I hate this place and the employees are rude. I stopped to get my kids lunch and my grandmother a drink. Drive thru was long so I went inside. Only one other person was inside at the time making her order. She had a small child maybe 3 who really needed to use the bathroom, during these times I understand rules, but then instead of giving her the order quickly she had to wait for her drink, then the food, then the other drink, then the kids happy meal. I ordered right after her and had my two children with me as well we waited for 20 min. And I saw 5 other people order and receive their food and drinks. After 20 min my youngest also now had to use the restroom so knowing that it's not happening there I asked what was taking so long. Turns out I asked the manager in charge, she starts speaking to everyone in Spanish because it my order had not even been put together yet. Nobody had even poured the sodas. She then turns to the cashier and speaks to him in Spanish. He then speaks to her in choppy Spanish telling her that I need to be more patient and that they were a bunch of people before me and that I had not been waiting that long. That he has done nothing wrong and that there were many people ahead of me. I understand Spanish and apparently they didn't know that so I answered him back Stating that "I ordered two happy meals and four drinks and I saw the orders already be given to other customers that ordered after me" then he responded to me in English stating "I'm speaking to my manager ma'am" so I responded to him and told him that he needed to respect his manager listen to the coaching she's giving him and that maybe he should work on his customer service. I hate this place and I've only been there once. I ordered a #1 combo and the cashier that took my order didn't understand English. I got to the second window and they got my order mixed up and told me to wait in the reserve parking spot for someone to come and bring my order. I Purchased a big Mac for $8.73. They charged my credit card $21.68. I did not get a full credit on my account. Their phone number, which is 925-463-1955 goes to a fax machine. They only gave me a credit of $16.44 I am still owed $5.24. I cannot reach anybody. I wish Ray Kroc or Fred Turner we're still alive at least I could get hold of them. Worst experience ever!!! First off, let me say I only came here because it was 3am and the only place open. When I arrived, I sat at the drive thru for a while then decided to drive up to the window since nobody acknowledged me. We went through the drive through yesterday for breakfast, service was bad from the beginning: when speaking to the guy over the intercom, I would ask questions and would get no answer, but when I would say "hello?'" the guy would say "yes, what do you want to order?!" My first ever review is sadly not going to be a positive one. This place is absolute chaos. Before my family and I came in, there were large bags of garbage outside in front of the doors how lovely and inviting we go in and order. The cashier asks me what sauces I wanted for my chicken nuggets and it was all ok. When the order comes out, we go to our table and oh wow won't you look at that they forgot our sauces but we understand that it happens and it's just a simple mistake but what is really infuriating is that when we went to go ask for them the cashier didn't look at us when I asked for them, he just responded "yes yes" but again had to wait years so my mom comes and asks the manager for some. Now I'd assume that the manager would be polite but she looked hurried and tossed the sauces at us. Another incident was when my mom wanted an orange juice. We went and again THE MANAGER said she had to pay upfront, like ok? But we would've appreciated some kindness. We asked for an orange juice not your attitude. I live nearby in Dublin, CA and 2 out the last 3 visits have resulted in an incorrect order fill. And ever further, the same person who's fulfilled my incorrect order, is not personable and hasn't made the slightest effort to greet me as a customer. Waited 10 minutes, when a worker starts to stroll toward our car with the bag of food, minus a drink we ordered. We told him we were missing the drink he strolled back to get it. We then noticed we were short an order of fries, after giving us the missing drink he asked to see our receipt (which by the way clearly stated the missing drink & ff).
