That really bulks up the burger! Burger King charges you extra for all that stuff. I order online and then just go down and pick it up! They make my burgers when I get there, so they're fresh and hot for me. The inside is all clean and neat. I feel the extra weight of the burgers. I eat inside since I don't want the food to get cold. You order at the counter, they bring your food to your table, and you bus your own table when you're finished. Personally, I LOVE that concept! It keeps costs reasonable, allows the staff to focus on making incredible food, and the quality is second to none. It's a small trade-off for such an amazing experience. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and fun--exactly the kind of place you want to gather with family and friends. I totally agree with the other comments about shitty service! Just because you make minimum wage, doesnt mean you cant have good customer service. I use to work there when I was 16 & never did I even think of being rude to anyone or giving shitty service. If anyting I was happy & gratefull that I had that job. It just shows you how terrible management is!! If they had good examples & management that truly cared about service & succeeding they would of jumped on the gun & put all these disrespectful people in their place! cuz its not only the young kids, its the drug addicts that work there too! Highly disappointed is Jose's management skills. Pretty pathetic actually. I ordered the quarter pounder deluxe with lite sauce. (Lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles and cheese.) There was no sauce, there were no onions and the lettuce was barely visable. I took it back for a remake, showed them the one they gave me and Jose says, "well it looks fine to me." Ummmm excuse me? I didn't order it with no onions and mine was supposed to have sauce. Ok Jose, if it looked fine to you, you shouldn't have a management position. When I pay for food, I expect to get what I order. They always made us feel welcome, and I especially appreciated how they made my wife feel special every time we visited. In the past, walking through the door meant hearing warm greetings from nearly every staff member. It felt like coming home. Unfortunately, our most recent visit was completely different. We didn't recognize anyone, the warm atmosphere we had grown to love was gone, and the service felt impersonal. Instead of feeling like valued longtime customers, it felt as though it was our very first visit. Change is inevitable, but the sense of family that made Casa Ramos so special seems to have disappeared. Sadly, after more than 20 years of loyal patronage, I don't think we'll be returning. The restaurant is clean and brightly decorated with plenty of parking. The food is very good with extremely large serving sizes. The menu is huge, you're sure to find something you like. Even the margaritas are extra sized with several varieties to choose from. I had the top shelf Casa Ramos and it was delicious. I ordered the seafood chimichanga, Yum! My son ordered a carnitas burrito and it was huge. He's a big eater and he even had leftovers. Also ordered were the fish tacos and chili verde, served with warm tortillas. Dinner is started with warm tortilla chips with mild and regular salsa. Both times here have been a good experience, I'll be back next visit.
