The employee was abrupt, came off as rude, and didn't offer any alternatives or try to help find a solution. It felt dismissive, especially when I was just trying to order something I've safely had before. I came in hoping to enjoy a simple outing with my boyfriend, and instead left feeling frustrated and excluded. If policies have changed, that's fine--but consistency, communication, and basic customer service go a long way.
