I ordered literally two things. Coffee and a pastry. I say it loud and clear. Go pay, then pull up to see my coffee immediately there. Wait for a bit and then I say "Hey I ordered a pastry too". They told me to pull up and wait at the window. Five minutes later "Uh that's not on your receipt would you like to add one? He didn't hear you at the window." I am a loud speaker. I speak clearly. I've never had a problem with them before. I say yes and pay for the pastry and it's another five minutes before I get my change and my pastry. Rude. They know how to Fuck up an order. I pulled up at 540 and then someone asked if I was using the mobile app to order, then I heard garbled speech. I later found out they said "I'll be with you in one second." I misheard and proceeded with my order. Keke at the drive thru processes my card. At no time do I receive a total or receipt. Then when I get to the second window a meth head looking lady and some big lady are talking shit about how I ordered when they said to wait one second. This restaurant is near my work and I go throughh drive-thru semi-regularly, sometimes off/on lunch rush. Regardless of time, their drive thru wait time is amazing. Rarely ever had to pull ahead and wait, even so only a minute or so wait - the pull ahead is what let's everyone else keep moving. I -always- get customization on my orders and they have never once screwed it up (common at other locations) or even seemed to slow down the drive-thru time. I've never once gone inside so I can't speak to that. read more

It's a McDonalds let's be real you can't expect much and the service is inconsistent, but late at night this place is not it. Orders often come missing some items, as did tonight as I write this review. Two items we used a coupon for were missing, which we noticed as we waited for our food after paying. When the food came out, we asked if we could add those two missing ones on and pull off to the side to wait (to avoid waiting in line again, we were fine with waiting). The manager gave us a no, he was polite about it but it still makes me slightly upset that they refused our money. Will return because it's McDonald's, but beware late at night. read more

I was given the wrong meal multiple times at this location and charged for the wrong one or charged extra. I spoke with the manager who was really nice and understanding. I was offered two free meals and when I went to get it the guy at the window was rude and didn't even give me the right meal. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Probably the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Granted they were probably understaffed, but still terrible. We went through the drive through, got the order and it wasn't my order. Went in and there was no one up front and the girl next to me had a messed up order as well. Was greeted with "are you waiting on the 2 hash browns?" (Which I had in my bag). Was given my food and still was missing two items. One of my apple pies was entirely tough and chewy like it was dehydrated. Disgusting. I don't know what's going on at this place, but it seemed a mess and very slow. The workers didn't seem too rushed to correct their issues. Hey it's McDonalds...standards are low, I just want my food hot, right and fast. They delivered. Stopped by for breakfast on the way to the airport and got a Bacon egg and cheese biscuit Yum!!!!. The egg was fluffy, bacon crisp and the biscuit was fresh. (many times the biscuit will get hard if sitting around too long), hash brown was hot the service was friendly and the drive thru was reasonably quick. Then again it's McDonalds not really sure how much they would need to mess it up for me not to go back. The financé and myself were craving some fries late Christmas night 2016. Now, both of us having worked in retail during the holiday season in the past were hesitant to validate any company's policy of being open on Christmas, but the craving was strong. So we pull up to the menu and give our order where I forget to ask for ketchup-only burgers. When we pull up to window one to pay the young lady was cheerful and more than happy to make that quick adjustment for us. We proceed to give her a shout-out at window two where the manager happens to be working. He was absolutely thrilled; passed our compliment back to window one and made sure we got fresh fries! We recently went here for lunch break from work. The food was worse than most McDonalds. They served me a hot pie that was hours past the expiration time written on the package. When I brought this to the shift manager's attention they gave me a dried out chocolate muffin instead of giving me the refund I wanted. Very bad customer service. The co-worker I was having lunch with had an equally disappointing experience with her meal. On a separate occasion I went through the drive-through for a coffee. The cashier was aspiring to be on American idol and she sang me Tina turner songs while I was waiting for my beverage...very entertaining. read more

