Pic of fry's I waited over five minutes for. Obviously they are not fresh look at them.

I asked for fries with light salt and they made me wait over Five minutes and look how my fries came out. On top of that it wasn't light salt and the fries were old & cold as you can see in the pic. They looked like they just tried to rub the salt off old fries because they were cold. . I try to reach out to management but got no response so now I am writing this review and as you see, I waited a while and try to reach out to them twice and got no response. Obviously, they don't care about customer service or food quality.

    5 French fries

This place screams "whoever can't interact with the public come work here!" I don't even consider it a McDonald's but it's almost like a comedy show . Can I get some ketchup packets? "Sir you were given 3, that's plenty ". There's 6 French fries in my kids happy meal, should I go ask for more? Nah, no one will come up to the window . I hate being this guy but holy smokes I'd close up for a week and re-train the team, probably good people but they must be treated unfairly . Can I get a straw? "We gave you one" like for real? Looking forward to watch this place improve and be the best in queen creek! I got faith in yall! God bless

I have never left a review on a place in my life, I only created this yelp account to leave this review. Me and my Dad arrived at McDonalds at 8:30 pm, on a Wednesday. We planned on going in to get two ice cream cones, or, a one minute task for any employee with a brain. We walk up, slightly behind the employee running out curbside pickup orders, and are suddenly stopped when he turns around upon walking through the doorway. This blonde twink smirked, slammed the door in my face, locked it, and pointed to the sign that says the dining room closes at 8. Which isn't a big deal, but there was no need to do that. So, rather than wait in the packed drive through, we mobile order two ice cream cones for curbside pick up, and just wait to intercept the employee when he runs them out. 10 minutes go by, no ice cream. So, we just let him know that the ice cream cones that were mobile ordered are ours, he acknowledges it and moves on. Another 10 minutes, no ice cream, rather than assist in preparing food (or make two ice cream cones) the employee proceeds to bring the four "drive thru" signs to a different part of the parking lot. We're annoyed at this point, it takes a minute to make ice cream cones. Another woman walks up to the door, tells him she waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and they forgot her fries, and he retrieves them within two minutes. So clearly, he's ignoring us. We ask about them again, he comes back-empty handed-and tells us to go through the drive thru. Go through the 30 minute wait drive thru? For two ice cream cones? Are you kidding me? Are these employees mentally slow? He goes back inside, and next time he comes out (not the closet! shocking!) it's out the door on the side as to avoid us. Are you serious. How do you outright IGNORE people who have been waiting thirty minutes for two ice cream cones! So we left, empty handed, thirty minutes later. We were not going to be held hostage by this McDonalds over $2 any longer. Instead, we went to Dairy Queen and it took 5 minutes in total. The Dairy Queen by Brooklyn V's is my goat, it's never let me down. In conclusion, do not go to this McDonalds, the employees must be a part of the Ticket to Work program. Never again, Dairy Queen is my ice cream goat.

    Not fresh refried fries

This place sucks just like every other McDonalds I ask for fresh fries nope I got refried fries mind you there's no one at drive through line WTF and burger I said no pickles and I think they heard extra pickles ‍

I love the pistachio shaken cold brew but I sub the strawberry cold foam with pistachio cold foam- it's AMAZING!! I love my IPAs.. so it's nice to have a place to experiment different craft IPAs. We love the events they offer and will take advantage of them as they suit my husband and I having little ones. Love the games and most importantly the BOOKS!! Thank you for offering books! We are a family of bookworms and more places need to offer this for the littles! As for food... it's more of a quick grab with a long wait. Meaning the quality isn't why we come lol. This is the spot to come when your kiddo is in dance class and you need downtime to work on the laptop or make it a full family thing with games and book-it-up to graze. The second you walk in, you're surrounded by a romance book-lover's dream. The ambiance feels like stepping into a cozy Hogwarts library. It's warm, magical, and the perfect place to get lost in a book. There is also a vintage-style Photo Booth that will print out two photo strips for $5! I also love the story behind this place starting online and growing into a physical bookstore that now carries such a fun variety of books, plus the cutest hip and trendy merch (hats, book pins, shirts, and more). The coffee is good, and their menu is surprisingly extensive. I ordered the cookie butter latte and was genuinely impressed by both the size and the taste. On top of all that, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Whether you're looking to study, find community, or just yap with fellow book lovers, this is such a fun and inviting space!

Lots of seating. I ordered a chai and they use a spiced mix. It's good not the normal Maya chai you see at most coffee shops. They also have energy drinks so I'd say this is a typical "quick" coffee shop style where you shouldn't expect in house flavors being made or anything and very sweet drinks (which I love). I got an almond croissant which was delicious. They get their pastries from the Gadsby Bakery I believe. They're so good. The service was so friendly and we got our drinks so quick!

They offer complimentary wifi, a shelf of mission-branded merchandise and a menu of herbal teas and unique coffee drinks. Also a small assortment of pastry items. In addition to the regular entrance, they have a huge garage door access so on nicer days they can open up the seating area for fresh air and more of an outside but inside vibe. Staff were friendly barista hippie types but took a while for them to acknowledge us standing there even though there was no line. Ordered one hot tea and a seasonal coffee drink. Neither were great and their pricing is misleading. For example the seasonal drink was supposed to be $5.89 but was charged $7.65 and the tea was nothing more than a basic tealeaves in hot water. We didn't add any items to justify the upcharge but when I brought it to the cashiers attention she was unsure how to adjust the price or offer a refund unless we wanted loose change. SMH. If a Customer pays by Apple pay, they should be refunded or credited in the same way. Seems like a space intended for Co-working or digital nomad types as there were about 4 people with laptops and headphones sipping on drinks. Because of the ultra cool vibe, I'll definitely give them another chance to change my mind if I'm nearby but I think for what we ordered it wasn't a great price to value.

I normally don't write reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt compelled to…read moresay something. I stopped in around 6:00 pm to get some work done before a cycling class. The first thing the cashier told me was that the espresso machines were already shut down and that only hot tea was available. I asked what time the shop closed, and he said 7:00 pm. Since I still had time, I decided to stay and purchased tea. After sitting down, I was told--due to construction--that they would be "locking up soon." I assumed this still meant 7:00 pm. I received my tea around 6:10 pm, and by 6:20 pm I was told they would be locking the doors and turning off the lights. At that point, it felt passive-aggressive and misleading. If I had been told upfront that the shop was closing early, I would not have ordered anything. I specifically asked what time you were closing, and that information was not communicated clearly until after I had already paid. Additionally, if the shop is supposedly open until 7:00 pm, it's confusing why the espresso machines were already turned off at 6:00 pm. As for the tea -- 2/10. I didn't even finish it. I'm sure the coffee may be good, but this is the first time I've been to a coffee shop where the espresso machine was shut down an hour before closing. Lastly, as a study space, it's very limited: only two tables with about eight chairs total. There are outlets, but not nearly enough to support people working. Overall, the lack of clear communication and the rushed, uncomfortable atmosphere made this a disappointing experience.
