The inside is messy the bathrooms are always very nasty there's P on the toilet all the time and most the time out of toilet paper when I'm there. There are children who put their feet all over the tables and they put their miles on the catchup dispenser and eat the catchup right out of the dispenser a cesspool of germs. Terrible service. I have been going to this location for some time now and I had the worst experience. I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to take my order, no one was in front of me, then the lady was very rude with my order. She didn't know what was available and how to take orders. After she figured it out, she then just stood there waiting without letting me know to pull ahead. Usually I don't mind waiting, but having someone that rude is what bothers me. Definitely needs some coaching or mentoring for this location, definitely will never be going to this one again. read more

This only McDonald's earned some credit from me cuz their junky food are prepared freshly. Cleanliness is impressive. Apparently the people took their job seriously. And they obviously took motto seriously when McDonald's says "I'm Smilin" or "I'm lovin' it" from TV advertisement by making sure we for sure smile and I am loving their friendliness and professionalism. Maybe this location should train other McDonald's to be this good. The only thing that is slightly distracting in this place is their wall but I can overlook that. The best thing about this place is their worker. They are so politely and extremely patience with me especially I cannot speak verbally due to my deafness and sign language is my only spoken language. She pay attention to my gesture very carefully and got my order correctly unlikely most of other McDonald's. And what more... she never removed her smile from her face and that I appreciate! Their food like I say earlier in the paragraph, tastes great although it is junk. Hot and Fresh. Arranged very neatly, almost as beautifully as what TV advertisement shows. Really didn't appreciate the way my visit was a bit earlier. I finished hiking nearby with my kids and they wanted McDonald's so I did a mobile order. Came to the drive through speaker and let them know my order number, then I asked for 2 water cups since they were super thirsty. Waited at the speaker to see if they would respond but they just told me to pull forward. Sweet Jesus, I guess the 1-1/2 star this McDonald's has should've been the heads up. I'm the idiot who keeps going back to this location expecting things to change but I don't think it ever will. How you can serve mediocrity so consistently (and I'm talking mediocre by McDonald's standards) and still stay busy?!? Well today was the final straw (which ironically was forgotten for one of the drinks). My daughters Quarter Pounder missing, all French fries soggy and old, chicken nuggets cold-ish. This is the location I usually visit cause it's the closest to my home. I always use the drive thru service. They very often make mistakes in the order so I always check my bag before leaving. Today took the cake though. As I'm leaving I double check my bag and sure enough my cheeseburger was missing. I had to park and go ask for it. They didn't apologize or offer anything for the mistake. Then I get home and my sister in law starts eating her big mac. After 3 or 4 bites she pulls a long hair that was stuck in the patty and condiments. That truly was disgusting. It will be difficult to avoid this location as it's right by my house but I might have to get out of my way to go to another mcdonald's. The staff here just doesn't care. They never smile. Came here because I wanted a vanilla ice cream cone and they had clean restrooms and new layout in the restaurant. I think they had renovations because there were new tables and it looked updated compared to other McDonald's I have been to. For customer service it was pretty good the lady that made the ice cream cones didn't really know how to do it so then she asked another associate to do it for her which I thought was kind of odd. But other than that no complaints! We came on a Saturday afternoon around 5:30 and the drive thru was busy but inside it was completely empty. i visited this mcdonald's at 8 o clock on january 31st, and had the most inconvenient service. it took me longer to get my order than it was to film Oppenheimer. ALL I ASKED FOR WAS ONE LARGE FRY. after the employee finally figured out what button to press for a fry, we scooted up to wait in line behind less than 4 cars. service was slower than my one legged grandma and took us over 20 minutes just to get to the window. after my long journey just to get to the window, the total of the order sounded off but i wasn't going to trouble the process as it seemed they were having a hard time already. when i got my order, it was not mine but the car behind me. when i realized, i got out of the car and gave them there order. the car behind me and i were able to come to the conclusion that our orders were mixed up, however when tried to explain this to the workers, they were less comprehensive than a kindergartener. in a coma of confusion they then told me and the other car to pull aside so they could figure out the "problem". after waiting 20 more minutes a worker finally came out to talk to us. while dressed nice, there was not a thought behind his eyes. after a 10 minutes conversation of trying to explain the switch up, he accused us of not paying for either order and asked to see the receipt. when he saw the frustration in our eyes he finally asked for 5.16 for my large fry. it took about another 5 minutes to scoop fried potatoes into a bucket for me. by then i could have been to africa and back. i told him that this trip and conversation was more inconvenient than hearing someone from customer service read the term and conditions. he then proceeded to tell me that "it's fine". i did not appreciate his tone, and i think i'll be seeing his face in my nightmares. i will never come back to this location again, let alone buy a large fry. this was more troubling than my parents divorce. read more

This McDonalds has been here for years, and still attracts so many customers dining in and driving thru. I came here for a quick Sunday breakfast, and it was hard to find a table for 2! Despite the long drive thru line outside and a long line inside, my order was done very quickly, which is what fast food should be. I saw lots of kids playing in the old playplace outside. It's hard to find a Mickey D's that still has those structures. Our server was attentive with our order, which came out perfectly - even the egg white substitutes and no sausage patty (Not too complicated, but some places can even mess that up!). I saw the manager handling a difficult customer very well - kudos for her, too. Their trays have the new FDA-designed meal plate, which is divided into the four core groups: protein, grains, vegetables, and fruit + dairy. They've definitely got a cleanliness issue at this restaurant. I came in on a Monday morning. I would think everything would be fairly clean around 9AM. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. In the dining room, almost every table was dirty. They obviously weren't cleaning those, and there were only a couple people in the restaurant. The trash area was filthy. It hadn't been cleaned for awhile as well. Twice I have ordered one thing -a happy meal & both times "Petter Rabbit" rang up on screen as the toy and both times we did not receive anything relating to peter rabbit. Around 2/18 we received valentines making stuff just what you want after Valentine's Day :(. Usually the service isn't as bad as today, that's why I'll give them 2 stars. I am not a rude customer, I was just trying to make a special request since their espresso machine was broken. I wanted the iced caramel macchiato, I understand that it's just milk, caramel, and espresso. Since they didn't have espresso, I just wanted to substitute it for black coffee. Apparently that "wouldn't be the same"... I get it's not the same but it's similar. Cashier got a bit defensive, I was not in any way rude, I was just trying to get my point across. She then brought out the manager to get my promo to go through, manager also then told me the same thing but did not let me speak. Will this location ever have a functioning ice cream machine? If you are ever at this location after 8:30pm you will have less than 1% chance of getting a McFlurry. The machine is always "broken" or "down for cleaning" and If I say anything about it to the "magic speaker" I'm told I should try another McDonalds location...BE BETTER.... Filed complaint with manager for the lack of customer service on their employees - rude services. Did not get far with him since he is part of the problem and did not seem to care. Ended up filed the customer survey base on instruction on the purchase receipt. Owner responded and sent an email asking for our address to invite us over but never received anything. Pass forward a few months later and granted that we had 2 really bad experiences, we stopped by for the 3rd time since we were closed by and didn't get to go to another location on time. It was horrible as well. Missing all sauces for our nuggets and none of the condiments requested for was included. Just speechless. Feels like it is a rude culture they are fostering there, from top to bottom, we have really tired of being treated as such.
