Read the reviews for the "Dirt Bird" and on first approach the chicken is indeed dry however when in combination with the other ingredients that just melts away to a delicious sandwich. Highly recommend. Service is great!! Personal register is the owner!! He saw me taking pictures of the menu and grabbed me a paper one for taking with. So nice. I really enjoy it when owners are boots in the ground helping get their food out.

Witness preferred them when they were White Castle or slider sized. The onion rings seem to have returned to their once glory. Can not say if they are homemade or not. If not they are best the Cisco truck has to offer. A few years ago they were the worst food ever served. Particularly when compared to back in the day.
