I ordered a burger without cucumber, after that I received my order and when I got home I saw that there was cucumber in my burger that I didn't order.

Ordered the six piece nugget and received four. No drink in the happy meal and no sauce.

3.5-4 stars. Not the best and definitely not the worst. Satisfaction for a cheeseburger craving…read more First time eating here. Ordered a single cheeseburger. A pretty decent burger. Comes on a sesame bun unless otherwise noted. I really enjoyed the toppings. Fresh and plentiful with tomatoes, pickles, lettuce and their special sauce. AKA a thousand island style sauce. The burger itself had a good chargrilled flavor. My only complaint is that it seemed a bit cold. But for $10, definitely a good deal! The onion rings were good. Hot and tasty. The spiral French fries were just ok. The side ranch was good and I really enjoyed the garlic aioli. Friendly service and chill vibes. A nice outdoor area with two tables and small lawn. Perfect for dining with your fur babies. Next time, I'm going for a shake. Loads of parking. Eat food and live life. SYOY.

If we lived closer, we'd be here far more often given how much we all enjoy great burgers…read more My favorite here is the Sweet Rain Burger: bacon, cheddar cheese, avocado, fig jam, lettuce, tomato, pickle, red onion, garlic aioli, house dressing. The ratio of bun to filling is correct and all of the ingredients are high quality. It just hits the spot and I'll get a single patty if I need a light snack vs. 2 doubles for a proper meal. The ambiance is a little quirky given whatever this building was used for before they moved in, but it's clean. Tables, kitchen area (what's visible), bathrooms, kiosk, soda machine, etc. And there's a fair number of tables despite most folks I know doing take-out here. Service is excellent. The prices aren't going to be the cheapest in town, but this is a classic mom and pop shop vs. a more at-scale corporate franchise or similar. Important to support local businesses.

Finally tried other menu items…read more Fish sandwich (4): decent. Basically 2 of their fish n chips fillets on a bun with tartar sauce. Fish was good. BLT (4): good thick cut bacon on toasted bread. Decent as well. You can add the works (all fixins) on anything. I'm glad I tried these other items but I'll probably stick with their burgermasters in the future. One detail I'll note during our last visit is their dine-in line management needs work. There were 2 lines forming without any coordination. One inside and one out the door. They need to have more clearly marked lines or some sort of management in place or you may potentially wait unnecessarily long. I still love the dining options though. Inside, in your car, or takeout/drive-thru. They even have warmed lockers to keep your food warm in secured lockers until you pick up. Nice new facilities! Overall, this has become one our favorite burger joints in the area. we'll definitely be back.

We stopped in her last month and tried Burgermaster for the first time…read more The parking was not ideal, the spots they did have were incredibly tight and there were too many people and not enough spaces so people were double parking along the curb. It almost deterred us from stopping here altogether. At one point, I said it wasn't worth it and we should just go somewhere else, but my husband eventually found a spot. I liked that they have a lot of outdoor seating. We bring our little dog everywhere with us so that it important. It was also later in the afternoon and the huge Burgermaster logo on the building did a great job of providing shade. There were a lot of bumps in the service portion of our visit. The staff we interacted with seemed young and inexperienced but I am guessing they are still working out the kinks. A gentleman sitting at the table next to us outside got very angry that they did not take his name down correctly and kept calling for someone else, so his meal was just sitting there getting cold until he went to check. I had my husband wait inside after that and it was a bit chaotic. They weren't incredibly busy or anything but they just all seemed to be learning at the same time. The staff did try joking with us to lighten the mood but it was a bit awkward. We ordered a double baconmaster with onion rings, a mushroom burger with fries and a Tom and Jerry shake. It was $45 before tip for 2 people which is kinda crazy for fast food but we had high hopes. The burgers were standard and totally average as were the onion rings. I would give them all 3/5 but I thought the fries were above average. They were cooked and seasoned well. The shake was delicious. 5/5 all day, but it was so small. We asked for large but were told there was only one size available. They are missing out by not offering larger sizes and it makes zero sense. If I had known they what I know now, I would have ordered two shakes and some fries. I might come back when they are more established, even though my experience was left plenty to be desires because I think there is definitely potential here.

A great addition to a culturally diverse food area!…read more The Jolibee on Rainer is one of many food spots offering a much needed change from the generic fast food restaurants! I never had to privilege of eating Filipino-inspired food like this, and when this place opened up it became a go to! Ambiance I prefer to DoorDash the food, but the inside is standard. Service I personally appreciate the staff. It does seem like they are busy but to me they are friendly Food THE FOOD IS TO DIE FOR. The spicy chicken is perfectly seasoned and crispy, which is a great plus, and their sides really hit the spot. My go to sides are adobo rice, white rice, and the spaghetti. I personally am not a fan of the mashed potatoes but the gravy is something you can put on both rice sides to kick it up a notch. The spaghetti on the other hand just tastes amazing. If it's your first time, I recommend the spaghetti first, then try the adobo rice. All in all, I highly recommend this spot!

We wanted to dine in on a Thursday night after a movie at the Regal but unfortunately got here 15 minutes before their closing time at 10pm so we had to get our food for takeout. That being said, there were some people ahead and behind us lining up to order, so there were still people like us wanting to eat around that time. It is very bright in here for both the dining area and the kitchen, and there are tables for mostly groups of 2-4 people. Once you place your order up at the counter, you can pick up napkins and get condiments like ketchup before your order number on your receipt is called by staff. From all my visits here, you get your food in a brown paper bag whether you choose to dine in or do takeout. In this case, I got a little bacon cheeseburger with a side of little fries, and dang all of this was stuffed into a brown paper bag too and felt pretty heavy. When I got home and opened the bag, there was indeed a ton of fries along with the burger itself. The patty is juicy and full of flavor, and condiments did not fall out as easily from the sesame buns. I only got some of the condiments for this burger and forgot to ask to have it "all the way," which essentially means having everything listed on a list of condiments in my burger. Regardless of that, burger was still really good! They also list on a paper near the front counter the vendor where they get their potatoes for their fries, which I found pretty cool. I haven't been much into burgers lately but this place can do a mean one and still continues do so. I'll be back here whenever I'm close to the area and want something quick to eat!
