I gave this rating due to the fact I go there in the mornings to get breakfast through the app and pickup in one of the parking stalls. 3out of my last 4 orders had something wrong with it like having cheese in it when I asked not to have any. Or not receiving the correct order as well. When I get my order I leave thinking I have everything or it's correct so when I find out that it's wrong they don't pick up there phones. The voicemail box seems to be always full so I can't leave a message and if I do I NEVER get a call back. To make matters worse is the fact I can't let them know they messed up through the app or even have a simple way to let somebody in management know that the McDonald's on Maya Rd in Queen Creek has some issues with there workers not paying attention. Today I went there and my total was 22 dollars. i tried to pay with a 50 dollar bill and was told they don't accept those. i told them I truly had no other form of payment on me at the time, and the 17 year old store manager on duty told me that they were not going to let me pay with it.
