Yes! It is real.... cheeseburgers are .89 on Tuesdays in July at this McDonald's. We just got 14 plus a large soda for less than $13. What a nice throwback and nod to the .39 cheeseburgers days. The taco place next door had no line. The drive thru line around 8:30pm looked long but was efficient. Some cars were pulled into parking spots but we got our order through the window. The staff here are terrible. I don't expect much when grabbing fast food, but they constantly park cars to have them wait for their orders. Tonight I waited for 45 minutes and was met by staff that could not care less. I would spend the 5 extra minutes to drive to the Alabama location. This place usually gets my order right which is rare for McDonalds my only gripe is when I order for pick up sometimes they get it to you within 5 minutes. Other occasions I have spent literally over 25 minutes. On multiple times for break we have waited so long that my spouse would have to go inside to ask what is going on and has made us late to appointments. We don't come here anymore for breakfast because of that. For lunch/sinner, they are usually good with the time so we still come for that. Today's order (4:50) took 6 minutes to come out. read more

This is an unusual yelp review for me. I went to this McDonald's this morning/afternoon waiting for food and I couldn't help but over hear this very rude employee there. I think her name was Mary or something like that. This nice lady was just trying to get her door dash order done and the employee or manager idk what her position was honestly, was being sooooo sooo rude to that lady and that lady didn't even do anything. The snobby employee was definitely having a bad day and taking it out on this door dash lady. Another door dasher older man was helping the lady cancel the order and he was saying how sorry he was for the employees behavior. Which is surprising to me because he doesn't even work for McDonald's he works for door dash.. almost like he's experienced her attitude more than a few times. I think he just felt bad for the lady because she was just trying to get her order for her customer and it wasn't her fault. She's just a door dasher! I was baffled that this rude employee at this McDonald's could talk the way she did. Door dasher lady said " can you check if this order is here" The McDonald's employee said rudely "iF iTs nOt oN tHe sCreeN tHeN wE dOnt hAvE iT" in such a condescending way like the door dasher was not smart or something and the lady said "well can you check just to be sure??" and the employee was so mad at her for no reason! I understand this McDonald's has a 1 star rating but maybe it's time to make some changes to staffing here at $20 an hour these people should be able to answer questions customers have with no issue. Holy moly guacamole this place is absolutely horrible. I gort my son a transformers happy meal and instead of Optimus prime he got one of the workers pube cubes. I cant believe this actually happened and don't even get me started with my meal. I got that 14 ounce big arch and instead of mayonnaise, it was semen or a loogy I have no clue. Today, this drive-thru was terrible!! In 5 minutes only one car moved, and there were 14 cars ahead of me. When the first car moved, the second car didn't move for several minutes. I wasn't stupid enough to wait around. I have to accept that there will be a difficult customer that is willing to hold up 14 others for their sole benefit, but the odds of two difficult customers back-to-back is unlikely. My boyfriend and I got some McDonald's on Friday, March 17, 2023 at approximately 5:30 P.M. He wnet through the drive-thru for the both of us, to bring home the food to eat. He ordered what he wanted and I ordered some 'Filet-O-Fish' sandwiches. The 'Filet-O-Fish' sandwiches were absolutely perfect in every way, aaalmooost... the bun was fresh, soft and warm; the piece of breaded fish was still hot and crispy; the cheese slice was placed perfectly onto the bottom bun; and it all looked just about picture perfect in every way. The one thing lacking was the tartar sauce... there was hardly ANY tartar sauce on the sandwich and I asked for EXTRA tartar sauce on all my sandwiches even (because, you can always scrape off extra sauce if you don't like that sort of stuff, but you can never go back and get any sauce put back on something once you've already purchased it and handled it). The bag and the sandwich containers had the "special instructions" receipt on them, but the grill person just either didn't pay attention very well or just plain didn't care, especially since it was probably busy due to people getting their food for dinner. There was maaaybe a teaspoon of tartar sauce, thinly spread out on the sandwiches. That's not even the "regular" amount that's supposed to be on there. And like I said, I asked for extra tartar sauce, so those 'Filet-O-Fish' sandwiches should have had the tangy, extra tartar sauce oozing out the sides of the sandwiches. It's like eating spaghetti with just a can of tomato sauce poured on top of it or a plain-Jane cheeseburger with no condiments on it or pancakes with a smidge of butter and a tablespoon of syrup... I mean, sauces and condiments enhance food and this just did not measure up to what McDonald's is known for and USED to be. Get your orders right and representt the items on your menu by what you claim your food will look like, once made and served, based on the inages you throw out there in media and portray to the public. I had not had a 'Filet-O-Fish' sandwich in over a year because I was diagnosed with kidney disease and I was sooo looking forward to my fish sandwiches. I'll try to order the "perfect" fish sandwich again, but maybe this next time, I'll ask for extra tartar sauce on the sandwiches and ask for extra containers of tartar sauce on the side. read more

Only a couple of cars in front of us in the double drive through on Saturday night. Service was so slow by the time we placed our order the BOGO in-app offer had expired (mind you we are 100% stuck in the drive thru line now and we ONLY came for the deal). Took us another 10 minutes to get to the window and we spent about 5 minutes trying to load the app on another phone and asking the manager to please honor the deal that had clearly timed out because their service was so slow. Naturally this didn't work because McDonalds does not empower their managers to to right by the customer. We pulled forward in hopes that the 15 minute refresh on the App would give us an opportunity to get a valid deal code and we could pay "inside" (this location shut down their dine-in service) but alas "you have already used this deal for today" My wife started crying, as we had a very long day and she just wanted a big mac. We spent over 30 minutes in this drive through and the staff was not able to make this right. By this time our food was no longer fresh and I had little interest supporting this business anymore and left empty-handed. Had to order on line, waited 40 minutes for our food. The food was cold. They shut down the bathrooms and restaurant at 7. Normally closes at 8. We couldn't get water for our 9 month old and 3 year old. We couldn't use the restroom or leave to get the baby his formula because. once we left we couldn't get back in. Does anyone know if there's a way to leave 0 stars. I placed an order through the app to pick up in the drive thru and got there 10 minutes before closing. There were maybe 6/7 other cars in the drive thru but they had a worker out there telling people they were closed. I am an Uber driver. They are closed odd hours in drive thru at night. Sometimes 12:30am, sometimes 3-4 am. I am here at 8:28 pm. I have to wait in the drive-through line that goes all the way to Redlands Boulevard, and they won't give me the orders through the door, despite answering when I rang the doorbell. This affects my pay, having to wait in line instead of delivering the order and moving onto the next. It also affects my tips being that it takes so long. How's the driver, I'm the last person the customer sees, therefore I take the blame. McDonald's should not be open 24 hours in the drive-through if they cannot handle the traffic, the hours, and the orders. Whoever the manager is after 8 PM is awful.
