Good grief, McDonald's. Always a fan, but this particular restaurant has really, really dropped the ball lately. The food used to always be so good at this location that we would go out of the way for it! But yesterday's experience makes me wary. A ~$50 meal for 5 adults and 1 kid left us all feeling like it was a massive waste of money. They forgot to include the child's apple juice, when they handed us all 4 cups we were told they had run out of cup holders (??), we were told they had run out of packets of ketchup (?????), and every. single. burger. was burnt to a crisp. When we got home, we eagerly took big bites, and we all spat it out! So terrible! We ended up having to grab dinner from somewhere else, it was so inedible. At least the drinks tasted excellent.. however those were made by a machine with no human interaction so.... Yikes. read more

the staff is so horrible, they never repeat your order before you pay so you do not know what you are paying for & the screen never shows your order so again you do not know what you are getting on your order! i asked for a chicken nugget meal & they gave me a big mac meal? when i told the kid at the window he said sorry & when i said so i am not going to get my chicken nuggets instead he said no i would have to go through the line again???? this staff is so lazy that they can't repeat your order when it is literally part of their job! please get better! read more

Very upset about my experience, went through drive thru. I ordered the 2 cheese burger meal. When I got my order I asked for Mexican Salsa and the supervisor handed me sweet and sour sauce. I asked again if I can have some Mexican Salas and she stuck her head out the drive thru window and asked what did you order? I replied the cheese burger meal and she said we dont give Mexican Salsa for cheese burgers and handed me 1 ketchup packet! Very rude and disrespectful heavy set woman with grey hair. This place is so understaffed it's ridiculous. They have 2 drive through ordering windows but one person running both. I've been stuck in this drive thru line for over ten minutes for 2 smoothies. It was right by the freeway and we were trying to grab something quick before an hour drive home. This place was a bad call. Terrible customer service. Won't even accommodate taking two separate orders at the same time. It's one order per car. Lame. And if they park you... they make you wait 25 minutes for your food. If you complain... they don't care. They just ask if you're going to want your food after all or your money back. Oh and let's not forget the bad attitude and bad look you get from the employee. Has two drive through lanes and I still had to wait for the other side to finish ordering because there was only one person taking orders. Spent about 20 mins to get my daughter a cheeseburger meal. Got home and the fries were old. The cheeseburger bread was hard and the patty was dark and stale like it had been sitting for a while. I've worked at mc Donald's before and I know my daughter's food was sitting for a long time. It doesn't take that long to make the cheeseburger meat and it certainly doesn't take a long time to pass the bread through the heater. I couldn't feed my daughter this food and had to throw it away. People were not rude so I'll give them at least that. read more

Not only did I wait almost 15 min for my food, and no there was no line! But when I finally did get my food it was not made correctly- even though the tags on the food gave specific instructions. I then asked for the manager. Gloria approached the window and was not in full uniform, she was rude and not helpful in any way. If she spent as much time making sure her customers are happy as she did on her eyeliner maybe things would run smoother. She is obviously in a position that she's not qualified for. This location has two lanes for drive through and every single time I come here they mess up who they're taking orders from and somehow I end up behind three other cars that arrived after me. This is by far the worst McDonald's location in my entire life. -Worst food (premade garbage) -Rude staff -Worst manager that doesn't even know how to adress the issue. She even yell to police officer right behind me and said "i need your help here!" in front of my face.... So rude.... she needs to learn how to take care of their customers. Do not forget to check all the items you ordered is in the bag before you leave the drive thru. Very Satisfied!! We stop by every so often to grab a bite before jumping on the I-10 to L.A. Tonight I finished up a marathon day at nearby Storage and was famished so I downloaded the app and ordered for pick up. Walked in 5 min. later as the young lady was racing out the door to bring it to me in the car.. and I hadn't even requested that. But the overall positive experience was reinforced by my totally custom "buildout" of my 1/4 lb.er that became a scrumptious 1/2lb. with slices of juicy tomatoes... (I almost went for the bacon too). It was a dessert night and we decided to go to the nearby McDonald's. We were looking forward to shakes and apple pies. We drive up to the drive thru and to our surprise ice cream machine is down. This seems to happen very frequently at this location. So we decided to order frappes instead. Then we ordered four apple pie to be told they only have one. I guess it is too much of a process to throw three more in an oven. Then we waited in line for 10 minutes for our food. I guess we will be traveling to another McDonald's from now on! read more

They were totally off their game this morning. Automated order kiosks not supplied with table numbers so i wasted 5 minutes doing computer order only to realize i had to re orser at the counter. Cashier forgot part of the order, tables were filthy and the workers all looked frenzied. At least half the Touch2Play machines not operational. read more

It's your typical McDonalds. I don't typically eat fast food, but we needed something quick. I really like that they offer breakfast all day. I'm a fan of their sausage burritos. I also love their Frappes. They're better than Starbucks, in my opinion. I was impressed with their customer service. I ordered a small Frappe, and they charged me for a large. They were nice enough to correct the mistake and even ended up giving me the large anyways, which they didn't have to do. read more

We stopped here for the first time. Our order was a double bacon smkhs, fish filet Two orders of fries, drinks spent almost $20.00. The burger, fish filets and fries were exceedingly cold. The fries were as if they'd been sitting for a long, not fresh unacceptable to have cold food especially when it's been old and sitting too long. It was so obvious we asked them to give us some hot fries they made us wait. She brought back the same fries barely warmed as if they threw them in the microwave. We threw away them because we couldn't eat them. People we are not stupid we've been coming to McDonald's for years there's a huge difference when we taste hot food that is fresh! Don't try to fool the public with laziness by us poorly served food. I would never go back to this place again. I feel we should be refunded our money. I saved the receipt too. read more

Very, very disappointed in this Mcdonald's. We live about an hour away and have ALWAYS stopped here on our way out of town. I use the app, and TWICE has this location not accepted my "5th Mccafe Drink Free". No big deal but the cashier was rude and did nothing to resolve the situation. After we purchased everything she came back saying the machine wasn't working. The food wasn't very good, which is surprising cause their breakfast sandwiches are usually satisfying. I just came in at 8:15 and ordered and I ask the cashier for fresh fries and here answer is we are cooking them all the time. I told I wanted them cooked all the way thru it seems that lately in general at McDonalds they take them out before their timer goes off. If you get them hot but limp their not cooked. My fries where just that so I took them back up to her and then she said she would make new. I told her why didn't you do it when I asked and her answer was they usually are fresh.
