one star purely because EVERY SINGLE TIME I order delivery you guys don't include a straw when straw is literally selected and on the expo ticket. It absolutely seems intentional at this point. is there a straw shortage??

They totally missed 3 french fries. I already mentioned that I did not drive, I just wanted to ask for the refund. I dialed twice to ask for refund. They insisted to ask me to come back to get the french fries. The customer service is really suck.

Service was nice. Order my usual egg McMuffin and when i bit my sandwich the eggs still had egg shells!

Regular nuggets. Not what I ordered.

It also has an old-timey study or library or at least a literary vibe to this place. There's multiple rooms, including a stage in the back room. I think they have events here. Service is friendly and they have classic drinks as well as some festive ones. I was here on St. Patrick's Day so I got something festive even though it was overly sugary lol. I ordered the Lucky Charms White Mocha. It was tasty, but definitely a drink I wouldn't be able to order on the regular. I was able to set up my computer and one of the side rooms and get some work done. This place seems to be a very popular place for studying and doing some work. Just a great place in a great area. They have a large lot and there's also plenty of street parking in the area, especially during the day.

I love coming here for a kinako kakigori, both the food and the service is refreshing and calming…read more Kamurocho is a small shop and the ambiance reminds me of small town shops in Japan. They sell a ham & cheese croissant, coffees, teas, lattes, and four flavors of Japanese shaved ice called kakigori, which is the star of the show. The texture of this shaved ice is like fluffy cool softness that melts in your mouth. It is different than the traditional shaved ice and it is far from a snow cone. We ordered mango and kinako (a roasted soybean flour commonly mixed with sugar). These are large desserts! It takes time to make them since there are fresh ingredients inside. The mango was superb with little bits of fresh mango buried inside the ice. Not sickeningly sweet like the syrups most places use. My husband's had little mochi pieces mixed inside. It is common to add kinako to mochi so this was a bonus and a nice surprise. The kinako dessert was sweeter than the mango. Please know that there seems to be no a/c in this little shop but she has fans going. We went in the late afternoon so it was really uncomfortable inside. I had to leave and wait outside until the dessert was ready. It's hard to take these home as it melts fast so we sat inside to enjoy them. It was like heaven in my mouth and it cooled me down instantly. You must be patient as it takes at least 10-15 minutes for her to prepare the desserts but it is worth the wait! There is a small parking lot right in front shared with other businesses. Located right off the freeway behind Burger King.

I came here to try their most popular menu: Himalayan Chiya (hot) w/ almond milk- less sweet, not too much spice, yet comforting to drink since I had a dry throat earlier. Nimki- it's like salted pita chips that I recommend dipping it in Chai Chocolate Jaggery Cookie- chocolate chip cookie with brown sugar topping- it was too sweet that I had to take some brown sugar away unless paired well with plain hot chai If you don't want to deal with people while working/studying, come from noon to 3 pm. The interior was bright, modern, and comfortable. Soft ethnic music played in the background. Delah Coffee is an absolute gem. OPEN to 12!!!!…read more From the moment you walk in, you can tell they put a lot of thought into creating a beautiful, welcoming space. There's plenty of private parking, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, and the upscale décor makes it a great place to meet friends, get some work done, or simply enjoy a quiet cup of coffee. I ordered the Caramel Macchiato, and it was easily one of the best I've ever had. Rich espresso, perfectly balanced sweetness, and incredibly smooth. The pastries were just as impressive. The Pistachio Baklava Nest was generously filled with pistachios and had the perfect balance of crunch and sweetness. The Biscoff Cheese Danish was another standout, topped with Biscoff drizzle and a whole Biscoff cookie that made every bite even better. The café also has a large-screen TV and clean, separate men's and women's restrooms, making it comfortable for longer visits. Whether you're stopping by for your morning coffee or meeting up with friends, Delah Coffee delivers excellent drinks, delicious pastries, and an inviting atmosphere. I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu.

The workers were nice,…read moredidnt have to wait to order which was nice and overall very welcoming even when they accidently spilled my drink they remade it right away. Food: I went here twice and every single time I get any of the shwarmas or meat pies, its cold. Not just a little bit, the entire inside and bottom is soggy cold. It tastes good, super light not heavy, but the coldness makes it unappetizing unfortunatly. Additionally, the biscoff cake was super dry for a milk cake, but the taste is still nice. The saffron and caramel cake are nice though, milky, sweet, pairs well with a hot drink. Drink: Dissapointing. Matcha, Chai, Latte, Smoothie, Refresher--I tried them all and was dissapointing. Matcha (latte, mango, and strawberry) tasted insanely water, same with the adani chai--which is something I look forward to at every cafe. I think increasing the milk content in the chai could really improve it. Coffee was also done poorly (iced and hot). Refresher was alright, super sweet but other than that it wasnt bad. The only thing that was the best was the smoothie. The mangorabian tastes like a chocolatey mango lassi, you can't go wrong with a smoothie. Room for improvement on everything. Overall: Very nice elegant cafe that is perfect for hangouts and doing work, the food needs to get warmed up longer to avoid coldness and all the drinks need to be improved to increase the quality of the taste. Looking forward to the change!

I came back because of that positive experience. Unfortunately, my second visit completely changed my opinion. While eating my salad, I noticed several pieces of shredded cheese that had a grayish blue discoloration that looked like mold. I immediately stopped eating and lost my appetite. I wasn't looking for a refund or free food, I just wanted to let the staff know in case there was an issue with the ingredients. What disappointed me the most was how the situation was handled. Instead of taking my concern seriously, they insisted the discoloration was "smoothie powder" and showed us a bright electric blue powder they use. The color on the cheese looked nothing like that, it was a dull grayish-blue, which is why I was concerned in the first place. Rather than acknowledging my concern or checking the ingredient, I felt like my experience was dismissed. Food safety concerns happen, and mistakes can occur at any restaurant. What matters is how they're handled. I left feeling disappointed not because of the salad itself, but because I felt my concern wasn't taken seriously. Sadly, because of that experience, I don't plan on returning.
