Great customer service. We were greeted with a smile immediately as we walked up to the counter to order. Hubby and I both ordered breakfast meals with coffee. Order taker asked small or large size coffee? We said small. He said same price irregardless of small or large. Well in that case, make it a large coffee! My bf got a McDouble last night and while eating it he said it was the worst McDouble he's ever eaten...within an hour of eating it he said he wasn't feeling good and got food poisoning and was in the bathroom the whole night and this morning. Nothing special. Stopped in to use the restroom yesterday and grab a double cheeseburger. I was starving as I had not eaten a bite since 6 a.m. and really had to use the restroom. Stopped here this morning for breakfast.when I got to the second window the girl already had my food waiting for me. She gave me the food first then the two large cups of coffee. As she's rushing to give me the 2nd cup of coffee she held it by the top and I grabbed it in the middle she squeezed it and the HOT coffee fall on my hand I had to ask her to grab the cup and yelled ouch. She wanted to laugh I didn't think it was funny at all then she just keep saying sorry. I worked in fast food before and aware of the window timer, but quality is the best customer service. So make sure your lids are put on right before grabbing them. I was very disappointed in the way this was handled and rather not stop at this location. read more

Our orders constantly come out wrong, and the service is mediocre at this location. Today, upon arriving home to open up our sandwiches to eat, my boyfriend noticed a hair in his sandwich, and he was so upset he didn't want to drive all the way back to get another. I pull the hair out, and it's SUPER long! If anyone in the kitchen has long hair they should be wearing a hair net! Absolutely disgraceful! I have a food handler card and know food safety protocal mandates hair nets are mandatory even for men to put over their beards. It's flat out disgusting. Management should be ashamed of letting the employees pick up such a bad habit, and allowing the employees to risk the health of the public. If I could give this establishment a negative star rating, I WOULD. Today Aug, 21st. At exactly 4:50pm, my little sister and I (ages 23 and 17) are the ONLY customers inside this establishment. We are both VERY saddened by how annoying, rude and DISGUSTING the employees at this time are. Yelling and cussing at one another, banging on things, employees yelling at other employees about "who likes who, Chris likes Alissa" why not take your high school talk outside of work?? Come here when you want to place an order at the drive-through - nothing complicated - and pull up to pay, and then get the food at the second window. But then you are told to pull forward to another spot to wait for the food for a very very long time. Eventually, I drove off because I waited... and waited... and had no food. We ordered my son a burger. As he was eating it I looked over and saw a spot on the top. It turned out to be mold!! When I called I asked for the manager on duty and the young lady was unwilling to give her name. She told me I needed to let her know who I was before she could tell me her name, which is poor customer service. When I told her what happened, she didn't seem to care, so I hung up to avoid waiting my time, and send a message to corporate. Wow! This place is CLEAN! I haven't been to a McD's is a while. My daughters choice for a minimum day lunch choice. She wanted to play at the play place and eat there. I caved in once I saw she was giving me that look of "aww Mom, pleaaseeeeee??" I noticed upon entering that the place was tidy and actually smelled of something good...carmel apple parfait perhaps??? Lol...no no no, just me wishing but yes, it was a clean smell. Anyway we ordered and that went smoothly, nobody in line, woo hoo! Turned around to find a table or preferably a booth in the play place..found one!! So we waited about 3 minutes and a manager named Brandi brought over our food. REALLY! How nice, now that's like royal treatment! She asked if there was anything else we needed and walked off. Kids immediately ran to tug off their shoes to play. I got the food out and prepped it for the kiddos. Little man is 2 so I gotta help him open the bag of apples that comes in with the Kids Meals now. I opened my caramel apple parfait and dove in! Service crew needs to know the difference between curb side pick-up and Order Pick-up spot. Their Order Pick up is just right outside the door and the Curb side pick up is at the parking lot Stalls number 3 and 4. So I ordered large at the curb side. Few minutes later I saw a crew with a bag in his hand. I can see him from my rearview mirror. However, he was at the Order Pick-up spot (right outside the door) he was just standing there then went back inside. I kept on waiting. I was thinking that was probably for the drive-thru order. He came out again and immediately went back inside. Waited for another 10 minutes nobody delivered my order in my car. So I decided to go inside and look for my order. My wife still ordering her coffee and Berta just told us in a very rude way just to add the coffee at the second window. The only reason to give 2 stars is for the games and lightened table they have for kids to play. Food: Don't even think about it, their bread is as elastic as rubber, their fish filet sandwish is most probably fried 17 times before they reheat it again and give it to you. I was coming back from Davis pretty late at night and stopped here upon request to get my passenger some food. It was 1:45am, so we weren't sure if their drive thru was still open since all the lights inside were basically off and we didn't see the typical "Drive-thru Open Late!" sign. Lo-and-behold a voice spoke quietly out of the speaker box (is that what they're called?) when I idled in front of it, so my friend ordered a number 3. He paid with his card at the first window and we were off to the second window. It was obvious that no one had come in a while/they weren't expecting anyone for the rest of the night since they close at 2. (We were THOSE people and I felt really bad. You know, the ones who come in a few minutes before closing, so you have to pull out everything to make them something? Working with food myself, I know that feel, bro.) Anyway, the wait was quite a few minutes longer than usual, but the woman at the window told us it was because of the fries. She was very polite, especially for someone who was still at work at 2am. The order was correct and the food was hot. The only problem was that they either forgot to add salt to the fries or... you know "forgot" to add salt to the fries. Either way, I don't blame them since it was very late. I had overheard the employees talking about how they had hoped we were the last customers. I don't blame them at all. How is it that in today's busy world I find it necessary to take time and do a review of McDonald's? For the most part McDonald's is McDonald's. You know it's a roll of the dice when you go there. Sometimes the bun is old and dry, sometimes you barely get any ketchup and sometimes the fries are not quite cooked the way they ought to be. But always it seems these days when you order a Coke in the drive thru the response back is always Diet Coke. Coke starts with a "C". Diet Coke starts with a "D". How are these two different words confused by so many McDonald's employees?? But today was the worst. I said Coke. The response back was Diet Coke. I said no, Coke, I got the ever so popular and annoying response by young Americans these days, "no problem" So what did I get???? The money person told me how much I owed, took my money and gave me a receipt.
