How long does it take to get a Large Coke? You'd probably say the moment after you just paid, not at this location. My patience was tested at this Mc Donalds 'cause it was exactly 12 minutes from the time shown on my receipt to the time I went through three employees to the time I got my drink. It appears it was more important those in the front/ cashier to carry a conversation loud enough to hear in the restaurant amongst the bunch describing the facial features "how cute" the customer was waiting in the curbside pick up or figuring where the guy doing trash duty is hanging out, either way it wasn't even busy inside the restaurant or else I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Horrible, horrible service! Been waiting 18 min for two diet cokes! No food! These guys just can't get it together. The fountain drinks in the lobby haven't tasted the same since pre-Covid....there's a weird aftertaste since they reopened them (yes, two years later!!). So I ask for my DC to be poured from the back. One would think they'd "clear out" the little orders (like two drinks), but no....I seem to get pushed to the back. How difficult is a 'hamburger' happy meal to put together? Obviously pretty difficult for these folks. Not the first time, not the second, probably the fourth or fifth. I feel bad holding people up behind me while I rummage thru the bag to see if every item is correct, but you have to. They gave me a cheeseburger when we ordered a hamburger, and there was no toy. Went to drive through for lunch. Ordered a double quarter pounder but didn't see until I got home that I was given a single quarter pounder instead. I called to get a price adjustment, but they told me I had to go in for them to fix the price. That seems dumb to me, but whatever. I told the manager I wanted an adjustment and that it was wild I had to go drive all the way back to get my $2. On the phone I had asked the manager how I'd be compensated for having to drive back and he said he'd give me a free meal. I took that to mean in addition to the price adjustment, but once I got there he said it was only for my replacement food. I didn't really care about getting a new meal. I didn't want to drive back and I wanted the money they owed me. This is just terrible customer service. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the whole event. Do not recommend this location. Edit: I also just checked the burger and it's not what I wanted AGAIN. Double quarter pounder no pickles extra onions. the one they provided had pickles and regular onions. More often than not, something is wrong with the order. Latest filet of fish sandwich was delivered with NO FISH. When you order a plain quarter pound hamburger (no cheese, sauce, etc) about half the time it is delivered with cheese. So I've begun staying at the window and checking the order is correct. Recently they went to plastic cups for large drinks. They are horrible they sweat and the lid is usually loose. Getting tougher to go to this McDonalds. This is my local McDonald's. I don't know if this is a franchise or a corporate location but, whichever, the higher-ups need to look at improving quality control at this location. Customers look for basic quality and consistency at McDonald's and that has been lacking here for a while. In the last, say, three months, I have been to this McDonald's three or four times, going through the Drive Thru. Each time my order was wrong or sub-par. Twice I received cheeseburgers that were burnt or with mysteriously hard patties while simultaneously having uncooked cheese. Fries were iffy on those occasions as well. Today, I came for a Sausage McMuffin combo and didn't receive a sausage McMuffin but another, previously-unknown-to-me sandwich with egg and a thin slice of ham. That wasn't what I was looking for and, because of the taste, didn't convert me to a new breakfast item. Overall, recent experiences have been disappointing and make me hesitant to go back to the location even when it is for that Happy Meal the kids keep asking for. I want to like my local McDonald's. Service is awful and 9 out 10 times they will make you pull forward just to then serve 3-5 cars behind you before they bring out your order! First off this McDonald's always make mistakes either via Uber eat or drive through. Many times that my meals were missing something! Today, I went to get my bts meal and first the lady asked me to choose one of the sauces (the bts meal supposed to come with the two sauces). I was confused and asked them about the two sauces. They did end up giving me that and I saw my friend in Irvine that her meal also came with the bts bag, but the lady told me they didn't have it, only the sauces. The service/attitude here is much a disgrace. They gave me a cup of cream with a splash of ice coffee. ( I asked for a large vanilla ice coffee) When we pulled forward to the window she was arguing with one of the employees that was making the fries telling him to "Shut up & etc" I asked for her to remake my ice coffee she said "well I made it how it's supposed to be made so why would I remake it?" And I asked her again "can you please remake it" she responded with an nasty attitude & demanded I pull forward. My ice coffee was given to me by someone else and I took one look at my ice coffee and threw it in the trash I wouldn't be surprised if she did something to my drink. A waste of my time. Had to go thru the drive thru and when i showed them my order on my phone before she opened the window, the 3 females in there just laughed and told me to move to the next window. Next, they couldn't find my order then they did and told me to move forward again cause I had to wait for my fries, once they brought my order they forgot my drinks. There is no point in reviewing the food. Everyone knows what they sell. The drive through process has problems. On my last (and only) recent visit, they got the orders out of sequence between the multiple car order lines. They gave me and presumably at least the car ahead of me the wrong order. I ended up paying $0.85 more than the price of my order and apparently there was no way to correct it. Ray Kroc's head would explode. Worse things can happen than getting screwed out of $0.85 but it's the principle. read more

