This location does not offer the same "deals" that other Wendy's restaurants do because it is not corporate-owned. That is very frustrating as a customer, especially since it's not easy to determine whether a location is corporate or privately owned. What makes it worse is that depending on ownership, the menu prices, deals, and promotions can change. This inconsistency is confusing and disappointing. I came here last Thursday, upon entering this Wendy's it was Super Clean & The restroom too! Everything is well organized, the staff were so wonderful and helpful! Their price points are spot on! I was first was Greetings by Omar, he took my order. There's so many options to choose from!! All delicious! He was such a sweet, kind, caring, really down to earth guy! Upon ordering, I asked for a crispy grilled chicken sandwich. I triers to explain that I didn't want it hard rock crispy, because so many times they over cook it that it's almost inedible. And I wanted fresh chicken. So I asked them to make it as fresh as possible but I guess something was funny when I explained that the guy scoffed and giggled at me. When I asked for them to make modifications they were just not paying attention! I said no onions and they put no tomatoes on the screen so I repeated myself and yet they still put onions in my burger. When I was at the window they spoke Spanish and were making fun of my order. I literally have never experienced anything and the guy was so rude and I could tell. He gave me a mean look. No common courtesy at all. And I asked for light ice and they put extra ice in my drink. We are a family of five and we place our order and immediately the employees are complaining saying it is a big order, meanwhile the place is empty they are not doing anything. Had to have a discussion regarding missing food with cashier then get home to find out more food is missing. I call and the guy says if you want you can come get whatever is missing now or another day. It's like hello I ordered it because I am hungry now. Since neighboring McDonalds decided to close the Dining Room - I strolled into Wendy's and actually found a much better Breakfast Combo, for half the price! Who knew? When looking to have fast food; and, I have the choice to eat at Wendy's I'll do so. Today' I was on a long drive and saw this Wendy's location conveniently right by the freeway. I ordered a single and found all the fresh components to be noticeably fresh! The lettuce, tomato and onion were super fresh along with the bun. The only downside was the beef patty which tasted very old. It was probably at the bottom of a stack of boxes because it was flavorless and "compressed." Most meat has a general texture we're all familiar with, but not here. There was a layered, manufactured texture to this meat that negated the plus from the fresh veggies. One thing Wendy's does do, is the same as any other fast food joint, is consistency. I dined at Wendy's in Yuma AZ a little over a week ago. There I had the new fresh mozzarella cheese and chicken salad. It was ok. The cheese was underwelming. Today, back in my area of the world, I opted for a single cheeseburger with extra onions. The bun seemed to be different than in the past. I don't have any complains about the service, the cleanliness of the restaurant, or location. What I have is personal taste. I'm just not into cheeseburgers currently. Hubby enjoyed his food, so based on that, I'll rate 4 stars. read more

Always like Wendys. I was surprised that the parking lot was full and nobody in the drive through! I still wanted to sit down and enjoy my burger. Great as always, not in-n-out, but two jr. cheeseburgers for .99 each cant be beat. Ask for extra mustard, ketchup and lettuce and you got a whole new burger. Friendly staff and the store was pretty clean compared to how busy it was. Always a quick stop when I head out to Palm Desert. Good stuff! read more
