I didn't see any issues with this McDonalds. It's the one that has a drive thru, but I went inside. It's clean, the fries came out hot and the burger too! Their ApplePay works! I ordered fries and a six-piece McNugget... before I even got to the McNuggets, I realized the fries tasted awful. The "fresh" fries taste like they were dropped on the floor, frozen for 3 days, then microwaved until warm and served as "fresh". This McDonald's is AWFUL. I work hard. My work days are often extremely long, and it can be tough to cram a meal in. It is for this reason I am so very thankful for the good ol' American institution of McDonalds. With a set menu that changes very infrequently, I know I can go in and order some imitation of food, and have it arrive at my fingertips the very same way as it did the last time I frequented a McDonalds. So why then is this review 1 star? 4 of us ordered, 3 colleagues and I. We each took our turn to order, and each waited as the clerk took our orders. I ordered a number 2. I made NO changes to how the order comes, other than to say I wanted to splash out on the extra dollar and order a large. So when our order comes out, and mine is not there, I am forced to ask the question: what about a number 2; large, was so difficult to comprehend?! Was it so difficult to listen to the words emanating from my mouth, and operate the register appropriately? These people want $15 an hour?! For what?! Getting my freaking order wrong? This location is terrible. I've been living in and around these parts for a few years and have come here many times and every single time the customer service is unmatched for how bad it is. They're rude! They're just plain rude. I've had many interactions where when I pull up to the window they only say the total to me and then nothing else, they'll hand the card back and give me the food and shut the window so fast I can't even ask for a ketchup packet. I just stopped at this Macdonald the hours on the door say they open at 6am. It's almost 8am and the are not open. Not only that but the workers inside are openly ignoring the knocks on the clear doors from the many people trying to get in. McDonald is a McDonald but this particular one is always very slow. They have two ordering machines but only ever use one. On more then one occasion I have to wait 10+ minutes and one time 20. I called the phone number to explain my concern three different times and no call back. This is the closest in proximity to my house or I wouldn't go anymore. Today I ordered breakfast and got uncharged 20 cents for unsweetened iced tea. I asked why and she told me to hold on. A few seconds later she tried to take my order again, she then told me to pull forward. When I did she was yelling at someone behind her. Closed the window. Then told me she didn't know why they up charged me and then started to take someone else's order leaving the charge on my screen. read more

I don't expect much but I swear every time I go to this location and this one guy who I'm pretty sure is the manager middle aged dark haired guy I have the WORST experience here. Because he's mumbling shit to everyone at the windows telling them what to do and they're afraid of getting in trouble..So I go to pick up a couple Uber eats orders here like I have a million times before.. wait in line for a pretty long time at least 25 min. Get up to the speaker sit there for a long time trying to say hello and no one is saying anything on the other end.. so since I'm just there to pick up an order and not ordering anything and ive done this before I figure okay I'll just tell them the number at the window it's already ready no big deal it's never been an issue before... I get up to the window and this lady working alongside the manager I mentioned basically tells me that I need to get back into line because I didn't say the number into the speaker.... I even showed her order number and the she flat out refused to hand me the order that was sitting directly behind her. Can you imagine if I actually got back in line for another 30 min just to say the number into the speaker for her? I can't help but laugh at the thought... made absolutely zero sense and I just wasted my time gas and money and they did not care. She wasn't hearing a word I had to say. I have worked very near to this location for about 5 years now. I was going to this location quite often. Its easy to get to and usually the line isn't extremely insane but it was mostly just convenient. I always crave the egg white delights and iced coffee. It is really unfortunate that I am not even able to come to this location any more. Yesterday I was on my way to work, stopped here to get breakfast with only a few minutes to spare to get to work. I order, get to the front and they give me the bag of food and I hand over my card, the cashier tried to run it a few times. There shouldn't have been a problem with my card, there was definitely more than $7 on it to get my coffee and sandwich. The young guy turns to another lady and she comes over to the window and explains to me that this has been happening with a lot of cards that morning. It wasn't just my card, she said it was the type of card I have. I have a chase bank visa debit card????? I let her know that I have had the card for a while and have been coming with it regularly and am just now having a problem. She then says really? weird. She hands my card back and then tells me to give back the food they already handed me and was sitting in my passenger seat?! I know they have to just throw this away. Really? Its not my fault the system isn't working?!?!!?!?! I then have to leave with nothing, go to another place across the street (where my card worked with no problems) and then was late to work! The manager at this restaurant was so rude to me today that I just had to drive off. They got my order wrong and then refused to sell me a medium fry. I asked her to make my order right and she refused.all she kept doing was insisting that I pay for the medium fry when I agreed and asked for the medium fry and she would repeat again that I had to pay for them five times, I'm not really sure what to make of this person. Could not be worse. I contacted this McDonalds on March 14th at 2pm and spoke to a manager. I requested that he take a quick look in the dining area for a missing, at risk child reported to be in the store at the time. I had a police case number in hand and detailed description of the child. Manager said, 'I'm not just going to go out there jusy because someone asks me! I'm too busy'. At this McDonald's I experienced bad service. I bought coupon book from 82nd and stark location last week sometime,and tried to redeem my free items at this location, but they refused my customer service. They couldn't even give me one of my free items as a consideration of acknowledging these coupons work at certain locations. On the back of the coupons it doesn't acknowledge that they will only be useful at certain locations. The overall funny thing about this experience. Was when they first looked at the coupon they said it was old as in expired. Mind you that these are seasonal coupons "Halloween treats" for two dollars, however it only shows a copyright ©2018 it says. From what they misread. So apparently McDonald's now wants to charge an "I'd like my food to taste good" tax. I ordered an Egg McMuffin and was told I needed to give them an additional 12¢ if I wanted a packet of mild picante sauce. Me: "Um, well I just ordered this breakfast sandwich. I don't want extra, just one to put on my sandwich." Clerk: "We only give them out free with the breakfast burrito." Okay, so let me get this straight, if I buy a $1 breakfast burrito which is wrapped up and already plenty spicy, I get free picante sauce, but if I spend $3.29 on your dry Egg McMuffin I need to pay 12¢ more? Me: "Well I don't really want this sandwich then." Clerk: "Sorry, no refunds." Is this even legal? Not charging for sauces, but the policy of "no refunds for customers who are misled to thinking they are getting one thing but then have to pay more for it after signing on?" read more

I'm a regular McDonalds visitor during breakfast hours and visit 3-4 of them throughout town. I had never visited this particular location but was in the area and needed some breakfast so I pulled into the drive through. I was expecting the same as what I get everywhere else but found their pricing to be a bit different. They charge extra for a large coffee with a breakfast combo when everyone else gives it to you for the same price. They also charge $1.50 per sausage burrito when the rest of them I visit charge $1. This ended up being only an extra $1.60 for my total order, and in the whole scheme of things I suppose is not that big of a deal but this location doesn't look half as nice externally as the locations that charge less so what are we paying more for? The food was all a bit luke-warm as well instead of fresh which was surprising as the drive through was full both in front of me as well as behind. Seems they should be turning the food rather quickly which would usually mean its piping hot, not the case here. read more
