I've always experienced better service at the bar. Busier tonight, but took over 40 minutes to get my burger. Other patrons got their burgers before me even though I had ordered before them. my stuffed burger came unstuffed and when I showed the bartender, he had no interest in correcting the situation. The second was that the burger patty had no cheese (why bother?) & I know it was an add-on. I ordered the Inspector Clousseau. Not much of a smash on the over-cooked patties. And, yes, I know what to expect from smash burger, but again, these patties were two the thickness of anything I've ever seen called a smash burger. The Royal was completely pink (photos included). I could not eat it - it was pretty raw. So, I called Food and Safety for Prosper myself to determine what the truth was (I did not mention the bar name; I was just curious? Based on the photo of the shelf, they knew immediately where I was. The nice lady told me She was the one who inspected the bar and she told them to remove the Towels from under the glasses but to put mats down The manager came up to me, asked me "to leave her bar now and never return" LOL. After I left, my friend texted me and said they were frantically removing all the glasses, washing them all and putting down proper, ventilated mats under the glasses Being banned from the bar really isn't an issue as I would never want to drink out of those glasses but I would be cautious given the questionable health practices
