I always seem to have problems with this location. I don't like the two car ordering system and one pay window. But most annoying is they can never get my order right. One fillet o fish plain, one fillet of fish regular. "you want one with no tarter?" she asks, I reply in the affirmative. When I get my food the person reconfirms, one with no tarter. Get home, surprise, both have tarter sauce. The last time I was there I had to wait for them to make egg mcmuffins, I wanted six. It took 20 minutes of car sitting in the lot for them to get me my food. In there was a man unloading food and supplies from his personal minivan. I suppose he was returning things from an event, but I wouldn't want to eat the food or drink the beverages that had been sitting in his car for who knows how long. read more

I'm in LOVE with Mcdonalds fries so I usually go through they're drive thru but it was really long so I parked & walked in. This is by far probably the NICEST Mcdonalds I've ever seen & I heard that if you eat inside, you actually get served. But the reason I gave this place 2 stars because of an incident I witnessed. There was an old lady that ordered an ice cream cone & it was probably the smallest cone I've seen before. The worker was looking for her but the manager took it from her & gave it to the old lady. The old lady mentioned why it was so small & the manager just shrugged & said "idk, I didn't make it." It made me upset because you're the manager! You can make her another one. She just kind of stood there & the manager went along her way. I was a little upset at myself after I left because I didn't say anything but it sucks to see that no matter if the working conditions have improved at Mcdonalds, their service is still horrible. read more

WOW! This place is gorgeous! Whenever we are out this way, my boyfriend and I love stopping by this location because it's bright, clean, and the atmosphere is pretty chill. I haven't had any problems with ordering, but I am hoping that will never happen. If you have kids, there are some really cool touch screen games they can play and some of the tables have games in the tops as well. Pretty neat! read more

Unfortunately this place always lets me down. The drive through always manages to screw up. They either forget to give me sauce, a straw or even get my order right. Its sort of expected at this place now so when you do go you have to make sure and double check your order before driving off. Most recently I ordered a breakfast only to realize they did not give me ketchup and my egg mcmuffin had little pieces of egg shell in the egg. Not the best way to start a day.. Like the new remodel of this location. Looks a lot more clean and spacious. Very convenient location on Foothill Blvd when I'm driving back from shopping at Nordstrom Rack. Not much drive thru traffic due to the two lines they opened up for cars to order. Service was very quick and fast. They always do a neat job in wrapping my snack wraps. I hate it when some locations don't fold the wrap properly and all the ingredients are pouring out. This location also never forgets to give me Balsamic dressing when I order my Southwest Salads. read more

The food at McDonalds' are usually about the same. So as with all McDonald's, their French Fries are exceptional! I've always had a soft spot for McDonald's fries, mainly because the fries themselves are pretty soft. This McDonald's doesn't have a play pen but it does have Nintendo Game Cube games setup for the kids. Also this location is a free WIFI location too, "Would you like internet with that?" It's a drive thru, it happens *shrug* But I digress...i was on my way in a rush to be somewhere in OC, and had no time to eat. The bag seemed reasonably heavy enough, so i took the bag and quickly went on my way. ten minutes later, i'm stuck on the freeway, expecting an annoying hour long trek, but happily snacking on my fries as i dreamily thought about the organismic experience that was coming next. I manuever the bag and some napkins to prepare for my meal and reach into the bag...there's the fries...the nuggets...wait a minute.... WHERE'S MY BIG MAC!! I search the bag several times as my screaming taste buds refuse to believe that it was missing. I couldn't believe it, I had already given up and planned to eat this sinful meal and it wasn't there!!! I was already late, and I couldn't turn back being that i was stuck in a parking lot of a freeway. my mouth quickly turned into a frown and i angrily ate my nuggets. My mood instantly turned it all into dry crizzap on my tongue. Nothing was going to help me now. Since then, i have boycotted Mcdonalds. Eventually, I promise I'll go back. Wow I came here for the first time in a few months and was SHOCKED at how quickly this recently reopened location has gone downhill. What seemed like an opportunity to remind us all why we've always been addicted to McDonalds turned into wow this really represents why it's worth it to spend a little more at a place that puts a little thought into their food. The next time I have an after hours craving for a burger I'll go to In N Out, at least until some serious retraining takes place. My 83 year old mother raised three kids, all of whom grew up eating at McDonald's back in the early 60s, as a once in a while treat. Now the tables are turned, and it's me, in my 60's, taking my mom once every one or two weeks, depending upon if she's behaving herself, lol. I can honestly and truthfully say, after eating at hundreds of McDonalds throughout this country, that everything stated by Alan J. below, is spot on! With one exception, he forgot to mention this McDonald's has cushion seating available... Yep, this an important feature for those of us who are long in the tooth and are lacking rear cushioning. Sitting on hard plastic or metal seats just doesn't work too well for the aging population and well preserved folks. And, so this McDonald's has taken this into account. Bravo for paying attention to the needs of the oldies, but goodies, in addition to the youngsters. read more

