It was very busy. The drink menu is interesting. We ordered the following; - Banana Pudding Latte 5/5 - Banana cream Matcha with oat milk 5/5 With almond toffee toppings No additional charge for milk substitute. - Tropical Mango 3/5 First kick is tangy. It was unexpected then the mango flavor hits and it gives balance. It also have coconut, a layer of mango pieces that not particularly too sweet.The base is cake. The service was fast although it was busy. The staff were friendly and attentive. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. It's a nice place to go to and try their unique drinks.

I couldn't believe how high they fill the cups up when you get a smoothie. I was laughing carrying it back to the car. The boba was cooked well, but it did lack that brown sugar flavor- just tasted plain, but it wasn't bad. I'd come again if I'm ever in the area.

On this weekday I came for the Jasmine Milk Tea. Last time this was under the Tea Latte section, but they menu changed and there is now a dedicated Milk Tea section. And also there is a Jasmine Latte with Espresso in it, but that is under the Espresso section. I was able to get it chilled but without ice. The lowest sweetness level was 50%, but I asked nicely and they estimated they could make a 25% for me. It turned out wonderfully, extremely floral, barely any sweetness so the Jasmine aroma and taste were the dominant ones. In the food side I selected the popcorn chicken. I can take some heat but only a small bit, so I asked for the spice powder in the side. I just looove the texture of the popcorn chicken. You can see in the picture that it's a very thin breading, almost not there, but the texture seems almost as if an invisible rice flour was tossed in the outside. Still juicy in the inside, and small pieces to make every bite pop-able. The chicken comes with a ranch sauce, though to me it's a second thought. Add a hint of spice or even have the chicken as is, no ranch is needed.

The drip coffee was barely above lukewarm and just didn't taste good. Again, it was hard to put my finger on exactly what was wrong with it, but it didn't taste particularly fresh. I noticed the bag of beans on the counter was roasted on 6/30 and marked down on clearance. Anyway, it's probably a perfectly fine place if you're not obsessed with excellent black coffee or high-quality espresso drinks. The space is large, there's lots of outdoor seating, and the staff is nice. I just wish I'd known going in that the coffee wasn't very good, so I'm writing this review for the other people out there who are equally insufferable about their coffee.

Michael Pernecky, the owner of the McDonald's franchises in the San Gabriel Valley needs to be dethroned by the corporate office in Chicago. If you look up his business, his acumen is less than savory as it relates to the AMOUNT OF LAWSUITS that had and have been filed against his company. He is a franchisee, therefore, he believes he is unaccountable to horrific ways his employees treat his customers. Not so. unicourt.com/case/ca-la2... I secured an attorney due to horrific treatment thrust upon me from Sandra - who self-proclaims to be the manager, and also from Jorge, who is the supervisor. The both of them must be fired immediatly. Long story made short, I visited McDonald's to order a food item. I gave Sandra my money to pay for said item. She gave me change from the money left over (as I gave her a larger bill), and it dropped as I was trying to read the receipt that was at the bottom of the change. When I picked up my change, Sandra accused me of attempting to steal money from their donation box located near the dropped coins of which was a boldfaced false accusation. I was aghast, greatly upset, very stressed which ultimately triggered my anxiety and depression. I called McDonald's Corporate number immediately after I returned home. The representative noted the complaint and said the owner would call me. 4 calls total for the owner to call me yet no response from the owner which is Mr. Pernecky. I did, however, receive a message from an alleged regional manager named, "Jack" who told me to call him regarding my concern. When I called back to the phone number, it was THE STORE where I was mistreated and abused by Sandra. Sandra and her cohorts who answered the phone when I tried to reach Jack a few times, lied and said Jack took a vacation and hadn't told them. Finally, Jorge sent a form letter, in which he lied indicating he tried to reach me. My phone records show he never attempted. When he and I finally connected, I attempted to tell him what happened and he was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND KEPT SAYING, "HOW CAN I HELP YOU?" while I was explaining the situation. I retained an attorney. I filed for compensation. Guess what? SUDDENLY I hear from the owner through the person of his insurance agent for the restaurants who says I cannot be compensated, because nothing can be proven beyond me feeling "slighted." Well Mr. Pernecky - your dishonest, scammy and slimy crew will make you lose your businesses. Please know that I am a Christian. Isaiah 54:17. Read it. Your inept staff mistreated a child of Jesus Christ, God has the Final Say and so I say, "Amen".' read more

