Worst McDonald's by far all young people that get orders wrong and are very lazy. I get the same three drinks for me and my co workers everyday and somehow they get messed up every single time. Food was fine, normal McDonalds. There was a very time consuming digital order screen for Express service. When our food was finally ready, the parfait we ordered was not delivered. We had to show that we had paid for one. None were left. Since we had already paid they told us we had to get something equivalent. There is a big difference between a large fries and a yogurt! My daughter's friend made due with her choices. The staff was nice but not able to do much with the problem. The ordering system should be linked to inventory. I would give them 0 stars if I could. We stopped in to get an afternoon snack and use their restroom. I saw on the restroom doors that the "bathrooms were temporarily closed". Which is the same sign my wife and daughter saw last month and the month before. I then proceeded to order our snacks and pay. Afterwards, I asked the cashier why the restrooms were closed and he told me due to Covid, but I could go to the establishment across the street. I asked why they could have open bathrooms, but McDonalds could not? He said he didn't know. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager named Danielle came over and I asked her the same question. She said it's just closed and walked away. I asked if this is how McDonalds trains you to communicate with customers, and she told me I asked the question and she answered...and that she was done with me. She then said, if you have a problem, call corporate! And walked away. Really? Is this the new standard for McDonalds? I believe this became a worldwide franchise by providing quality fast food with quality customer service. With that said, are they now training their people to be arrogant, dismissive and rude to their customers now? We drive through Bishop at least once a month, and this is by far the worst public relations example I have ever encountered. The black female manager and her workers are stupid plain and simple. I went through the drive thru and ordered the following: new spicy chicken sandwich, 20pc regular mcnuggets, 20pc spicy McNuggets, 2 large fries and an ice cream cone. First time I went through the drive thru only items received were the ice cream cone, 20pc regular McNuggets, 2 large fries, so after noticing only those items were given to us went through the drive thru a second time. We get to the window to get our phone and we tell them we didn't receive our new spicy chicken sandwich and the 20pc spicy McNuggets. They agree to give it to us and we drive off thinking we got everything this time and turns out we only received 7pc spicy nuggets. So if you come here either check your bag before leaving or just don't get food from here. You obviously can't fix stupid. Must be on crack or something since. read more

This McDonald's is clean and has a friendly ambiance to it. The reason for the three stars is the food. When I received my Egg McMuffin, it was very burnt. It was CHARRED. Mojave is a good place to make a pitstop when heading towards Bishop from L.A. so naturally this McDonald's is super busy. I wouldn't even be bothering to write a review if I hadn't experienced identically lousy visits two years in a row. My biggest irk is this must be the cheapest franchise owner ever. Your smile will be turned upside down when you leave the counter with your order only to see you've got two napkins and no ketchup or napkins are available to you to serve yourself. Now you've got to make your way back through the crowd of people at the counter to ask for a few measly napkins and ketchup packets. This McDonald's is nice and new but the layout is terrible. The flow into the restaurant backs up to the door and blocks the restrooms plus you've got the people waiting to get their order also standing there. The restaurant is also in an area that looks like the ghetto with roach motels that are clearly housing for the locals and abandoned homes and "interesting" folks roaming the streets. I could go on but those are the biggest gripes. It is McDonald's and the food is what it is. I think I'll keep on down the road next time. read more

My only complaint is that there are always people just hang in and around the parking lot that are constantly asking for money same people day in and day out. I have always liked fast food so this place is pretty good. It's got some tasty food, the workers usually have a good attitude, and a wide selection of foods. Its convenient that it has wi-fi, along with tablets for the children. I love the Happy Meals and the fact that it DONATES to keep sick childrens with their families is amazing. One complaint though, it should improve its prepared food items though. It was out of stock a lot with the parfaits :( . Other then that, its a great place to eat at, order from, and all in all enjoy! :D . You might want to try : Fruitn' Yougurt Parfait, Mc Chicken Sandwich, And others which aren't listed here. The new kiosk order system is a disaster. One of the 2 is already broken so it took forever to order. Restaurant was new and designed nice but was dirty, almost every table needed to be wiped down. I used to stop at this McDonalds on every trip to Mammoth since I was a kid. However no longer. This past Sunday we stopped by for dinner and were greeted by a homeless man laying near the entrance with his privates showing. We also witnessed a young lady running at us in hysterics that she was abused and her phone take away. When we saw/heard her shouting in the middle of the street alongside two other young men. It's not an isolated instance as we've frequently observed much of this same scene in past experiences. With a young child in tow, we won't stop here any longer as I don't feel safe parking or eating in the store with my family. To anyone reading this, stop in Rosemond or Lone Pine for McDonalds; skip this location altogether. I feel sorry for the employees who work at this location. It's not fair to them. read more
