I love this recently remodeled McDonald's. It is cozy and quaint. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff seemed annoyed that customers were there. The place was dirty. The area that you fill ketchup and get your straws and drinks was in disarray with the trash chute filled to the brim and straw papers all over that area. Not sure if it was just a bad day for the place as this was my first time at this location. Not a good first impression and most likely will not return. read more

My experience was okay have to always wait a good while for my food but I don't care. But today I was something that just made me laugh. A customer wanted a soda. So he get a cup of soda he asked to see if he can get a plastic cup and he'll PAY for whatever it costs. Manager said no. The guy asked again and the manager Michael told him kind of rude " Okay here you go but next time it's gonna be a charge" like the dude said he'll pay whatever was the difference why not just do that. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING IF ORDERING DRIVE THRU. I ordered a filet o fish with No tartar sauce and when I arrived home they had only given me the buns. I tried calling to speak to a manager but the phone just kept ringing. I decided to go back and once I was there they were rude and rolling eyes because THEY got my order WRONG. I believe this McDonald got new manager, or they improved their management. The foods are good from here, when I order filet o fish with no cheese, they gave me no cheese for sure, and when I told them what are the quantities of the sauce I want, they got it right too, unlike many other location they never follow the orders. This McDonald's is the ABSOLUTE worst!!! Wish I could put a 0 star review because that's one star too many! The only reason you should come here is if your phone is dead, your car broke down, you sprained ankle trying to move it, and it's the nearest place you can go to use a phone. I ordered three sandwiches, which were all stale and cold. When I came back to the window to try to get a refund for my inedible food(which I had to take bites out of to know it was stale and cold). The manager Amber came off extremely rude from the start. Almost snatching the bag out of my hands, frantically taking out the sandwiches to check them. She then tells me that the sandwiches were half eaten from and she could not give me a refund for them. Besides her not wanting to refund the cold nasty food, when I asked her why it was like that initially, she didn't have an answer. She also did not offer to make a new batch, I was the one who had to ask if I could get a new batch of sandwiches instead of the refund. To be honest at that point I wasn't even hungry anymore and was not going to eat food that was spit into or messed with by her. So instead of pulling over to wait on the "new" batch, I drove to another McDonald's to buy my little brother the sandwich he wanted before he went to school. All in all worst McDonald's experience I've ever encountered, don't know how Amber came to be a manager the system in there is definitely rigged. If you're in the area go to the McDonald's a couple blocks down! I writing this because this has happen to me every time, your associate can not seem to get our orders correct. I understand there has been a shortage of employees not just at your location but at other businesses with that said it has happened previously even before the pandemic. After working a ten hour shift I decided to stop buy and get the 16 dollar Big Mac special, 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and 2 pies, as I proceeded to get my order ( I usually check and get it resolved right there and then to avoid me from driving back) . When the young man handed me my order I asked him if everything was there and he responded yes but unsure so he asked the young lady which I failed to get their names if e whole order was there and she responded yes also so I drove home and to my surprise my order was missing the 2 spicy sandwiches. I then called and spoke with manager Ryan and told him about my situation and he was apologetic but his resolution was either refund or replacement at first I wanted a refund which I thought he can do over the phone but either way I had to drive back so I said I'm on my way to get my missing order, to my surprise the dining was closed, he could have told me that the dining room was closed and I had to wait in the long drive thru line again. I called him back and told him that it would have been nice if he had notified me that I had to wait in line again I would have never bothered to go back . read more

We all have enjoyed McDonald's for many years. But this particular location has in the past, had very spotty customer service. At times their associates have been down right nasty and almost hostile. Last night, we drove thru the drive up window and ran into Sierra. Ouch !!! What an attitude !!! She told us what the total was, and as she handed us our change, she was talking to her little friend next to her, and she dropped most of the change on the ground. At this point, she started to giggle like a 3 year old and just stared at us. I ask her very nicely to give us the correct, we had 5 cars in back of us, change and she said "it's only change". When I asked her again for our complete change, she told me to get out of the car and get it myself, since she was NOT going to take anymore change out of her cash drawer. We asked for the manager, a young black lady, who was NOT concerned in the least about the terrible treatment we had received from Sierra. DO NOT patronize this location. The food's OK and typical McDonald's fair ... but the customer service is HORRIBLE !!! I'd rate them a minus but Yelp's system only gives stars. I always go to this mcdonalds because it is literally up the street from my house. I only go late at night when I'm craving their cookies or any other sweet. Their drive thru sucks so much. No matter what time it is, you'll be there AT LEAST 20 mins in that drive thru. I DONT UNDERSTAND! Are you literally baking my cookies from scratch???? I always ask them to warm them up and 9 out of 10 times they're not. Wtf. Ugh it's really annoying. But this last time just pissed me off. It was around 9 and I went to order some cookies. We waited in line for about 15 mins & I ordered about 20 cookies so I knew id be there for a while. When I got to the window the young man told me to park my car because they were making my cookies fresh. Cool. So about 10 mins pass by and a girl comes out in such a hurry and gives me a bag. Doesn't repeat my order or anything. And then I look inside the bag and it's a burger and fries. Not my order, so I went back inside and let them know they got the wrong order and I had the cookies, and the main manager (Hispanic woman) is confused as if she didn't know someone ordered 20 cookies. And then she tells me ok well get started on them for you. WTF!!!!!! So I've been waiting this time for nothing?! & the lady that had her order given to me was very upset also. She had been also waiting in her car for nothing. She actually went off and asked for a compensation for making her wait, and when she asked they offered me one. I don't understand why they wouldn't ask me if I wanted anything while they made me wait because of THEIR lack of communication. They gave me a smoothie while I waited 10 more minutes for my cookies. So I left at around 9:40. Seriously wtf a drive thru experience should not take you that long!!!! This place needs better management. This location is just bad!!! every time I go through the DT at this location there is always and extended wait time (15 min at least) and never an apology. Personally, I think McDonalds has stepped up their game in recent years. The employees here are courteous, receptive, and get your food out lightning-fast. The new premium southwest chicken wraps are really tasty IMO (they have habanero salsa on them which is actually fairly spicy, which I like) so if you want to try something new I'd recommend that. Overall I am impressed with this location over other fast food joints in the area. read more

Went in for a simple medium fry and large drink. Approached the counter and there were 4 people behind the counter and then there is me waiting patiently for someone to even acknowledge me. Amandy was the cashier. Didn't say hi. Just said....what to u want? So rude! I ordered. Didn't even offer me my receipt. I just stood to the side. It took 12 min to get my order. It was the longest wait as I had to stand and hear and watch her flirt with a customer she seemed to know. Really???? As for my order, the fries were more like a small vs the medium I ordered.
