Iced caramel coffee minus the caramel. Tastes like black cold coffee
    Pita R.

The food is good, sometimes and the owners should really get on their workers. The service is ok and the workers are nice BUT the food and coffee isn't the freshest or best tasting in comparison to other McDonald's. We have received cold food and the coffee is just terrible. We always order ice caramel coffee and we receive ice coffee that tastes like cold black coffee with a splash of caramel. You can not taste the caramel and it's just terrible. It's a shame because we used to love this spot on our way to Barstow. Please fix your quality and make the food like you used to!

Is there a way to give less than a star? Flooded toilets and 70 minutes and waiting for couple of French fries . The stupid kiosk did not give me a receipt either. This is a McDonald's in the USA or a shit hole restaurant in a 3rd world country. The order progress screen does not work. It is been frozen since I been here!!

There was nobody in the drive thru but the person put us on "hold." Went inside instead. Not too many people but service was very slow. Located right off the highway. I'm a vegan so I only order fries from McDonald's and I love them so much that I got three large orders to eat for the rest of my road trip. Thanks McDonald's! Service speed could be improved.

I have been at this McDonald's several times. It's off of Hwy 138 exit northbound. Last night, I decided to pick up some chicken nuggets and fries for my daughters. It was late so I went through drive-thru. Got the bundle with 40 chicken nuggets and 2 large fries for $20 plus 3 waters. It used to be $16.99... oh well, gotta go with inflation. Wait was quite long actually. Cars weren't moving for at least 5+ mins. Finally I got up to 2nd window to pay and get food. Staff was super nice and friendly. The gentleman asked if I wanted a drink carrier for my waters. Thank you Sir! I usually say no, but decided to say yes this time around. The lady who took my order didn't ask what sauce I wanted and assumed BBQ sauce. I informed the gentleman to give me Honey Mustard sauce and not BBQ sauce. He said sure. Unfortunately, there was no sauce in the bag... not one... zilch LOL. This has never happened to me ever where I didn't get one sauce LOL. Luckily, we had extra sweet & sour and ranch sauces in the frig from past McDonald's orders. The long wait and missing sauces result in 3 stars. Hope they improve on their speed of service and attention to the customer orders in the near future. Thank you.

    Sausage mcmuffin

The muffin tasted like the bread had left out. It tasted a little stale.the sausage was a little dry, over cooked and the egg was fine. I added ketchup. The location was very crowded. The restrooms were very clean. This is the last stop before Hesperia, to get a bite to eat or a cold drink. If possible, pass up on the muffins and try something else to eat for breakfast

    5:15 and it's still dark.

Wasted my time. It says open at 5, why am I still sitting here waiting for a "open" restaurant to open up update your times, some of us work 12 hour shifts and don't got time for bs like this and wanna get a quick bite to eat before heading home.

We stopped by around 11:00-11:30 a.m., thinking the morning rush would be over, but the place was still packed. After trying it, I can definitely see why. They had already sold out of all their pastries, which says a lot about how busy they are, but the coffee was amazing. I ordered the iced maple salt latte with oat milk, and it was so good. My son got the bourbon caramel latte, and he loved his too. The shop itself is small, but there is plenty of seating both inside and outside. What impressed me most was that there were only two employees working, and they handled the crowd incredibly well. They kept things moving, acknowledged customers as they came in and when it was their turn to order, and were still kind and friendly. The café was also very clean and well kept. For there to be only two people working and the crowd they had at 11 o'clock, I'm sure it had probably been busy all morning. Even so, everything was clean and organized. Great coffee, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Also, I would say this place probably has the best cafe matcha in the High Desert. Compared to everywhere else, the matcha flavor is strong and smooth, but it does taste homemade. How are people supposed to know how much things cost? If here is enough room to have the name of the product on it, it's not hard to put the number of dollars it costs right there next to it. I hateeeee when coffee shops do this! The coffee was an iced pistachio latte for $8.50, and various food items that we had no idea the totals until charged for the bill, I don't remember the exact number but I was kind of shocked at the total price of everything which I think was high $30s-40s? The interior was super cute with their red chairs and their story concept on the walls. The seats were comfortable and it was pretty crowded in the coffee shop with students and people working on their laptops. The food wasn't that good. For the prices we paid I kind of expected more, especially from that chicken roll item. The chicken was very dry and the flavors were lacking. It tasted like something you can get frozen from the stores that you just microwave or air fry.I enjoyed the cheesecake, but I didn't really like the pistachio milk cake, it tasted Joe they just mixed their milk solution with pistachio pudding powder (based off of the to bright/unnatural green color of it) and didn't flavor it with any real pistachio nuts. I enjoyed the coffee as well however I feel that the prices of everything was expensive especially when we didn't even know the prices of 3/4 of the things we purchased. I understand that we can ask how much each thing cost but how annoying would it be to ask about every single one. It would be very annoying and such a hassle for the cashier too. On the plus side parking is easy bc it shares it in a pretty big plaza. Another upside is that it's close to a ton of good food options in that area as well. ---- Overall: I wouldn't be back, expensive, don't know the price of their food bc none of it is listed out, and the food is hit or miss, interior decor is very cute tho
