Been to many McD and have never reviewed them until now. This is by far the best McD I have ever been to. From the moment we were walking in ( still outside) and employee delivering mobile order said " Hello welcome" when we were ordering Isabelle was so attentive to us and others on line. She followed up to ensure our order was brought to us. The kids play areas was nice and clean and I felt comfortable letting my toddler play. I saw an employee actively clean up area. Also... weird but best MCD nuggets I've had too! Fresh. No one is more surprised that I am reviewing a McDonald's than me, but I had to because it was by far the best, and I feel that service like this and attentiveness like this needs to be recognized! read more

This place is terrible honestly, sometimes the drive through line is 12 cars long and it takes like 20 minutes to get food and like 12-15 to even order it's sad. Wish I could give it 0 stars. We waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes with 1 car in front of us just for them to take another 10 minutes at the window (at 6pm btw). We had two separate orders which we they made us pay for then refused to give us the second order without showing them a receipt, pathetic. read more

I've been working in this area for about two weeks now and i find myself going to McDonald's for coffee and breakfast in the morning. The times I've went I had Jennifer at the drive-through window. I went through this store Sunday night. The line was not moving at all and took far too long to get my food. Once I did, my fries and nuggets were ice cold- obviously sitting in the bag by the window while they dealt with whatever issue slowed the line. By the time I got home the food was not edible and I ended up throwing it all away. When a store is that busy there is no excuses to serve food that was sitting long enough to reach room temperature. Worst experience. I grew up with eating at McDonald's, IMOthe breakfast options were the best. But unfortunately this location really needs to change because this morning I came early to get Mc,Ds for breakfast but this location didn't open till 7am as it says on the schedule on the front door of the restaurant. All of a sudden an employee is walking to go inside and another employee who opens the door to let us know rudely they wouldn't open for another hour then what was posted on the schedule at the door and follows with with also saying they didn't go to work till 6:30am which I'm assuming doesn't give enough time to get everything they need to be ready but I still am disappointed. Best McDonald's I've ever been to. Order is consistently correct. Not to mention the lovely people in the drive through have a smile on their face every single morning. I don't even eat fast food often but as of recently I've been coming here daily just because of the way I feel when I leave. Wait time is very quick. The best part tho is the team members attitude is always positive. My 2nd favorite thing about this location is every time I come my fries and food taste fresh and hot (unlike most other McDonald's) It's important to note most people only leave Yelp reviews when they're angry so the low stars are not an accurate indicator of this location. This is a convenient fast food location in this neighborhood which is always busy. It's probably quicker to go in, place the order and take out. The drive through is open 24 hours. However, beware of the shady characters in the neighborhood. Their touchscreen system for ordering food had no tags for table numbers. My experience today was not satisfactory. I wanted to resolve an issue with an order before I moved forward with the next window in the drive thru. I had let the gentleman cashier know and he was nice and said he would get his manager which he tried 3 times to get a manager to assist him. I was pretty upset that no one came to help him in what I needed. I felt bad for him so I said it's fine dont worry about it. My complain is for the manager who was in shift in the am 8-8:15 . To not being around when the associates needed assistance. Called 3x over the headset and nothing. Do better please dont let your shift go bad because of your lack of management skills. Very poor customer service here at the drive thru .... Whether it is busy or not the majority of the time I am missing something from my order due to the incompetence of the employees. I order meals for two totaling around $25, and it is basic items off the combo menus so nothing that should be difficult. I'm always charged full price for all the items, but they forget a side. Today was the worst as I ordered extra sides and double checked to make sure I received the items which I did this time, but they forgot the main sandwich! Never trust the employees to get your order right. Unfortunately due to ongoing issues here I'll have to be that person at the drive thru taking an extra minute or two holding up the line as I check every item in the bag to make sure nothing is screwed up since I've had too many forgotten items, and I'm tired of paying for items to not be given to me. This one falls into a management/training issue. I submitted a mobile order for curbside, and sat for close to 30 mins after clicking on here and choosing my parking spot. After it got closer the half hour mark I went and knocked on the door, turns out my food has been sitting on the counter but they don't do curbside after 7. However my order clearly left curbside, they knew I was waiting out there and must have just been waiting to tell me about the 7pm policy once I came to the door. Here's the issue, because your app processed my curbside is not my problem, that's an issue that needs to be taken with whoever submits the "open hours" for curbside for the app. How could they have handled it? Realizing curbside just closed, this guy is outside waiting and thinking we are bringing it to him because our app told him it was, I would take him his food (especially since we are still taking out drive thru orders to the parking lot) since it's an exception due to a company restaurant error. read more
