I ordered 2 double quarter pounder's with cheese and when I got home and opened it, I got one double quarter pound or and one single quarter pounder. I called to let them know my order was wrong and that my husband will be coming back so they can have the correct order ready and she said she will add some fries or some thing for the inconvenience. When my husband got there no one knew what he was talking about. All they did was add 1 more patty to my now cold burger. They also did nothing for our inconvenience. I am not the type of person to leave a bad review but, man 1 star is not deserved. They not only forgot part of the order. But made us wait for the rest of our order and forgot about us. I had to walk in and ask for the rest of my order. Also a simple hi heres your food would be great not just have half of my food hanging out of the window before I'm even at the window. I visited at the height of lunch rush and saw a backed up drive thru line (no surprise considering the hour). I assumed I'd be there forever- cars were backed up past the speakers. I was in line a total of 5 minutes start to finish. And, the order was hot, fresh, and (most surprising considering the McDs on hunt highway) it was actually correct. There are 2 McDonald's in proximity of our home. They are both riddled with issues, whether it's long wait times in the drive-thru, uncovering an incorrect order after you get home, to really weird service. The McDs near downtown (off Maya St.) is a little worse by my guesstimation so I've been coming to this location as of late. Understand I rarely go into a McDonald;s restaurant and almost always use the drive-thru. This spot has the dual-lane which can really cause confusion with the lineup. Sometimes a car orders behind yours but makes a dash to get in front of you to pay first. Many times this creates havoc inside the restaurant and I feel like it also increases the likelihood that your order will be messed up. If this happens, check your bag before you drive away. Also, the screens at the order station don't always work- and this is the best way to control errors in the orders- why wouldn't management attempt to have them fixed asap. The last few times I've come through this location was for breakfast and my experience was really good. Quick through the lanes, a friendly face taking my money, and order being 100% on point (and even piping hot). Unfortunately, the few times prior to these trips were a mixed bag. One breakfast trip I got hazelnut iced coffee instead of caramel. This is a big difference and seeing how I'm not a fan of hazelnut (except Nutella, god I love that stuff) I basically threw that $3 drink away. Sad. Another occasion I ordered sausage mcmuffin with egg (x2) and there was no egg. Sad. This locations earns 3 stars for now- consider it more of an average. Just be warned that you could literally experience a 1-star trip one day and a 5-star trip the next. It's that sporadic. Pro-tip: always ask for the round egg, which is a real egg that is cracked open and cooked for your breakfast sandwich (i.e.; the McMuffin). Avoid the square egg, which is fake "pre-mixed" stuff and used with the McGriddle or biscuit sandwiches. You can ask for the round egg at no cost to you! Also, this location sells ice and, for whatever strange reason, McDonald's has killer bagged ice. It's like $1.29 I believe. An easy way to drive through for ice if you forgot it at the store and need it for a party. Dah dah dah dah dah... I'm lovin' it. (I bet some of you just sang the jingle in your heads) read more

The order is usually won't, even when you repeat it more than once. Sauces are left out even when they've been requested. No napkins are given, and sometimes I think the employees play a game to see how many errors they can get away with. I've just learned to sit in the drive through and did through my bags to make sure I get everything. I've complained before when I've received the wrong food, and the managers couldn't care less. This is the worst McDonald's restaurant I've ever been in. It's dirty, the orders are wrong more than 50% of the time, and the employees talk to each other more than they talk to the customers. Not sure why the owners haven't cleaned house yet, but it may be time for the McDonald's corporation to come hassle the problems. read more

Yep, this place still sucks. 20 people behind the counter and one line and one cashier taking all these orders first impression was not good at all I waited in line for at least 5 to 6 minutes just to place my order. Then the person did not have enough change to give me back my change of a 20 and when I asked him for the rest of my change once the manager brought change over he acted very kind of snippy. I tried ordering on the McDonald's app and place my order I was literally waiting outside for 15 min. I go inside to make sure they got my order turns out that they had my ice coffee made and gave it to someone else. This is a Macdonalds restaurant and I enjoy the food and kids that work there are friendly and the service is good for a place that is as busy as they are. I would normally give them five stars. I have just one complaint. I went thru the drive thru yesterday and not one Employee was wearing Proper Protective Clothing. No one was wearing a mask. I think that is irresponsible.
