This really is the worst of the local McDonalds. I like to use the McDonald's mobile app to order and they still have not figured out how to retrieve those orders. This usually means I get to reorder at the restaurant and the employee usually treats me like it is my fault. Poor service and slow food. This McDonald's struggles more than any I've ever been to. Half the time they forget some of your order, or you wait in line at the drive-thru for 10-15 minutes. I'd go to other ones, but they are a little further than I'd like to travel. Some days they do well, but most they don't. Like right now, I waited 10 minutes from ordering to paying and when I made it to the pick-up window I was told they just barely threw my hamburger patties down. Basically everything in our order was wrong in some way it was terrible. We tried to go inside because their doors were unlocked and the lobby said closes at 11 but they yelled at us to get out at 10:15. We had 9 pickles on a burger we specifically requested without pickles. We got a spicy chicken in place of a McDouble. We got a sprite in the place of a water. Our Oreo mcflurries were great so that's good but nothing else was. We are disappointed in this location and it's management. I'm sure the owners are great and need to know about issues like these so I am writing this review. read more

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. We just went because of 3 hungry kids. The drive thru was over 20 min (Only 2 cars in front of me when I went to pay) My kids are gluten free, so I ordered the each a McDouble with no bun. I had to explain the worker taking my order that I wanted just the burger, no bun. We discussed this in detail over the speaker, and then again when I got to the window to pay. When I finally got my order, they had given me 3 buns, with no meat. I would avoid this place at all costs! read more

This McDonald's location has disappointed yet again. I placed an order through the app and parked in a curbside spot to wait for my food but nobody ever brought it out to me. In the time I was waiting about a dozen cars went through the drive through and got their food. By the time I was done waiting the drive through would've taken more time than I had so I just left without my food. read more

Terrible drive thru experience. Sunday afternoon around 2:17, waa in line moved 2 spots in 20 minutes, finally left without any food.

Went to McDonald's just like we always do and tried to order a McDouble with NO ONIONS. we told the server that the person we are ordering for is allergic to onions so he said it was fine and he could make a brand new McDouble that hadn't touched onions. I hate this place. I have been going to this one for years since we live close to it. Always horrible service and super dirty and usually napkins are out and the fountain is a disaster, not all sizes of lids and the drinks tastes way off. I would give it negative stars if I could. I will just list a few things that have happened over the years. Usually out of something, a drink or ice cream, people looking at magazines or on their phone behind the desk and obviously not on break(and it is apparent that a lot needs to be cleaned or done OR my order taken- no seriously I was ignored while someone was looking at a magazine for a few min then took my order!), went through drive through and it was busy and they asked me to move forward and I did. Once I did the lady brought my food out and I asked for ketchup and she was really upset she had to go back to get me some, it has been so nasty in the play room I saw a customer sweeping the floor! Once I asked a lady after she brought me my food if I could also get napkins and ketchup and she said ok and didn't come back. Which I would have done myself but they were out of stock by the fountain!!!!! There have been a few times the ice is out and the soda is very warm. Garbages over flowing. I could go on but these are the main things that have pissed me off. Don't go here!!!! It's worth the drive to go 2 miles down the road to a different one. read more

I've been living in Pleasant Grove for over six years. This McDonald's is one of the closest places to us, so we've been there several times. I may not be the smartest person in the world because I keep going back. We have NEVER gotten an order right at this location. The woman who runs the store is rude and condescending. Once when we called in to say our order was wrong (we had gotten it to go through the drive-through) she actually yelled at us and accused us of lying. We know drive to American Fork if we want McDonald's. Don't waste your time here. read more

It looks like I've had similar experience as most others here. There's about a 20-30% chance of getting food prepared properly. It often comes cold, overcooked, fries sometimes soggy, and anything else you can imagine. For fast food it's not terrible, but Definitely not up to McDonald's standards. read more

Avoid this place. This place would have been out of business if not for those arches. Awful food. Ambivalent employees and if you want any sauces (including ketchup) you have to ask - multiple times! We got drinks, but the straws were nowhere to be found. I had to pull them out from the cupboard below and stock their container... a customer did this. I sat down with my family to eat our sub-par meal and realized that we didn't have any napkins. They KEEP THE NAPKINS BEHIND THE COUNTER AND RATION THEM OUT TO CUSTOMERS! Not kidding. This McDonald's consistently gets orders wrong, doesn't know how to take orders from a two-lane drive-thru, and practically threw my food out the drive-thru window at me (the wrong order might I add) as the girl says, "Sorry for the rush!" Worst McDonalds EVER. My husband and I have had raging diarrhea for a whole week due to the milkshakes we got there. Not to mention, it took about 10 minutes to get the milkshakes when we went though the drive-thru, and we were the only ones there.
