Worst. McDonald's. Ever. Expect extreme wait times if going through the drive-thru. I've waited up to 20-25 minutes when the lines are not that long. I blame it on the staff. Flip a coin to see if your order will be delivered correctly, I've had a about a 50/50 shot in that department. Case in point I just ordered an iced caramel coffee and ... they forgot the caramel flavoring. Yuck. In the trash they went. Staff is typically rude and unhelpful. Rarely an apology for the ridiculous wait times. Food is your average McDonald's fare except this restaurant likes to serve a few degrees colder. I believe they have good service at times but the time I went there, today August 29, 2023 around 11:00 AM, was disappointing. I was in line at the speaker for a few minutes, which isn't the issue, with no one coming to my lane to see if I was ready to order. I waited patiently but I was getting increasingly irritated when I saw cars in the next lane coming in and being helped before me. When I was able to order, I couldn't tell if the third car that came in after me already ordered before me or not. I went ahead as they didn't move in the line and mistakingly, I was meant to be after them. When I arrived at the pick up window after paying, the gal who gave me my order did not look too happy that I made a mistake of going in front of the car who was helped before me. I couldn't tell I was supposed to be after them once again because they didn't move when the line moved. Did not appreciate the attitude and did not appreciate that my Quarter Pounder that I requested to have extra silver onions on was made plain instead. I have been to this Mcdonald's many times and have not been impressed with the quality. But tonight I went for a graveyard drink, but their lobby was closed. Not expecting it to actually happen, I asked if it was possible for them to make me one when I pulled up to the drive through. Mia immediately said yes and even offered to right down specifically what i wanted so she got it right. She then gave me the drink and asked me to try it to make sure it was right before I left. I'm usually not one to complain, but this McDonald's is terrible. The bar is already low since it's McDonald's but the workers are so rude at this location. I ordered an ice cream cone and a McFlurry and everything seemed to be fine until I pulled up to the window to pay. I asked for napkins since the young girl with green/black hair did not give me any (which I think she should have at least asked since the ice cream cone was dripping everywhere..) she ignored me and shut the window on me to process the payment on my card. But this location has not gotten my order wrong so far and was willing to let my husband and I order about 5 minutes until they closed at midnight. For the convenience of their staff, they reserve the 3 spots closest to their entrance for drive thru overflow, this is so the staff doesn't have to cross the driveway, but families with small children do. Let me start by asking why do McDonald's employees act like you have just asked for their first born when you ask for ketchup? I ordered fries why is it so out of line to ask for ketchup? Anyway I came here at noon on a Monday I ordered a hamburger and fries. The bun on the hamburger was hard on the edges and the patty was stone cold in the middle. Fries cold and just gross. The whole thing went in the trash. The employees were rude! I asked for 4 packs of ketchup and after an eye roll she gave me two. Always have a hard time giving a fast food restaurant 5 stars, so 4 is tops when it comes to fast food. Been here a number of times for breakfast on my way to work, and the food has always been hot and fresh. Today was a sausage biscuit, hashbrown and a small coke. The biscuit had a nice crisp out shell with a soft fluffy inside, the sausage was hot, and the hasbround was hot and crispy. Let me first of all say that I went through the drive-through this evening when I ordered a big Mac I simply said no cheese, after I paid I said please make sure that the big Mac I just ordered has no cheese on it. I got to the second window they went to help me my food the receipt said no cheese I simply asked the clerk if there was cheese on the burger she said no. I pulled around to check my burger and it had cheese on it. I then got out of my car went to the lobby and the door was locked I then got on the phone with the store manager and explain to him that I'm not a happy camper I had to get back in line because I was cheese on my burger when I asked for no cheese. He then stated I want to make it right for you I will make you one without cheese I said I want my money back ma'am I want to make it right I said OK give me a big Mac no cheese and give me my money back he said I can do one or the other I said then give me my money back and take this food I will never come back again very disappointed with this McDonald's.I believe if you screwup you do the right thing and remake the meal for the customer ! Customer service is absolutely terrible. Doesn't even deserve 1 star went through drive through for lunch both windows were rude.

Employees here are usually somewhat friendly, although one employee parked his trashy car in front of the door, bumpin' his "tunes," and walked in draggin' his pants on the floor to chit-chat and distract the rest of the staff. Food typically comes out fast, and usually hot. Can't really expect much more than that from McDonald's. My following complaints are directed more towards McDonald's as a whole. It's frustrating to walk up and look at a menu that is constantly changing. Prices aren't visible, items are never in the same spot, the menu is crowded, etc. Take a lesson from Chick-Fil-A or In and Out Burger. Keep it simple, stupid. But the thing that frustrates me most is the sign that reads "There will be an additional charge for extra condiments." Excuse me?! I don't freaking remember getting a discount because you FORGET my condiments 50% of the time! That sign just makes me irate, and I can't wait for someone to try and charge me extra for ranch or sweet and sour dipping sauce. Go ahead, try it. I dare you! I think McDonald's is foolish for putting up those signs. Few (if any) other restaurants do anything similar, and as everyone can attest, fast food chains ALWAYS forget ketchup, ranch, BBQ sauce, napkins, straws, etc.... I think McDonalds owes me about 20 dollars in wrong orders. I like the unsweet tea and get it almost everyday before work. I always have to really enunciate UNNNNN sweet like I am some old lady that knows she's about to screwed. I check the screen for my order and pull forward. I pay like a decent human being. Than proceed to the second window where a cute girl hands me an ice cold cup of toxic sweet tea. Of course I already pulled away. Just moved to Queen Creek. This location sucks. Expect long waits, stale buns and soggy fries that taste like old oil. I never check Yelp for fast food (for obvious reasons), but my curiosity got the best of me after my terrible experience.
