Ew! Service not great, and the food was meh! I know it's McDonald's, but it's still not the best location!

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit, what I got was the sausage egg and cheese McMuffin, but not the biscuit sandwich, instead I got a box with a piece of sausage and a folded scrambled egg!! McDonald's has zero way to contact them, they say call the store you got it from which I've done dozens of times and I get a busy signal every single time I call!! No one answered at the drive through at 0620 hrs, even though they were open. No one at first window. A car parked at second window forever. Drove around again and got a rude employee at the drive through speaker. Got my order and was wholly unimpressed. Why are the employees parked in the FRONT parking lot, taking up two of the three spaces? (The rest are reserved for pick up only). This McDonald's gets zero stars. Zero. Zilch. The food is always lukewarm, fry's are soggy as hell, the majority of the staff think that they're holier than thou, there's always a bunch of disrespectful kids hanging out in the lobby... oh and don't even get me started with the play place. I've attached photos from my most recent visit with my son. It's absolutely filthy. I'm surprised my son didn't catch a disease from playing in there. Would you want your child playing in that mess?? NOT FAST FOOD - VERY VERY SLOW FOOD Every single time I try to go back and get food before work I regret it. Waiting for 35 minutes in line for any reason at any time of day at a McDonalds is unacceptable. I had to leave before I even saw the window because I was going to be late for work if I didn't. I guess I don't get to eat today. Don't bother with the app and pre ordering either... you still have to wait for them to "see" your phone's location is at their building, then you pay, then they make your food. I'm only giving this place a star because I have to. I was in earlier to purchase a soda and the counter staff ignored me for a few minutes before even acknowledging my existence. I let that slide because they were busy, figuring they just had new staff who had no clue what they were doing. However my friends French fries were like ice cold. So tonight I went back to see if things maybe would have been any better, nope. Not only were my fries old and cold but my burger was not fresh either. There is no way it would have gotten cold in 3 blocks. Needless to say a 1 star is too many in my opinion. read more

I placed my "dine in" order on the app, without being informed that the dining room was already closed at the time of my order. I was waiting for a ride, it was dark and cold and I wanted to wait somewhere warm and well lit ibecause I was alone. That was the main reason I even ordered in the first place. The app told me to pick up my order inside, but when I got there a few minutes later the door was locked and I was unable to get the staff's attention. I waited outside 20-30 minutes before an employee came out and brought me my food and coffee, which by this time were both ice cold. As far as McDonald's goes I was pleased enough with this visit. The lobby was clean. The nuggets were fresh enough. The special order burger was fast and correct. This location has a good sized lobby. The equippement was beeping the entire time we were there and the workers ignored it. I aquired a headache while sitting there. Their menu is whacked. Not only does it glare in the light but it is jumbled and broken into random categories that makes no sense. They could use some help from corporate to fix their menu I think. Three stars for hot food and fast service. Minus stars for the headache from trying to read the menu and listening to their equippement beeping loudly and constantly. read more

Usually, it is fairly good. However. a female morning shift manager lacks the the skills of customer service. I remember her a few years ago and was shocked she was promoted. An incident occurred recently where I requested a coke instead of small coffee. She extra sized the drink without asking, costing an extra dollar. I hope this isnt McDs policy After telling a few ppl in the area, they immediately knew who I was talking about. Apparently, she left a negative impression on other customers. Visiting the town of Prineville when I stopped at this location. Very disappointed to see an employee harassing a paying customer who stepped outside, more than 20ft from the doorway to have a cigarette. There were people sitting at the outside at the tables next to the door smoking and not a word was said to them! I don't smoke but this gentleman did the right thing by stepping away from both the door and eating area. Pitiful employee!l read more

I always seem to have bad experiences in small town McDonalds and this was yet another one. Stopped in for a McCafe espresso drink Saturday Morning. Five other people in front of me and only "Sheena" working the register who appeared to be a manager, I only remember her name because it fit her super 90's curl/wave hair-do and the bitchy attitude. She got the drink wrong of the girl two people in front of me and I watched as she rolled her eyes and huffed when the customer told her the drink was wrong! So anyway I finally get to the register and order my drink which is a simple; medium Nonfat latte with 3 Splenda's. She has to have me repeat my order 3 times and seems to not know what Splenda is. So I wait and wait and FINALLY I get my drink and it comes out a Small. I paid for a Medium, but got a small, at that point I had been there like 10 minutes waiting and ordering and waiting to get this drink and didn't want to wait anymore so I left pissed off. I frequented this place several times a week, usually at 9 pm. The gentleman who usually is at the window is the best at customer service, but I hear he is leaving. That is a pity because the lady (mgmt.??) with the short dark hair knows nothing about customer service. She was even rude to the new person she was training one night, as was the woman with the streaked blonde hair (the next night). During the last month my orders were wrong and that is minus a star. mobile ordering total disaster. we thought it would be quicker than drive thru, wrong! order placed, payment info added & accepted. parked in spot designated for curb side pick up from app, selected Im already here option & sat there waiting nothing happens. meanwhile the high volume drive thru continues to process orders while we sit waiting. Finally scrap the mobile app order & get into drive thru line and get food within a few minutes. Went inside and was at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone came to take my order. After that they completed all the orders for inside except mine (the last one). They completed about 5 drive thru orders before starting my drink. They also offered to remake people's food before completing my order. Overall I was there about 30 minutes. This restaurant is wonderful! Regardless of what I order, I always receive it within 2 minutes, and it's fresh! Not only is the food fresh, but the staff are overly nice (disregard the other reviews listed), and the decor is nice and clean. Terrible service. The staff can never hear my order from the drive through and constantly gets it wrong. When I pull up to the window they constantly have loud music or are playing with their phones. This location used to have friendly hard working staff but now its all a bunch of kids that seem too inconvenienced to provide you service. I hate the double lane drive thru. Just went through the drive-thru, I got to the window to pay and the kid just looked at me, I said I didn't know my total and he said he didn't either! Went to next window to pick up food, I got fries no ketchup or even an offer of ketchup, no napkin in the bag, I got a soda with my meal, no straw.