I feel sorry for the staff at this Mc Donalds there manager is one mean person. He should know better then to talk to his employees in such a horrible manner. I hope that if the people reading this that over see the manager they tell him to kick back on the empoyess the customers do not want to hear him rtalking that way. I come from a city called Shanghai, one of the biggest cities in China, and not just one of the most modern cities in China, but the most modern one. You may also find this hard to believe, but as far as I remember, there was only one Carl's Jr. in the whole city. And it was considered a high-end fast food restaurant in that area. Once, we ordered Carl's Jr. with the colleagues in the office, and it felt like a festival, almost like a ceremony. Shanghai has a lot of McDonald's and KFC locations, and probably more Starbucks than New York, maybe even more cafes overall than New York. But only one Carl's Jr. Interesting, right? And it was not some fake Carl's Jr. using the same name. It was an authentic one. The city also has several Burger Kings, maybe dozens, but still far fewer than McDonald's. McDonald's is the top fast food chain in Shanghai, not one of the top ones, but the one. Burger King was always much more expensive. Its burgers could cost several times as much as McDonald's. I only had it a few times when I was in Shanghai, not because of the price, but because there were so few locations. I have said before that I am not really a fast food person. Maybe I am not even much of a restaurant person anymore as I get older. The reason I had Burger King this time was simple: I was too hungry, and there was no other restaurant within walking distance. How hungry was I? Guess what. I had skipped five meals over two days and lived on water and Jell-O while preparing for a colonoscopy. The procedure was in the morning, just across the street at Huntington Hospital. Actually, I was not starving. I was not even exactly hungry. But after two days of fasting, I had a deep desire to absorb some protein. And the Burger King across the street was practically waving its hands and welcoming me in. I checked my diary and found that the last time I had Burger King was also at this location, after taking a family member to the same hospital for an ultrasound. The time before that was back in 2011, in Shanghai. A long, long memory, but still fresh. I ordered a Double Whopper with cheese. I bet I could have finished four patties that day, but I did not dare to eat too much right after a long fast. The Whopper met all the requirements of a good burger. The bun was warm, plump, and soft, but not too soft. The beef patties were juicy and flavorful. The lettuce, tomato, and onion were fresh, and the sauce was tasty. Sometimes I find it a little confusing: you can say a lot when you are blaming bad food, but only a little when you are praising good food. Anyway, it was a good burger. The Cinnamon Apple Pie was hot. Even after I finished the burger, the pie was still hot, and I liked that. It was not too sweet, but the cinnamon aroma was also not as strong as I had imagined. So let's say it was balanced, though you could also call it boring.

They are extremely busy & delicious so I get why they are a packed house! No indoors so ya gotta do it the OG way & eat outdoors on their patio or take it to go! I will say their staff is extremely pleasant to deal with! The people who take my order are always so nice & quick! The staff giving the food are usually nice as well! This in n out doesn't miss! Had been coming to this location for years, mostly to get a drink and study for a while. Even prior…read moreto SB's recent policy changes to make their stores less friendly for spending time there as your "Third Place," this particular store has always been hostile to staying there longer than to just get your drink and leave. Some "hostile" features include: have no plugs in the past and few since their recent remodel, having limited seating to begin with and after their recent remodel they have even less seating by expanding the employee prep and service area into part of the old seating section, and during and even after COIVD, they had signs saying most of their seating was closed. In addition to the impression that they do not want you to stay here, their service has never been great as other Yelps's reviews indicate. I have never received rude treatment here like others have claimed, but the employees historically have been cold to indifferent compared to other locations and other brands. Most of the business historically seems to have been drive through at this location anyway. In general, we will probably try to avoid this location and go elsewhere and recommend you do the same, but just go for drive through if you must.

What kind of customer service/barista are you to roll your eyes when YOU made a mistake? For context, my family pulled up to this drive-thru because my mom wanted a decaf americano. I added on a hot chestnut praline latte. At the window, when we went to pay, they gave us the americano and an iced praline. I clarified that I ordered the hot version (which was reflected on the screen at the drive-thru btw), and she insisted we take the cold praline. I told her that we did not want it and she could toss it (she was already giving my mom attitude at the order kiosk so I just wanted to be out of there). Instead of taking the drink back, she just rolled her eyes at my mom and then left to have ANOTHER GIRL make the correct version. Hello? Not even a sorry? She didn't take the drink back, either, so we had to toss it ourselves. She could've at least offered it to someone else coming through the door or something. The best part is, she had the other girl give us our drink at the end. I understand your job might not be your favorite thing, but don't take it out on people who have no bearing to you. Whoever your supervisor is, I hope they take a second to reflect on what I wrote. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but you literally rolled your eyes at my family. Check your attitude. And if you ARE a supervisor, consider resigning. I don't think this is a job for you. Best of luck xx