I left this McDonald's last night with my heart pounding out of my chest, in awe of the horrendous customer service... Went to McDonald's first off did not get service for 5 minutes and had to pull forward to the window then repeated our order at least 5 times which was a pumpkin pie , strawberry smoothie which they didn't have so we got a Hi C and a chocolate sundae. The worker also repeated our order back to us , also said they didn't have chocolate sundaes then I asked to just make me any sundae and I ended up with a chocolate sundae. We didn't get our pumpkin pie though. We waited and then the worker came back and we said we are waiting for our pie that we ordered. She said NO rudely and waved her hand in our face as we repeated that we told the kid before that we ordered a pumpkin pie and she kept saying to check the recipt that she put in our bag. But she didn't give us a bag, just the drink and ice cream. So we told her this and then she closed the window and another employee , the only kind interaction we had, apologized to us for her behavior , then she came back didn't say anything just shoved the recipet in our face and pointed to it and then we said many times if it's not on the recipet we will pay for it again and she yelled at us said we aren't getting anything for free and which I showed her money in my hand as we told her over and over we could pay for it and then she yelled at us that we won't be getting it there and slammed the window in our face and then we called to speak to a manager and she answered and when I complained about the customer service she said actually I'm very good at my job and hung up the phone so this was so aggravating and disrespectful that I will never step foot near there again, I will beg others to not go there and I will do all that I can to contact corporate and enlighten them with the facts that their workers are highly incompetent and rude. So if anyone personally knows the manager here, the older woman, please tell her that she's too grown to be acting like a child and if she's too incompetent to work at McDonald's she should maybe reevaluate her life choices :) read more

While looking at the menu, a young lady walks past me from behind the counter and says "mumble, mumble, kiosk" and keeps walking. "Excuse me?" No response. Still looking at the menu, a guy behind the counter looks over his shoulder and shouts "Use the kiosk!" "Excuse me? I want to talk to a person." "No, use the kiosk!" "I don't want to. Are you going to get someone to wait on me?" "No! Use the kiosk! That's why we have them! Our customers want them!" "No, McDonald's has them so they don't have to hire so many people. Are you going to wait on me?" "No! I'm the Manager. Use the kiosk! They are trying to sell up-scale burgers, which is what I was going to ask about, but are too busy to wait on a customer that would buy one. I don't live here but come here all the time. First let me start by saying zero was apparently not an option. Second, I've lived near this Haggerty location and have been to it dozens of times over the years. Up until tonight's visit at all hours it was perfectly fine. What I witnessed on this trip was horrid. I walked in at about 5:45 pm with my two boys one seven one four. There was one other gentleman standing in line and had a scowl on his face. I saw two or three other people in the restaurant sitting there eating. As I stood by the counter for nearly two mins there were three to four workers behind the counter running back and forth, a common scene at any fast food restaurant around a dinner rush. Still waiting for someone to come to the counter and take my order as I had been looked at three or four times finally one of the female workers (without looking at me) says use the kiosk. I looked around and saw the kiosk, ok no problem. This took about three minutes to navigate through but I got it done. During the ten minutes I waited for my food to be delivered to the table, which I suppose should be a bonus, the gentleman I mentioned with the scowl on his face still stood there only this time leaned over counter trying to get someone's attention, I've uploaded the pic. While he's trying to get their attention saying "miss?, miss?, miss?.......not one person looked at him but the taller worker without looking at him says your pies will be up when they're up! I'm the meantime two other workers were joking and playing grab ass talking about how the night before they locked the lobby doors as someone was walking up to it and laughing that the person was knocking on the door, to their face. As this was going on a family entered the side door at about 6:20 pm. The worker that was just joking ran toward the door and attempted to shut it, just a minute previous to this the manager was yelling through the restaurant "we closing this bitch in five minutes don't be afraid to tell people to get out or we closed". Remember my four and seven year olds sitting with me? Yeah. So as the family was attempting to come in they had two little children as well. Mom and kids made it in door dad was following and the manager says order at the kiosk but yo order is to go! The guy didn't understand, just for reference he was Asian and maybe a language barrier? He says to the manager excuse me? The manager says you heard me don't act like you don't understand. At this point we were done eating our food and like any other parent with two rambunctious boys I was trying to tame them and get the table cleaned up. In the process I thought wait a second, I never got my drink cup! Believe me, any other time I would have asked but after I witnessed all of this I just wanted to leave. I intend to send this to McDonalds corporate office and point them to the rest of the yelp reviews regarding this location. If I remember, the last time I was at this location was about two or three months ago. I am embarrassed FOR the people that work here. I'm unsure of why a great business model with such a long-standing history as McDonald's would keep clowns like these around. I'm shocked that the clowns don't have more self respect to act like they are better than that. At the same time I don't expect much from younger kids at a fast food restaurant I did the job too when I was young. But they didn't appear to be teens and they certainly didn't care there were children near them while using vulgar language and demeaning people that maybe do not understand English, not that what came out of their mouths amounted to English anyhow. Take your business elsewhere, if McDonald's does not get a hold of this place and replace these people soon their sales will indicate why they don't deserve to be there. If you're an employee working there, please have a little more respect for the patrons in the restaurant. You ought to be embarrassed. read more