From November 3-9, 2020, McDonald's is offering a promotion (using the app) to try one of their 3 new breakfast pastry items for free: apple fritter, cinnamon roll and blueberry muffin, if you purchase a premium coffee (hot or cold). On Tuesday, I ordered a hot premium coffee and tried the apple fritter. Next day, hot premium coffee with a cinnamon roll and last day, a hot premium coffee with blueberry muffin. I am glad I had the chance to try them as I would rate the Apple fritter first, blueberry muffin and lastly, cinnamon roll. First off, McDonald's has one of the best coffees available and you can't beat the price. The premium coffee comes out hot and so perfectly delicious, especially when you customize it in your order. I always add two creams and one Splenda. Their coffee beats Starbucks anytime, any day of the week! The Apple fritter is my favorite. It is a little bit "crispy" on the outside but soft and delicious on the inside. It's large enough to share with two people and you have to eat it within the first 30 minutes to really appreciate the freshness and softness of the fritter. On the second day, I tried the cinnamon roll and I have to say this is my least favorite. It's probably because I waited 15 minutes later to eat it and by that time, it was hard and dense. The frosting on the cinnamon roll is very sweet,. If you want something super sweet for Breakfast, I suggest the cinnamon roll but you must eat it right away. I mean within five minutes of it being warmed up. Lastly, the blueberry muffin was my second choice of the three options. Again, on the outside, it's a bit crispy. On the inside it's very soft and filled with many blueberries. It is a little bit sweet, but if you pair it with the premium coffee, it's perfect. If you are looking for something delicious, fast and a great value, you can't beat McDonald's. The premium hot coffee ranges from a $1.00 to $1.40 (seniors price is $1.00) depending on the size you pick and the breakfast pastry ranges from $2.00 to $2.50 depending on what you pick. I visited this location Sunday night around 9p.m for a late dinner. Woke up Monday morning feeling very weak. As the day went on, I was having constant diarrhea, and eventually started to vomit as well. It's now Tuesday as of me writing this, and I still feel weak and have 0 appetite. If it wasn't already obvious, the food from this location gave me food poisoning. I feel horrible. I'm an essential worker who's had to take the last two days off due to the illness I contracted from this location serving me contaminated food. The place is a shit show. The employees work extremely slow, they see you but will absolutely ignore you as they work at the pace of a snail. Not only did they failed to remove pickles from the burger but they did not complete the order and we were missing items. Not to mention there were no kids, straws, napkins on the floor. Where do I start? The majority of the employees were talking amongst themselves and not even making a cohesive effort in assembling an order for a customer. One employee was on his phone in front of customers. One was listening to music while he was working. One employee in the kitchen wasn't wearing gloves while assembling an order. I can't remember the last time (probably over a year ago) my order was made correctly! Every time the receipt has it correct but the order is completely wrong. Twice now we have ordered a double hamburger (NO CHEESE) and twice there was cheese. It is for a food allergic person so you can't scrape it off. When extra pickles are ordered there are zero pickles. When we ordered large fries we got small fries. When we ordered sweet tea it was regular tea and coke was Diet Coke. I mean serious! It's the closest store to home so we keep going there but have to go in to order since they screw up so much. Grrrr read more

The staff are usually younger immature kids that get defensive when you call something out that is actually wrong and can't swallow their pride to apologize when you prove it. I only come here often because it's a block away from me. But for example I ordered the two sausage egg McMuffins for $4.50 and the girl said I can only order those for breakfast when I literally had them the evening before and she argued with me until she called her manager and she was called out for being wrong lol but this isn't the first time I've gotten attitude from the workers and I'm not one to usually complain but something needs to change. Management needs to start screening properly and hiring people with actual customer service skills. read more

I usually don't have problems with this particular McDonalds but I'm mad that part of my order was missing. After we were given our order the young man told us it was the correct order. We paid for it & when I tried to called 5 times to speak with a manager to tell them about the situation there was a busy tone. I understand we could've looked in our bag to make sure that it was all there but the employee could've done so as well before handing it over.
