fix our order. Between the two of them they just couldn't figure out that we just had an extra meal thatneeded tobe removed. By the fourth attempt at explaining the problem, I said "Oh my God, no!" The "manager" puffed up and said "I took your order, and I took it just like you ordered it. Don't be yelling at my employees because of your mistake." I was stunned. At no point did I raise my voice, use profanity, or call anyone a name. I started to say "I didn't yell at anyone", but just decided to spend my money elsewhere. I will never patronize this business again. I want to make perfectly clear that none of this was the young lady's fault. She was nothing but polite and professional. She did not mess up the order, and it is not her fault that she was put on the window without proper training. This was a simple problem with a simple solution, but the attitude and actions of the "manager" turned it into something worse. read more

I love going to this location. The staff is always friendly and the fries are always fresh. Not only that, but when I ordered another medium fry (I was SUPER hungry that day) I went to go refill my coke and the gal at the counter was on her way to deliver it to my table. Awesome service and really outstanding employees here. As for drive through, they do their best. I don't know how they keep two lines so organized but they do it well. I've never had a mess-up or had them ask me if another order was mine. On occasion I've had the ever-so-bored looking teenager at the window, but that's not enough to impact my review, I feel. I've worked in fast food before (Not McDonald's) so I know how sometimes your job impacts your mood, so I can sympathize. Overall I'm very pleased with this location and I always look forward to getting some fries and a coke every so-often. read more

Right now,this location along with a couple other missoula locations struggle like other places and run on limited staff.one of the reasons why I suggest calling first or looking up what info you can to make sure they are open until the hours they say they are open?it changes from day to day.I really have no problem with the food.it's when waiting forever in drive thru to be waited on when lobby is closed.given grief about how many coupons I use when trying to save money when going there.you know in order so the few employees that work for them can get the wages they want.would it kill the chain to have some garbage cans outside like when I used to work at mc Donald's in another state back in the 80"s?I went to another one in town when it was open because this one along with e.Broadway closed early.I couldn't find one trash can to dispose of my garbage.another example of why others that are customers there might just leave their trash sitting in the parking lot when not wanting it in their car.I'm not trying to be that person.luckily I found a apt.complex that had a dumpster nearby.bring back at least 4 cans for the lot if this is the norm now of drive thru only because of limited help.I would have bumped up another star on this?maybe next review. read more

Oh my! I just recently went into this restaurant for the very first time, and I can't believe how amazing it is. First of all, they grease the floor so you can slide right up to the counter! The next step is the order, which is seizure filled fun off of a giant electronic menu. Then, if you think it couldn't get any better, it McDoes. Chicken lumps with sauce, hamburger sandwiches with red cream, and salty starch sticks that still taste great from under my car seat. I can not believe this hidden gem isn't more widely known. I've been here six days out of the past seven, it almost feels addicting. read more

We went to this McDonald's looking for a breakfast burrito and we were really looking forward to it, and when we pulled up, there was a pesticide truck and a young woman spraying pesticides inside the place. I decided to try to go in anyway and when I opened the door, I got hit in the face with some pesticide fumes that stung my eyes and burned my throat. This cloud was in there while people were eating and food was being prepared. Needless to say we didn't go there to get our food, but I'm posting this review in hopes that the people who run the place realize that that's a really dangerous practice. I feel sorry for the young woman who is applying the pesticide ... she's probably unaware of the long-term problems with pesticide exposure at her age, and it may affect her reproductive health. In any case no restaurant should have pesticides applied while people are eating and where food is being prepared. read more

I went thru the drive in today and ordered ONE Swiss mushroom burger (which I paid $6 for). I get home and even tho it says that's what it is on the box, I get something worth less money and it is a barbacue onion bacon something. The people working were not teenagers and they still don't care enough about their jobs or their customers to get one order right!! This happens on a regular basis no matter what fast food place I go. Which is why it's a rare occurrence for me. I just had a knee replacement and can not drive back to fix it. I really wish that my cashier wasn't more interested in flirting with the guys behind me than listening to me order. I went on for a good few minutes before she said "what??" And I had to start over. As we left her and her male coworker hurled obscenities over the phone at someone then they got into their car and peeled out speeding through the lot. I called ahead of time to make sure this location was open 24 hours. They answered and confirmed that they were. Service at drive-through was attentive and patient. The order was processed quickly and staff was positive. They only took cash and said it was because it was after midnight. Good to know. Well, the entire idea behind McDonald's is "fast food". They sure took the fast right out of it. We waited in the drive through lane forever only to be told when we got to the window that we had to park because they were having trouble cooking biscuits. My husband tried to tell the guy he'd wait if it was going to indeed only take 2 minutes (as promised) but the guy just would NOT listen to him.
