Went there for 2 years, great people haven't had any problems. My I checked my order every time and they never got any of it wrong. With family they talked to them and they were nice and playful, I buy some ice cream cones for them and they made it very long which was kind. Burgers was great nice and juicy, the fries was nice and hot with the right amount of seasoning. There was this time that a customer yelled at them for a lady spilling on him and apologized but I feel bad for her since she stand there and took it a whole min of him yelling at her while she looked like she was going to cry. Update: after recently remodeling the store would have loved to give them a better rating but isn't possible. As my last review if I could have given them less than one star I would have. if I could find a place to complain to the owners of this McDonald's I certainly would. I just spent 24 minutes stuck in their drive thru for a soft drink. The girl that took my money offered no excuse, no apology or no thank you. If you have extra time, dive to McDonalds on Benson and save yourself the frustration - they may have remodeled the store but this McDonald's still has the rudiest employees and the slowest service. Used the drive thru last night in order to feed 3 hungry teenage boys. We left under 25$! Thought that was pretty good, got some Big Macs and McNuggets. The last several times I've been here they have been consistently rude and service ridiculously slow. I understand this is fast food and don't expect much but they usually go above and beyond laziness when the workers are blantaly goofing off and actually using there iphones in front of customers while people wait 10-15 minutes for orders during slow times. It really takes a lot to tick me off, but tonight was the last straw. A little back story. My wife and I treat ourselves to "breakfast in bed" sometimes from this McDonald's and have never been given the proper order each and every time. From them giving my wife a bacon egg and cheese when she ordered a sausage egg and cheese just to go back and have them tell her they had run out of sausage... why would they just not tell her this when she placed her order? To me stopping by and ordering sausage egg and cheese biscuits only to discover upon arriving home that they happen to forget the cheese? We still thought the food tasted okay when we actually received the correct order which is why we have gone back. That and it is super convenient, we live less than a block away literally. Tonight though after coming home from an evening out and still hungry we decided to stop by for a little dollar menu action. What I can tell you is this and I am not a picky eater by any means is that the food was some of the worst I have ever eaten. My wife was excited to eat some fries on our way home and she exclaimed that they were stone cold and flavorless. We thought for a minute and decided to head home as it was after hours and only the drive thru was open and to complain would mean lopping around and going through again and who knows what they would do to a re-order... with no accountability. We got home and like I said we live less than a block away and tried our mcdouble and mcchicken sandwiches. They were both cold and flavorless. My wife couldn't eat hers even after a suggestion to nuke it in the microwave, but you shouldn't have to. There is no way they could have gotten that cold in a span of 3 minutes. My suggestion if you are a fast food junkie or still want to eat here, make sure you check your bag for everything or go back inside to make them make it right, they usually will. If it is after hours, don't bother, you will be glad you drove to the Jack in the Box down from Valley Medical Center. We all know that eating mcdonalds and others fast food chains are a complete sin for the culinary and responsible healthy conscious soul, however when you smell the salty goodness of the french fries or the delicious pink slime riddled chicken nuggets dipped in barbecue sauce all the guilt and disgusting looks from latte sipping Subaru owning douche bags just oozes away (until almost immediately after your done eating). This happened to me awhile back but I never posted a review when I should have. This location got me sicker than a dog. I ordered a McWrap and started eating it on my way home to Enumclaw. By Black Diamond I had to pull over to a gas station, I was vomiting and had diarrhea so bad I was barely able to make it home. I had to call in sick from my job for the rest of the day. I did have second thoughts when I was in the drive thru and saw the employees there. I'm sure food safety's not on the priority list judging by the way they were all talking to each other in non work related conversations, joking with each other etc. I realize it's Mcdonalds and NOT fine dining but lately when I visited other Mcdonald's restaurants around the area, I get some of the same lousy service. Worse McDonalds ever. Don't get me wrong I'm glad my fries were fresh but they were salt less. Also, I guess they didn't want me to have a straw for my drink because I didn't get one. Bad experience on Black Friday at this location when visiting family in Renton. Overcharged for a breakfast sandwich that tasted like it was microwaved to the point of being chewy and a bland specialty coffee that took several minutes to make as I saw the manager struggle at the front counter to load a bag of creamer into it's device. Not surprised I was only one of a couple people in the restaurant. It used to be so much better. Avoid this location if you can. read more

I always enjoy the food at McDonalds and this was no exception. The food was hot and fresh. The drive through however was very slow and the order takers seemed to have difficulty with the order. I had a simple 3 item order but I had to repeat it 3 times. When I got to the window to pay, the employee was friendly and efficient. I'm usually very patient and understand but the service I received at this location recently was ridiculous. The person taking my order via intercom sounded wasted (intoxicated) and when I pulled up to the first window, he looked wasted. Swaying back and forth and non-responsive. Absent in both the mental and physical sense, coupled with a 15 minute wait for a simple order made for a terrible experience. Sorry to write this but I feel you should be aware and maybe others should know. Not looking for monetary compensation or anything like that, just looking for competent customer service workers.