I stop by this McDonalds occasionally in the mornings because it's close to work, but I may need to find a new one due to the owner increasing everything on the menu by a $1 or more. I realize McDonalds is a franchise, but you still don't expect one to charge more than other locations. Drive Through Only. I came blazing by one night craving a soft serve cone. Ordering was a snap. The speaker was working. What more can I expect from Mickey Ds? Two things though: 1) Poor structure to my soft serve. Someone needs to learn how to properly build one. Mine was tilted to the right. 2) No napkin. I had to ask for one. Wouldn't you think it's normal to give a customer a napkin especially if ordering a soft serve? It takes skill to eat one of these while driving. I'm not in high school anymore. Never thought I'd write a Yelp review on a McDonalds but this one has a problem, namely that an employee is walking in and out of traffic, and wherever's there's a few feet between cars, telling people to move their cars up. He's a a distraction to driving and more importantly, he's trying to pack cars way too close together. I ignored him but the guy behind me started yelling at him, and I didn't blame him. One of the worst run McDonald's I've been to. They always take forever to execute the orders and the people look like they don't even want to be there. I've gone through the drive thru a few times and have given up, because there is always something missing in my order. Double check if you go through the drive through. I always go inside now for pickup. The tables are filthy and the soda machines are not well maintained. This could be a gem of a place, but instead they live to much lower standards. I'm not expecting McDonald's to be a five star restaurant, but I go to McDonalds because I clearly would like to have the standard McDonald's experience of hot food, served quickly, that is not AWESOME, but satisfies my cravings for crispy hot fries and chicken nuggets, or a cheap burger with toasted sesame seed bun, special sauce, shredded lettuce, and processed cheese. I ordered a plain sundae and the worker didn't even fill it up all the way. I have always gotten a plain sundae and they always fill it up. But this experience was the worst we waited 20 minutes for 3 cones 1 plain sundae and a ice coffee. In the end it was all nasty the iced coffee was black and my plain sundae wasn't even filled. Just a heads up to ALWAYS check your order before leaving. My wife and I have have only gotten correct orders maybe 2 out of every 10 visits. It amazes me how they can screw up an order almost every time, especially when it's correct on the screen, but somehow they can't translate that to being correct in the bag. Sometimes it's as simple as no sauce for McNuggets or missing nuts for sundaes, granola etc., but it's usually a forgotten sandwich, fries or giving hash browns when we asked for yogurt. We've gotten in the habit of checking for all items before we leave, but lately we've had terrible sodas that were completely watered down, or diet when we asked for regular. I hope the employees that handle that aren't going to strike to get raises, since those specific employees don't deserve a raise until they can do their job correctly. Aside from that, I am always impressed with how friendly people are at the payment window. Maybe it's the best job, since they tend to be the only ones smiling and honestly seem to be happy while working. Inside at the register is a different story! If it weren't for the fact that this location is only 6 blocks away we would just go to another location. read more

Pretty rough experience tonight. I ordered a pumpkin pie and the fruit and maple oatmeal. The line barely moved to order and when I opened my oatmeal container there was an inch of water on top of the oatmeal. It's kind of hard to screw up oatmeal but it's possible.
