Updating - still consistent - food was hot, fresh, exactly what I expected. Service was quick, I placed my order in the parking lot, went in and used the very clean restroom, came out and my order was ready. I am using the app now since I can usually get some kind of 'deal', PLUS the benefit of easy to see menu, which is a real problem with McD's horrible digital menus. So I'm still at 4 stars PLUS my bonus green star for continuing to use paper based packaging, unlike the grand majority of take-out places. Keep up the great work McD's! read more

This location takes advantage of there not being other McDonald's locations for miles. The closest one is a 40 minute drive away. While we don't tend to frequent McDonald's much, sometimes on a long distance road trip with kids, it's a necessity. We ordered two Happy Meals with extra fries instead of apple slices. Upon receiving our food, we noticed with had one small bag of fries instead of the usual two. We took it to the cashier who agreed - "Oh ya, there's one missing." The manager was loud and rude and said, "What's wrong?!?" The cashier let her know that we were shorted fries. The manager insisted that what we received was "extra fries" because it was in a "small bag and not two minis". I don't know about her, but the amount of bags doesn't mean anything to me if they are empty. My husband showed her again what we received, and she stood by her initial claim that this was "extra fries". We reluctantly used points to get yet another "large" fry. Once to the car, without eating ANY, I counted the fries in one of the happy meals, and there was exactly 15. So, does this mean that Happy Meals usually come with seven fries?!? I think not. Our large fry was equally pathetic, and filled halfway at best. No use bringing it back, though. It's in a large container, so it must be a large, right? You judge from the pics. im a truck driver and I had to spend the night in my truck in Raymond Washington. I was surprised to find that there is DoorDash so I ordered McDonald's on DoorDash app. figured it beats walking around trying to find a place to eat after driving 11 hours. DoorDash was great. followed instructions and everything. got my double quarter pounder and the patties were on the rarer side of done. called the store and they told me because it was ordered on DoorDash they would not replace the sandwich so atleast I know who is responsible when I get sick! read more

We love this McDonald's! It's a consistent stop on our way down to the Oregon coast. We appreciate that we consistently get good service when we visit. On our most recent trip, we also enjoyed chatting to some of the locals, who all seemed to know each other. It's a nice atmosphere to be in. The staff members were lovely and helpful. Always friendly, clean cut staff. Many employees have been working here for a long time. The bathrooms are kept nice and clean and the lobby seems to get a refresh every few years. The food is always on point and up to McDonald's standards. I've noticed they hire special needs employees as well, which I think is very honorable. Normally, this location is decent. But last night, it wasn't. Our fries were either: a) sitting in the bin for hours, or b) cooked in rancid oil, or c) both. Oh, wait, if they had been sitting in the bin for hours, they would have at least been warm. So I guess they were sitting on a cold counter somewhere for hours. The apple pie we ordered was inedible. This is a photo of a weird transaction that I had with the South Bend McDonalds. I ordered a Large combo meal and was automatically given a medium coke, which is less drink for the same amount of pay. I also did not expect to get charged for a large water and was never told of the cost, since I ordered the large water after the drive-thru cashier tallied my total. I also had to wait about 8 minutes for the chicken nuggets to be done cooking. I would expect the cashier to take more time on each customer so that little inconveniences like this don't occur to the customer. More communication would be a simple solution to disasters like these. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The service here is horrible, but I will say it is gotten better. Snippy and distracted workers. The last 5 times I have came, I have had to double check my order and each time there is something wrong or missing. When you mention something is wrong or missing, most of the workers forget. I had one lady try to hand me the wrong order 3 times, I corrected her each time, and she would try to hand me the same thing again. Almost every single time I get breakfast here, they will not included something. Wherever it be hashbrown, or the whole egg on my egg mcmuffin. Inflation is getting insane, and it's about the price of a gallon of gas these days to even get a breakfast sandwich from here, so when the continue to skimp on the most expensive part, it makes me wonder. This is the most mismanaged and unfriendly McDonald's that I have been to. They don't greet you and they just set your food on the counter without calling out your number. They are also very very slow, don't worry they will get to your order when they get to it. OK, long business trip today. I was looking for a good meal in Aberdeen, however, I needed to use the facilities so I felt obligated in buying a meal from this institution. I ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets, sure I know where they come from, but shortly told that they only have four mcnuggets left! How does a fast food establishment out of food, some of their most popular food? Really? Who is the manager at this establishment? Takes me back to my fast food days, 20 odd years ago, when nightly we had to count our product as ritual. The cashiers were apologetic but you have to wonder what else is going on in this place if they can't have enough product to satisfy the demand. horrible experience. First off, when I went into the restroom the pee was already in the toilet before I left my zipper down. Disgusting. Then I used the kiosk (POS 6) and ordered my Qtr w/cheese, fries, and a water no ice. Fries were good no issue, give credit where credit is due, but that's about it. My Qtr didn't have cheese... WHAT. It was dry as heck because of it. My water had ice in it. Seeing as it was for my dog it was disappointing seeing he didn't get enough to drink after taking the ice out and now he's dead (not really but dramatic effect). Then at the very end I, the CUSTOMER, didn't get my receipt because the printer was jammed. I went ahead and opened the kiosk and took the jammed paper out. That receipt was the longest line of paper i've ever seen, showing how long it was broken and unattended to. I, the customer, did your employees job. Where's my compensation mcdonalds, WHERE. I ordered a large iced tea. The person behind me ordered a large iced tea. Her food was ready first. She got her large iced tea. I was given a small iced tea. I waited on the side of the counter for five minutes while my server ignored me to ask about my large drink. She then told me she was out of tea and I could accept my small tea or wait for the tea to be brewed. Wasn't the right time to bring this up when I was given my food? Rarely go to McDs but had a long drive gone so we stopped & picked up burgers and fries. Cold. Couldn't eat. Wrote a review on their site and the owner contacted me via phone. She was very nice. Apologized and sent me gift certificates. However a second time thru, ordering breakfast, ended up not even getting the right order. Ordered a sausage griddle cake. That's it. I ended up with 2 griddle cakes. No sausage. I won't be back even with the gift certificates. read more

Nice looking store awesome team at this store. But....management sucks. I ordered 10 sausage burritos and 5 hash browns. The only had 7 burritos and 2 hash browns. I said I would wait and they refused to make any more. Ended up having to buy 3 McChickens to finish my food order and wasn't even given a discount for my inconvenience. Having recently spent almost 4 weeks in the US I have received excellent, pleasant service and product from almost every store and staff member wherever I've visited. Except for McDonalds in Raymond where our party of 3 people stopped on the drive back from Oregon. Several members of staff appeared to be doing nothing, while 1 member of staff was coping with a busy drive through window. She had to call another member of staff to serve on the in store till. A member of staff eventually came to the till - a very small, thin, dark haired female - but didn't smile or welcome us. She just looked bored. Ordering and paying for 3 hot drinks ( Cappucino, Latte & Hot chocolate, all of which I requested extra hot) didn't even raise a smile or a thank you from her. When we finally received our order, there was one extra coffee, which we had apparently been charged for but had not ordered. The staff member serving at the drive through window had to refund the extra drink to us and apologised, while the girl who served us said 'I heard a coffee', before she walked away. Obviously didn't want to admit she had made a mistake. We took our drinks to the car, but all 3 of us only managed to drink around 1/3 of our products as all of them were pretty tasteless. They all went into the bin in the car park. This experience has definitely put us off calling in at a McDonalds in the future. We'll hold out for a Starbucks or Costa. read more
